本发明涉及一种水泥外加剂,用于水泥生产。 
背景技术
水泥在生产过程分为生料磨粉、煅烧和水泥磨粉。水泥磨粉通过研磨体相互碰撞、挤压、摩擦来实现,其摩擦过程产生大量静电,随着粉磨细度的增加,物料比表面积增大,粉体的粘附力或界面张力随之增大,使已产生的裂缝从新愈合,造成颗粒之间相互吸附、粘连,使合格细分不能及时随风出磨,并粘附在粉磨介质、衬板上,形成缓冲垫层,消减了磨内冲击、粉磨能量;与此同时,颗粒断裂产生新表面的游离电价键使附近颗粒相互粘附和聚集,造成包球、包锻现象,使水泥生产的台时产量降低。 
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种水泥助磨剂。 
本发明解决技术问题的技术方案是:一种水泥助磨剂,由断链表面活性组分和分散组分构成,适用于普通硅酸盐水泥、复合水泥、矿渣水泥、火山灰水泥,砌筑水泥,其掺入量为1-2‰。 
本发明的有益效果是:在研磨过程中,水泥助剂迅速吸附并渗透到物料表面或裂纹中,活化物料,改善物料的易磨性;利用不饱和价键和偶极矩削除磨内研磨体与物料摩擦产生的自由能,除掉或极大地降低颗粒在磨内的粘附。从而提高轴向运动的速度、改善柱状球磨机的径向平面运动、改善风力分散过程,从而提高磨机台时产率,降低能耗、降低生产成本。 
具体实施方式 
    本发明所述的水泥助磨剂适用于普通硅酸盐水泥、复合水泥、矿渣水泥、火山灰水泥,砌筑水泥。首次使用助磨剂应先进行“洗磨” ,助磨剂连续喂入磨内30分钟左右,使助磨剂完全充满磨内;监测磨音和化验数据,稳步提产,助磨剂掺入量根据公式(1)计算得出;待磨音达到正常状态,化验数据维持1-2小时不变时,即可稳定此定额连续生产。

2.根据权利要求1所述的水泥助磨剂,其特征在于所述的表面活性组分为断链表面活性组分。
3.根据权利要求2所述的水泥助磨剂,其特征在于其适用范围为普通硅酸盐水泥、复合水泥、矿渣水泥、火山灰水泥,砌筑水泥。
4.根据权利要求3所述的水泥助磨剂,其特征在于其掺入量为1-2‰。
