技术领域
本发明涉及一种用于液压缸或者气动缸中活塞与缸体件密封的密封圈。
背景技术
在液压缸或者气动缸中,应用于活塞的密封圈的作用原理通常是在密封圈收到挤
压力时产生变形进而形成密封。
在一些结构的密封圈上,密封圈与缸体接触面大,在压力作用下,摩擦阻力过大,
过大的摩擦阻力容易造成密封圈的过早磨损而失效,造成密封圈寿命缩短;有些密封组件
结构复杂,制造成本高,在密封更换时又需要替换所有的零件,使得使用成本增加,不利于
广泛使用。
发明内容
针对上述现有技术的不足,本发明的目的是提供一种结构简易,仅具有单一零件
结构的活塞密封圈。
本发明的技术方案是这样的:一种活塞密封圈,其特征在于,包括密封环本体,所
述密封环本体上设有主密封圈,所述密封环本体上,主密封圈前后两面各设有密封瓣,密封
瓣与主密封圈之间设有间隙,所述密封瓣的截面头端为液滴状。
优选的,所述主密封圈的接触面上设有若干润滑槽。
本发明所提供的技术方案的优点在于,在液压缸或气动缸活塞的来回往复运动
中,主密封圈受到挤压力压紧缸体,形成密封,润滑槽内润滑脂减少主密封圈与缸体之间的
摩擦力,避免密封圈在不断的往复运动中,由于受到过大的摩擦力而过早磨损使密封失效。
本发明在主密封圈的前后两侧,以一定间隙设置了截面头端为液滴状的密封瓣,在运动过程中,该密封瓣向运动方向的反向扭曲,密封瓣与主密封圈中形成的空气间隙进一步增强密封效果,而密封圈整体所受摩擦力并未过多增大,利于长时间使用。

下面结合实施例对本发明作进一步说明,但不作为对本发明的限定。
请参见图1,活塞密封圈,包括密封环本体1,密封环本体1 上设有主密封圈2,在主
密封圈2 与液压缸体或者气缸体的接触面上设有若干润滑槽2a,使用时,润滑槽2a 内填充
上润滑脂。在密封环本体1 上,主密封圈2 前后两面各设有密封瓣3,密封瓣3 的截面头端为液滴状,密封瓣3 与主密封圈2 之间设有间隙4。在运动过程中,该密封瓣3 向运动方向的反向扭曲,密封瓣3 与主密封圈2 中形成的空气间隙增强密封效果。
