Abstract
本发明属于林业加工机械领域,具体提供一种皂角籽皮分离机,主要特点是在机厢内设置有皂角破碎腔、粗渣分离腔、籽渣分离腔和渣末分离腔,采用破碎棒齿与布眼衬板,和三层连体摆动的皂角皮粗渣筛、皂角籽混渣筛层及皂角皮渣末接盘和可调进风量风道将皂角破碎并分选出皂角籽(瘪籽)、粗渣、细渣、渣末产物,具有运行稳定,性能良好,效率提高,籽渣分离率、籽粒回收率高,破籽少,污染小等显著优点。

本发明创造属于林业加工机械领域,具体提出一种皂角籽皮分离机。
背景技术
皂角,是皂角树结出的果实,外观呈扁豆角状,皂角皮壳内布有皂角籽粒。民间曾用来做洗皂,目前工业用来加工药剂、洗发剂等,是一种天然植物性原料。工业加工时,需将皂角籽皮分离开来,分别做为制剂原料。
现有的皂角籽皮分离方式,采用分立的粉碎机、筛分机,存在着分离效率低,破籽率高,分净率低,尤其是破籽多,净籽效果差,不能满足工业原料质量要求以及在加工中皂角散发的气味大等缺陷。
皂角加工部门,工业加工部门急需一种专门的皂角籽皮分离机械,是摆在农林机部门的一项亟待解决的技术课题。
发明内容
申请人在多年从事农机修造的实践中,发现目前市场急需解决的上述问题,本发明创造的目的在于研制一种皂角籽皮分离机,能够更好地满足市场需求,克服现有技术存在的缺陷。
本发明创造所采取的技术方案是设计一种皂角籽皮分离机,其结构包括:机架,动力传动机构,机厢,喂料口,出籽口,出渣口,其中在机厢内分别设置有皂角破碎腔、粗渣分离腔、籽渣分离腔和渣末分离腔;在喂料斗下方的皂角破碎腔内设置有旋转式皂角破碎棒齿,在皂角破碎棒齿下方设有半圆状布眼破碎衬板;在破碎衬板下方自上而下依次设置有皂角皮粗渣筛层、皂角籽混渣筛层和皂角皮渣末接盘层,三层的一侧连体左右摆动;皂角皮粗渣层的另一侧部伸入在粗渣分离腔内,皂角籽混渣筛层的另一侧部经粗渣分离腔伸入在籽渣分离腔内,皂角皮渣末接盘层的另一侧伸入在粗渣分离腔下部的渣末分离腔内;在籽渣分离腔内对称设置有可调进风量风道,在两条对称可调进风量风道之间上部设置有扇风机,风道的进风口向下对应着皂角籽混渣筛层的上筛面,风道的出风口对应着扇风机转轴上部的叶片;在粗渣分离腔外对应皂角皮粗渣筛层设有皂角皮粗渣出斗;在渣末分离腔外对于皂角皮渣末接盘层设置有皂角皮渣末出斗;在籽渣分离腔外与扇风机排风口对应设有皂角皮细渣出斗,与皂角籽混渣筛层对应设有皂角籽出斗。
本发明创造采用上述技术措施所设计的这种皂角籽皮分离机,使用时,由人工或上料机将皂角加入喂料斗,经所述旋转破碎棒齿与所述破碎衬板将皂角破碎;经衬板布眼落到下方的皂角皮粗渣筛层处理,筛上皂角皮粗渣经皂角粗渣出斗排出;进入皂角籽混渣筛层后,在籽渣分离腔内,籽与细渣在扇风机和对称风道的处理,细渣经皂角皮细渣出斗排出,皂角籽经皂角籽出斗排出;最后筛下物落入皂角渣末接盘,经皂角皮渣末出斗排出,实现对皂角的破碎,分别分离出皂角籽(包括瘪籽)、皂角皮粗渣、皂角皮细渣、皂角皮渣末产物,分类包装,作为工业制备原料使用。
本发明创造的这种皂角籽皮分离机,经小批量试制,在皂角产地的皂角加工户试用,表现运行稳定,性能良好,与现有技术相比,皂角破碎效率提高,籽渣分离率、净籽瘪籽回收率、籽粒完好率几项指标显著提高,几乎高达100%,皂角散发的气味明显减少,对操作场所空气无污染,对工人呼吸道刺激明显减小,具有性能良好,产量提高,分离率好,分类产物质量好,无副作用的显著优点。

本发明创造皂角籽皮分离机的实施例,参见图1,其结构包括:机架1、动力传动机构2,机厢3,喂料口4,出籽口14,出渣口12,15,16,其中在机厢内分别设置有皂角破碎腔、粗渣分离腔、籽渣分离腔和渣末分离腔;在喂料斗下方的皂角破碎腔内设置有旋转式皂角破碎棒齿5,动力传动机构直接驱动主动转轴,在皂角破碎棒齿下方设有半圆状布眼破碎衬板6;在破碎衬板下方自上而下依次设置有皂角皮粗渣筛层7、皂角籽混渣筛层和皂角皮渣末接盘层8,三层的左侧连体通过连杆2.1和吊杆2.2联合带动左右摆动;皂角皮粗渣层的另一侧部伸入在粗渣分离腔内,皂角籽混渣筛层的另一侧部经粗渣分离腔伸入在籽渣分离腔内,皂角皮渣末接盘层的另一侧伸入在粗渣分离腔下部的渣末分离腔内;在籽渣分离腔内对称设置有可调进风量风道10,采用调节件13使下部进风口与皂角粒混渣筛层8筛面间距可调;在两条对称可调进风量风道之间上部设置有扇风机11,通过变速机构2.3与主动转轴传动连接,风道的进风口向下对应着皂角籽混渣筛层8的上筛面,风道的出风口对应着扇风机11转轴上部的叶片;在粗渣分离腔外对应皂角皮粗渣筛层7设有皂角皮粗渣出斗15;在渣末分离腔外对于皂角皮渣末接盘层9设置有皂角皮渣末出斗16;在籽渣分离腔外与扇风机排风口对应设有皂角皮细渣出斗12,与皂角籽混渣筛层8对应设有皂角籽出斗14。

1.一种皂角籽皮分离机,包括机架,动力传动机构,机厢,喂料口,出籽口,出渣口,其特征是在机厢内分别设置有皂角破碎腔、粗渣分离腔、籽渣分离腔和渣末分离腔;在喂料斗下方的皂角破碎腔内设置有旋转式皂角破碎棒齿,在皂角破碎棒齿下方设有半圆状布眼破碎衬板;在破碎衬板下方自上而下依次设置有皂角皮粗渣筛层、皂角籽混渣筛层和皂角皮渣末接盘层,三层的一侧连体左右摆动;皂角皮粗渣层的另一侧部伸入在粗渣分离腔内,皂角籽混渣筛层的另一侧部经粗渣分离腔伸入在籽渣分离腔内,皂角皮渣末接盘层的另一侧伸入在粗渣分离腔下部的渣末分离腔内;在籽渣分离腔内对称设置有可调进风量风道,在两条对称可调进风量风道之间上部设置有扇风机,风道的进风口向下对应着皂角籽混渣筛层的上筛面,风道的出风口对应着扇风机转轴上部的叶片;在粗渣分离腔外对应皂角皮粗渣筛层设有皂角皮粗渣出斗;在渣末分离腔外对应皂角皮渣末接盘层设置有皂角皮渣末出斗;在籽渣分离腔外与扇风机排风口对应设有皂角皮细渣出斗,与皂角籽混渣筛层对应设有皂角籽出斗。
