Abstract

本发明提供了一种激光定位式机床,包括机架、机架上安装有刀具、工具夹具和伸缩气缸的缸体,刀具位于工件夹具的左侧,伸缩气缸位于工具夹具的右侧;滑槽固定在伸缩气缸的输出轴上,工件承托面安装在滑槽上,刀具的底部安装有水平的激光发射装置,工件承托面上安装有激光接收装置。通过激光发射装置和激光接收装置对工件进行精确定位,当激光接收装置接收到激光时,说明工件和刀具处于同一水平线上,自动控制伸缩气缸停止运动,提高了加工精度,节约了加工时间。

    本发明涉及机械加工领域,具体是一种激光定位式机床。
背景技术
目前的机床使用过程中,对于重型加工工件,通常使用移动台来控制工件移动,方便加工。但是移动台和刀具之间的相对位置,往往通过工人人眼进行判断,更换工件时需要手动反复调整,不仅精度得不到保障,而且耗费工时,效率低下。
发明内容
本发明为了解决现有技术的问题,提供了一种激光定位式机床,可对工件位置进行自动精确的定位,提高了加工精度,节约了加工时间。
本发明包括机架、机架上安装有刀具、工具夹具和伸缩气缸的缸体,刀具位于工件夹具的左侧,伸缩气缸位于工具夹具的右侧;滑槽固定在伸缩气缸的输出轴上,工件承托面安装在滑槽上,刀具的底部安装有水平的激光发射装置,工件承托面上安装有激光接收装置。
进一步改进,所述工件承托面通过滚轮结构安装在滑槽内。
    本发明有益效果在于:通过激光发射装置和激光接收装置对工件进行精确定位,当激光接收装置接收到激光时,说明工件和刀具处于同一水平线上,自动控制伸缩气缸停止运动,提高了加工精度,节约了加工时间。

下面结合附图对本发明作进一步说明。
本发明如图1所示,包括机架1、机架1上安装有刀具2、工具夹具3和伸缩气缸4的缸体,刀具2位于工件夹具3的左侧,伸缩气缸4位于工具夹具3的右侧;滑槽5固定在伸缩气缸4的输出轴上,工件承托面6安装在滑槽5上,其特征在于:刀具2的底部安装有水平的激光发射装置7,工件承托面6上安装有激光接收装置8。工件承托面6 通过滚轮结构安装在滑槽5 内。
当激光接收装置接收到激光时,说明工件和刀具处于同一水平线上,自动控制伸缩气缸停止运动,提高了加工精度,节约了加工时间。
本发明具体应用途径很多,以上所述仅是本发明的优选实施方式,应当指出,对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明原理的前提下,还可以作出若干改进,这些改进也应视为本发明的保护范围。

1. 一种激光定位式机床,包括机架(1)、机架(1)上安装有刀具(2)、工具夹具(3)和伸缩气缸(4)的缸体,刀具(2)位于工件夹具(3)的左侧,伸缩气缸(4)位于工具夹具(3)的右侧;滑槽(5)固定在伸缩气缸(4)的输出轴上,工件承托面(6)安装在滑槽(5)上,其特征在于:刀具(2)的底部安装有水平的激光发射装置(7),工件承托面(6)上安装有激光接收装置(8)。
