[0002] 功能性消化不良又称消化不良,是指具有上腹痛、上腹胀、早饱、嗳气、食欲不振、 恶心、呕吐等不适症状,经检查排除引起上述症状的器质性疾病的一组临床综合征。症状可 持续或反复发作,病程超过一个月或在过去的十二月中累计超过十二周。功能性消化不良 属于中医"痞满"范畴,消化不良属脾虚气滞证居多,多因外邪侵袭、饮食所伤、劳倦思虑、情 志不畅等原因怫郁气机,损伤脾胃,脾胃升降失司,致胃肠功能紊乱。脾虚木乘,肝气横逆犯 胃,胃失和降,胃气郁滞,水反为湿,谷反为滞,气病及血而导致"湿阻"、"食积"、"痰结"、"血 瘀"等病理产物产生,出现上腹痞满、疼痛、嗳气早饱等一系列症状。本病病位在胃,与肝脾 二脏关系密切,病机为本虚标实,虚实夹杂。以脾虚为本,气滞血瘀、食积痰湿等邪实为标。 脾虚气滞为基本病机,贯穿于本病的始终,治宜标本同治,以健脾理气为基本治法。
