Abstract
本发明公开了一种高耐侯性多功能外墙涂料及其制备方法,该高耐侯性多功能外墙涂料是由下列重量份配比成份组成: 水80-100份、钛白粉30-55份、滑石粉9-17份、甲基纤维素16-30份、硼酸6-15份、碳酸钙3-5份、氢氧化铝0.7-3.1份、食盐1-2份、三氧化二锑2-5份、硝酸钾0.1-1.9份、亚硒酸钠0.01-0.12份氧化镨钕0.1-0.9份和氧化镍1.2-2.8份。本发明高耐侯性多功能外墙涂料制备时不采用大量的含刺激性气味的化合物,并通过镨钕及镍的化合物调整至均匀色泽;不采用含铅的原料,同时采用甲基纤维素,具有光泽度好,颜色整齐、无色差,产量高,无铅无污染,生产成本低,无气味的优点。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种高耐侯性多功能外墙涂料及其制备方法。
背景技术
外墙涂料是一种用于建筑物外墙起到装饰作用的涂料,随着居住环境的改善和科学技术的进步,人们对于建筑外墙装饰涂料提出了越来越高的环保要求。现有的含水分较高的涂料,材料吸潮,水分对光泽影响较大。传统外墙涂料由于漆膜比较疏松,无法形成真正密实的漆膜,达不到很好的耐侯效果。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种光泽度好,颜色整齐、无色差,产量高,无铅无污染,生产成本低,无气味的高耐侯性多功能外墙涂料。
为解决上述问题,本发明是通过以下技术方案来实现的:一种高耐侯性多功能外墙涂料,该高耐侯性多功能外墙涂料是由下列重量份配比成份组成: 水80-100份、钛白粉30-55份、滑石粉9-17份、甲基纤维素16-30份、硼酸6-15份、碳酸钙3-5份、氢氧化铝0.7-3.1份、食盐1-2份、三氧化二锑2-5份、硝酸钾0.1-1.9份、亚硒酸钠0.01-0.12份氧化镨钕0.1-0.9份和氧化镍1.2-2.8份。

本发明是通过以下技术方案来实现的:所述高耐侯性多功能外墙涂料的制备过程如下:
1)按重量份配比提取钛白粉30-55份、滑石粉9-17份、甲基纤维素16-30份、硼酸6-15份、碳酸钙3-5份、氢氧化铝0.7-3.1份、食盐1-2份、三氧化二锑2-5份、硝酸钾0.1-1.9份混合均匀;
2)提取步骤1的混合物放入反应釜,添加水80-100份搅拌均匀;
3)提取步骤2的混合液高速搅拌,添加亚硒酸钠0.01-0.12份;
4)降低搅拌速度,加入氧化镨钕0.1-0.9份和氧化镍1.2-2.8份,匀速分散20分钟至浆料细度达到要求,即为高耐侯性多功能外墙涂料成品。
本发明高耐侯性多功能外墙涂料的有益效果是:所述高耐侯性多功能外墙涂料制备时不采用大量的含刺激性气味的化合物,并通过镨钕及镍的化合物调整至均匀色泽;不采用含铅的原料,同时采用甲基纤维素,具有光泽度好,颜色整齐、无色差,产量高,无铅无污染,生产成本低,无气味的优点。

实施例1
本发明的一种高耐侯性多功能外墙涂料,该高耐侯性多功能外墙涂料是由下列重量份配比成份组成: 水80份、钛白粉30份、滑石粉9份、甲基纤维素16份、硼酸6份、碳酸钙3份、氢氧化铝0.7份、食盐1份、三氧化二锑2份、硝酸钾0.1份、亚硒酸钠0.01份氧化镨钕0.1份和氧化镍1.2份。
所述高耐侯性多功能外墙涂料的制备过程如下:
1)按重量份配比提取钛白粉30份、滑石粉9份、甲基纤维素16份、硼酸6份、碳酸钙3份、氢氧化铝0.7份、食盐1份、三氧化二锑2份、硝酸钾0.1份混合均匀;
2)提取步骤1的混合物放入反应釜,添加水80份搅拌均匀;
3)提取步骤2的混合液高速搅拌,添加亚硒酸钠0.01份;
4)降低搅拌速度,加入氧化镨钕0.1份和氧化镍1.2份,匀速分散20分钟至浆料细度达到要求,即为高耐侯性多功能外墙涂料成品。

其与实施例1不同之处在于,该高耐侯性多功能外墙涂料是由下列重量份配比成份组成: 水100份、钛白粉55份、滑石粉17份、甲基纤维素30份、硼酸15份、碳酸钙5份、氢氧化铝3.1份、食盐2份、三氧化二锑5份、硝酸钾1.9份、亚硒酸钠0.12份氧化镨钕0.9份和氧化镍2.8份。
实施例3
其与实施例1不同之处在于,该高耐侯性多功能外墙涂料是由下列重量份配比成份组成: 水90份、钛白粉40份、滑石粉14份、甲基纤维素21份、硼酸11份、碳酸钙4份、氢氧化铝2份、食盐1.5份、三氧化二锑3份、硝酸钾1份、亚硒酸钠0.06份氧化镨钕0.6份和氧化镍2份。
实施例4
其与实施例1不同之处在于,该高耐侯性多功能外墙涂料是由下列重量份配比成份组成: 水85份、钛白粉35份、滑石粉11份、甲基纤维素18份、硼酸8份、碳酸钙3.5份、氢氧化铝0.9份、食盐1.2份、三氧化二锑2.4份、硝酸钾0.4份、亚硒酸钠0.05份氧化镨钕0.3份和氧化镍1.5份。
实施例5
其与实施例1不同之处在于,该高耐侯性多功能外墙涂料是由下列重量份配比成份组成: 水97份、钛白粉50份、滑石粉15份、甲基纤维素27份、硼酸14份、碳酸钙4.6份、氢氧化铝3份、食盐1.9份、三氧化二锑4.3份、硝酸钾1.6份、亚硒酸钠0.1份氧化镨钕0.7份和氧化镍2.6份。
实施例6
其与实施例1不同之处在于,该高耐侯性多功能外墙涂料是由下列重量份配比成份组成: 水88份、钛白粉33份、滑石粉13份、甲基纤维素22份、硼酸9份、碳酸钙3.3份、氢氧化铝2.2份、食盐1.4份、三氧化二锑2.4份、硝酸钾1.1份、亚硒酸钠0.07份氧化镨钕0.4份和氧化镍1.5份。
实施例7
其与实施例1不同之处在于,该高耐侯性多功能外墙涂料是由下列重量份配比成份组成: 水92份、钛白粉49份、滑石粉15份、甲基纤维素19份、硼酸14份、碳酸钙3.9份、氢氧化铝2.5份、食盐1.3份、三氧化二锑4.1份、硝酸钾1.2份、亚硒酸钠0.11份氧化镨钕0.7份和氧化镍2.2份。
实施例8
其与实施例1不同之处在于,该高耐侯性多功能外墙涂料是由下列重量份配比成份组成: 水90份、钛白粉40份、滑石粉10份、甲基纤维素20份、硼酸10份、碳酸钙4份、氢氧化铝3份、食盐2份、三氧化二锑4份、硝酸钾1份、亚硒酸钠0.1份氧化镨钕0.5份和氧化镍2份。

1.一种高耐侯性多功能外墙涂料,其特征在于:该高耐侯性多功能外墙涂料是由下列重量份配比成份组成: 水80-100份、钛白粉30-55份、滑石粉9-17份、甲基纤维素16-30份、硼酸6-15份、碳酸钙3-5份、氢氧化铝0.7-3.1份、食盐1-2份、三氧化二锑2-5份、硝酸钾0.1-1.9份、亚硒酸钠0.01-0.12份氧化镨钕0.1-0.9份和氧化镍1.2-2.8份。
2.一种制备权利要求1所述的高耐侯性多功能外墙涂料的制备方法,其特征在于:该方法包括以下步骤:
1)按重量份配比提取钛白粉30-55份、滑石粉9-17份、甲基纤维素16-30份、硼酸6-15份、碳酸钙3-5份、氢氧化铝0.7-3.1份、食盐1-2份、三氧化二锑2-5份、硝酸钾0.1-1.9份混合均匀;
2)提取步骤1的混合物放入反应釜,添加水80-100份搅拌均匀;
3)提取步骤2的混合液高速搅拌,添加亚硒酸钠0.01-0.12份;
4)降低搅拌速度,加入氧化镨钕0.1-0.9份和氧化镍1.2-2.8份,匀速分散20分钟至浆料细度达到要求,即为高耐侯性多功能外墙涂料成品。
