Abstract

本发明公开了一种氧化铁红复合颜料的制备方法,包括如下步骤:(1)制备氧化铁红浆料;(2)制备复合料;(4)调质陈化;(5)制备成品。本发明制得的氧化铁红复合颜料,氧化铁的含量为47~49%,吸油量为37~41g/100g,遮盖力为8.3~8.5g/m2。本发明一种氧化铁红复合颜料的制备方法,操作简便,容易实现,其通过合理的物料混合,有效降低了氧化铁红复合颜料的成本,提高氧化铁红的产量,且制备的复合颜料的吸油值和遮盖力优异,是纯品氧化铁红良好的替代产品,市场前景广阔。

Description

一种氧化铁红复合颜料的制备方法
技术领域
本发明涉及化工颜料领域,特别是涉及一种氧化铁红复合颜料的制备方法。
背景技术
氧化铁红作为迄今为止人们所制造的综合性能最佳的红色无机颜料,在涂料、造纸、塑料、食品、化妆品等众多工业领域得到了广泛应用,成为国民经济建设中一种重要的化工原料。近年来,因经济发展、社会进步和人们生活水平提高等因素带动的建筑业及相关涂料产业的迅猛发展,使氧化铁红颜料的需求量与日俱增。而另一方面,世界钢铁价格逐渐上涨,氧化铁红加工工艺复杂化,环境保护要求严格,这些因素都导致高质量氧化铁红生产成本增大,价格上扬。上述问题使涂料、油漆、建材等氧化铁红消费产业负担不断加重,行业发展因此受到制约。
发明内容
本发明主要解决的技术问题是提供一种氧化铁红复合颜料的制备方法,能够有效降低氧化铁红成本、提高氧化铁红的产量,同时保证氧化铁红的使用性能。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的一个技术方案是:提供一种氧化铁红复合颜料的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)制备氧化铁红浆料:称取一定量氧化铁红、水和分散剂置于带加热搅拌功能的容器中,加热混合搅拌后,超声分散,使之成为氧化铁红浆料;
(2)制备复合料:称取一定质量比的煅烧硅藻土、煅烧高岭土和云母粉加入带搅拌研磨功能的容器中,然后加入水、分散剂和硅酸钠,混合搅拌并研磨,制成复合浆料;
(3)混料研磨:将步骤(1)中制备好的氧化铁红浆料加入步骤(2)中的复合浆料中,混合研磨;
(4)调质陈化:向步骤(3)中研磨后的混合物料中加入占混合物料总重量0.5~0.8%的偏硅酸钠和0.3~0.5%的聚乙二醇,搅拌均匀后,静置陈化2~3h;
(5)制备成品:将步骤(4)中陈化后的混合物料经板框压滤机压滤后,将滤饼干燥、打粉,记得所述氧化铁红复合颜料。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述步骤(1)中,所述氧化铁红、水和分散剂的质量比为1:50~100:0.1~0.3。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述步骤(1)中,所述加热温度为60~80℃,所述超声分散时间为1~3h。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述步骤(2)中,所述煅烧硅藻土、煅烧高岭土和云母粉的质量比为3~5:2~3:1~2;所述水、分散剂和硅酸钠的加入量分别为所述煅烧硅藻土、煅烧高岭土和云母粉总质量的100~200%、0.1~0.3%和2.0~3.0%。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述步骤(2)中,所述混合研磨时间为3~6h,研磨后混合浆料的平均粒径为10~100μm。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述步骤(3)中,所述研磨时间为2~50~100:0.1~0.3。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述步骤(1)中,所述加热温度为60~80℃,所述超声分散时间为1~3h。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述步骤(2)中,所述煅烧硅藻土、煅烧高岭土和云母粉的质量比为3~5:2~3:1~2;所述水、分散剂和硅酸钠的加入量分别为所述煅烧硅藻土、煅烧高岭土和云母粉总质量的100~200%、0.1~0.3%和2.0~3.0%。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述步骤(2)中,所述混合研磨时间为3~6h,研磨后混合浆料的平均粒径为10~100μm。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述步骤(3)中,所述研磨时间为2~μm的复合浆料;
(3)混料研磨:将步骤(1)中制备好的氧化铁红浆料加入步骤(2)中的复合浆料中,混合研磨2h,使研磨后的物料平均粒径为1~50μm;
(4)调质陈化:向步骤(3)中研磨后的混合物料中加入占混合物料总重量0.5%的偏硅酸钠和0.35%的聚乙二醇,搅拌均匀后,静置陈化2~3h;
(5)制备成品:将步骤(4)中陈化后的混合物料经板框压滤机压滤后,将滤饼干燥、打粉,记得所述氧化铁红复合颜料。
实施例2
一种氧化铁红复合颜料的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)制备氧化铁红浆料:称取质量比为1:100:0.3的氧化铁红、水和聚乙二醇200置于带加热搅拌功能的容器中,加热80℃,混合搅拌均匀,超声分散1h,使之成为氧化铁红浆料;
(2)制备复合料:称取质量比为5:3:2的煅烧硅藻土、煅烧高岭土和云母粉加入带搅拌研磨功能的容器中,然后为占所述煅烧硅藻土、煅烧高岭土和云母粉总质量的200%、0.3%和3.0%的水、聚乙二醇200和硅酸钠,混合搅拌并研磨3~6h,制成平均粒径为10~100μm的复合浆料;
(3)混料研磨:将步骤(1)中制备好的氧化铁红浆料加入步骤(2)中的复合浆料中,混合研磨2~3h,使研磨后的物料平均粒径为1~50μm;
(4)调质陈化:向步骤(3)中研磨后的混合物料中加入占混合物料总重量0.8%的偏硅酸钠和0.5%的聚乙二醇,搅拌均匀后,静置陈化2~3h;
(5)制备成品:将步骤(4)中陈化后的混合物料经板框压滤机压滤后,将滤饼干燥、打粉,记得所述氧化铁红复合颜料。
上述方法得到的氧化铁红复合颜料,氧化铁的含量为47~49%,吸油量为37~41g/100g,遮盖力为8.3~8.5g/m2

Claims (7)

1.一种氧化铁红复合颜料的制备方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
(1)制备氧化铁红浆料:称取一定量氧化铁红、水和分散剂置于带加热搅拌功能的容器中,加热混合搅拌后,超声分散,使之成为氧化铁红浆料;
(2)制备复合料:称取一定质量比的煅烧硅藻土、煅烧高岭土和云母粉加入带搅拌研磨功能的容器中,然后加入水、分散剂和硅酸钠,混合搅拌并研磨,制成复合浆料;
(3)混料研磨:将步骤(1)中制备好的氧化铁红浆料加入步骤(2)中的复合浆料中,混合研磨;
(4)调质陈化:向步骤(3)中研磨后的混合物料中加入占混合物料总重量0.5~0.8%的偏硅酸钠和0.3~0.5%的聚乙二醇,搅拌均匀后,静置陈化2~3h;
(5)制备成品:将步骤(4)中陈化后的混合物料经板框压滤机压滤后,将滤饼干燥、打粉,记得所述氧化铁红复合颜料。
2.根据权利要求1所述的氧化铁红复合颜料的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤(1)中,所述氧化铁红、水和分散剂的质量比为1:50~100:0.1~0.3。
3.根据权利要求1所述的氧化铁红复合颜料的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤(1)中,所述加热温度为60~80℃,所述超声分散时间为1~3h。
4.根据权利要求1所述的氧化铁红复合颜料的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤(2)中,所述煅烧硅藻土、煅烧高岭土和云母粉的质量比为3~5:2~3:1~2;所述水、分散剂和硅酸钠的加入量分别为所述煅烧硅藻土、煅烧高岭土和云母粉总质量的100~200%、0.1~0.3%和2.0~3.0%。
5.根据权利要求1所述的氧化铁红复合颜料的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤(2)中,所述混合研磨时间为3~6h,研磨后混合浆料的平均粒径为10~100μm。
6.根据权利要求1所述的氧化铁红复合颜料的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤(3)中,所述研磨时间为2~3h,研磨后的物料平均粒径为1~50μm。
7.根据权利要求1所述的氧化铁红复合颜料的制备方法,其特征在于,所述分散剂为聚乙二醇200或400。
