技术领域
本发明涉及尿素生产设备技术领域,尤其是一种尿素液氨泵进液、排液单向阀。
背景技术
尿素,又称碳酰胺,是一种白色晶体,是目前含氮量最高的氮肥。作为一种中性肥料,尿素适用于各种土壤和植物。它易保存,使用方便,对土壤的破坏作用小,是目前使用量较大的一种化学氮肥。工业上用氨气和二氧化碳在一定条件下合成尿素。目前,随着技术的发展,越来越多的尿素生产设备出现在市场上;相应的,一些尿素生产设备的弊端也越来越明显,那些弊端对实际生产造成了一定的影响,严重可导致尿素的最终质量。
比如,3W-2BA2高压液氨泵(以下简称液氨泵)是尿素生产中的主要设备,该泵为卧式三柱塞往复泵。主要技术性能:型号3W-2BA2;吸入压力1.8Mpa;排出压力20Mpa;介质液氨温度:≤35℃;柱塞直径Φ85mm;柱塞行程240mm;往复次数105次/分;流量24m3/H。在生产过程中,液氨泵的进、排液单向阀故障率很高,造成设备频繁停车检修;其检修工劳动强度大,备件费用高,设备运行不稳定,常常影响尿素生产。
车间的技术人员根据操作情况和进、排液单向阀损坏情况进行分析,总结得出:进液、排液单向阀内漏、密封不严是造成设备故障的主要原因;相应的,上述内漏、密封不严的成因是阀板起跳后卡住不回位,阀板裂纹或破裂;以及阀板与弹簧的自由配合间隙太大,再加上弹簧制作尺寸偏差,阀板被介质压力顶开起跳后,弹簧不定位,弹簧压缩后易歪斜,造成阀板受力不均而偏斜,与阀盖配合处卡住不回位,造成密封不严介质回流。
综上,现有技术中,液氨泵的进、排液单向阀存在内漏、密封不严的缺陷,需要进行相应的技术改进。
发明内容
本发明解决的技术问题是提供一种尿素液氨泵进液、排液单向阀,能够有效克服现有技术中存在的缺陷,能够有效克服液氨泵的进、排液单向阀存在内漏、密封不严的缺陷,能够有效提高尿素生产设备的工作效率。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明提供了一种尿素液氨泵进液、排液单向阀,包括弹簧座、弹簧、阀座以及阀芯,所述弹簧的一端与所述弹簧座的内腔底部连接,所述弹簧的另一端与所述阀芯连接;所述阀座套设在所述阀芯外侧,所述阀座还与所述弹簧座连接;

本发明经过实践证明:进、排液单向阀经过3W-2BA2氨泵的实际生产使用其使用周期延长2个月,在运行3个月后检查多爪导向型阀芯与阀座的密封面均未磨损,有效的保证单向阀的工作能力;同时也延长了缸体阀腔内的阀套的使用寿命,减少了损耗,能满足生产工艺的需求。当需要检修设备时,仅仅需要将阀芯外侧嵌设的滚珠进行更换即可,能够有效避免阀芯的整体更换,能够有效降低更换操作的繁琐性,以及有效降低费用投入。
