牙科扫描装置通常被应用于口腔医学和牙修复产业领域。
更具体地,牙科扫描装置是口腔内牙科扫描仪,该口腔内牙科扫描仪通过相关的可视化装置用于牙齿和牙龈的3D成像。
由于牙科扫描装置是全自动的,所以不需要任何通过操作员的手动操作,牙科扫描装置被引导进患者的口腔中,患者通过在咬住牙科扫描装置时施加压力来夹住牙科扫描装置,因此,患者本身是扫描固定参考系统。
牙齿和牙龈的3D诊断和治疗图像通常地通过使用来自海藻胶质印刻模具的复制品或模型获得。该复制品得出牙龈和牙齿的负像,该负像随后被转换成正像,然后被扫描。然而,这些主流的技术带来了两个问题:患者感到不舒服;并且它们不是非常的可靠且精确,从而,过程缓慢且成本高。

这些现有技术装置和系统具有很多不便之处。首先,在某些情况下,技术人员必须以类似刷牙的动作手动地操作这些装置和系统,这显然是不精确的。而且,这些现有技术装置和系统基于由多种装置获取的照片,通常,软件译解且添改这些照片以获得最终的3D图像。从而,除了获得最终图像所需的时间,这些已知的系统还依赖于操作者操作相机且将相机插入到口部的不容易达到的部分中的技术。其他的已知的装置不过多的依赖手动操作,但具有独立于患者的外部坐标固定系统,因此最终图像完全基于不使用额外投影采集的图像。从而,由于参考系统随着患者的轻微运动而发生变化,它们是不精确的。
本发明是不存在上述已知的现有技术的系统的任何缺陷的牙科扫描装置,该装置相对于固定参考系统,即,相对于患者的口部采集3D图像。从而,由于装置随着患者运动,所以图像是精准的。即,例如,与装置相关的牙齿位置参考点在所有时刻都被保存,并且在扫描期间被保持到位。
为此,该牙科扫描装置由两个部件组成,其中一个部件容纳扫描仪以及移动头部探测器;另一个部件在患者咬合时被夹住,并且相应地容纳移动头部探测器。一旦移动头部探测器被引入到咬合固定件中,并且从而被患者的口部夹住,头部探测器则在至少两个方向上扫动。一个方向上的扫动沿着头部探测器的长轴线,另一个方向上的扫动在同一同方向的两个指向上与前一个方向上的扫动正交,以致扫描为两种运动的结合的结果:相对牙弓的横向运动和纵深运动。这是由患者的口腔夹持的部件由易于消毒/除菌的材料制成的原因。
可选地,上述部件能互相接合,并且可被拆分且被再次接合,在这种情况下,患者的口部夹持件由易于消毒/除菌的材料制成,或在使用后被处理。在这种情况下,扫描部件(1)和咬合固定件(2)通过在接合端中特别放置的装置很容易被互相接合。

如图1所示,牙科扫描仪由两个部件组成。第一部件,即扫描部件,其容纳移动扫描头部探测器(3),该移动扫描头部探测器(3)在移动长构件上,在移动长构件的端部是扫描头部探测器(4)。该移动构件(3、4)部分地被保持在扫描部件(1)的内部。另一方面,扫描头部探测器(4)伸出扫描部件(1),并且通过壳的方式被容纳于第二部件中或咬合固定件(2)中。因此,咬合固定件(2)是扫描头部探测器容纳壳(4)。
在上述的情况中,组件能被接合,并且能被分离且再次接合,当两个部件(1和2)预先互相接合时,上述同样适用。
如图,咬合固定件(2)被引入到患者的口部中,并且当患者咬住它时被夹持到位,以便扫描头部探测器(4)被引入到口部中,以扫描相应的牙弓。
而且,咬合固定件(2)为嘴型形状,以使得其更容易被夹住。该咬合固定件(2)实质上是用于扫描头部探测器(4)的保护壳,并且能被使用者咬住。这是咬合固定件(2)由适宜的透明材料制成的原因。
如图2所示,一旦扫描头部探测器(4)的被容纳到咬合固定件(2)中的部分被引入(其被固定到患者的口部中的原因),扫描头部探测器沿至少两个方向全面扫动,以通过相对牙弓的侧向和纵深运动的结合来进行扫描,如图3所示,其中一个方向上的扫动沿着长构件(3)的长轴线进行,而另一个方向上的扫动在两个方向指向上与前一个方向正交。
对于口腔内扫描,所述装置包括在扫描头部探测器(4)中的探测传感器、激光传感器或类似的装置以及相机,以采集牙弓和牙龈的逐牙扫动图像。作为固定和恒定的参考系统的结果,这些图像是自动地生成的并且是准确的3D图像。

Claims (8)

1.一种牙科扫描装置,其特征在于,其由两个部件组成,第一部件,即扫描部件(1)容纳有移动头部探测器(3),移动头部探测器(3)是长的移动构件,其末端为扫描头部探测器(4);第二部件,即咬合固定件(2)是扫描头部探测器(4)容纳壳,并且是当患者咬住它时被患者夹持且定位的构件。
2.根据权利要求1所述的牙科扫描装置,其特征在于,移动构件(3、4)部分地被保持在扫描部件(1)中。
3.根据权利要求1所述的牙科扫描装置,其特征在于,头部探测器(4)伸出扫描部件(1),以便头部探测器(4)能通过壳的方式被容纳于第二部件中,即容纳于咬合固定件(2)中。
4.根据权利要求1所述的牙科扫描装置,其特征在于,咬合固定件(2)由透明的材料制造而成。
5.根据权利要求1所述的牙科扫描装置,其特征在于,部件(1和2)通过相关部分能够分离且互相结合。
6.根据权利要求5所述的牙科扫描装置,其特征在于,咬合固定件(2)被使用且被处理。
7.根据上述权利要求中任意一项所述的牙科扫描装置,其特征在于,头部探测器(4)在至少两个方向上进行扫动运动,以通过相对牙弓的横向和纵深运动的结合来完成扫描,其中一个方向上的扫动运动沿着长构件(3)的长轴线进行,另一个方向上的扫动运动在同一方向的两个指向上正交于前一个方向而进行。
8.根据权利要求7所述的牙科扫描装置,其特征在于,通过在咬合时施加压力,相对固定参考系统完成扫动,即相对患者的口部完成扫动。
