本发明涉及一种油漆,具体地说,涉及一种有机硅改性聚酯树脂卷材涂料。
背景技术
现有硅改性卷材涂料在固化过程中需要固化温度较高、固化时间长,而且在固化过程排放大量的污染物。因此,需要一种新的技术方案来解决上述技术问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种有机硅改性聚酯树脂卷材涂料,其固化温度低、时间短、安全环保。
本发明目的通过下述技术方案来实现:
一种有机硅改性聚酯树脂卷材涂料,按重量百分比计,其包括如下成分:有机硅改性聚酯树脂30%~40%、高亚氨基树脂10%~20%、封闭型异氰酸酯10%~20%、二氧化钛10%~20%、二氧化硅2%~3%、UV吸收剂2%~3%、封闭型酸催化剂2%~3%、流平剂1%~2%、醇酸稀料10%~20%。
本发明的有益效果:固化所需温度较低、所需时间短,所采用的原料合理、制造工序简单、生产效率高。

一种有机硅改性聚酯树脂卷材涂料,按重量百分比计,其包括如下成分:有机硅改性聚酯树脂40%、高亚氨基树脂10%、封闭型异氰酸酯20%、二氧化钛10%、二氧化硅2%、UV吸收剂3%、封闭型酸催化剂3%、流平剂2%、醇酸稀料10%。
