聚烯烃/和田玉复合材料的特征在于如下配方:PP树脂90-95份;负离子添加剂4-5份;玉粉1.5-2.1份;抗老化剂0-0.5份;抗紫外线剂0-0.5份。该复合材料中添加了负离子添加剂,可以释放负离子、缓解疲劳、使心情舒畅、驱除各种异味、净化空气。此外,玉粉的加入对该复合材料的性能也有了进一步的提高。

本发明属于高分子材料改性、化工、复合材料、材料加工、资源合理利用、城市建筑、建筑材料领域,有广泛的应用价值。
背景技术
PP树脂无毒无味,强度、刚度、硬度、耐热性均优于低压聚乙烯.具有优良的电性能和高频绝缘性不受湿度影响,广泛应用于塑料等行业。
随着人们生活水平的提高,越来越多的人开始回归自然,空中花园已不是梦想。但是由于海拔高,紫外线强,花盆更易损坏,再加上本身的老化,使使用寿命更短。但在PP中添加玉粉可以很好的改善这一问题。此外,在树脂中加入负离子添加剂,还能释放负离子,对花园中的空气也起到净化的作用。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种和田玉聚丙烯的制备工艺,,生产出来的复合材料适用于空中花园中的盆景,可适当添加某种助剂,使该复合材料的性能有进一步的提高。
本发明的具体原料配方(质量百分比)如下:聚烯烃/和田玉复合材料的特征在于如下配方:PP树脂90-95份;负离子添加剂4-5份;玉粉1.5-2.1份;抗老化剂0-0.5份;抗紫外线剂0-0.5份。
实施方式
实施例1:
配方(质量百分比):PP树脂92.5份;负离子添加剂5份;玉粉2.1份;抗老化剂0.2份;抗紫外线剂0.2份。
实施例2:
配方(质量百分比):PP树脂93份;负离子添加剂4份;玉粉2份;抗老化剂0.5份;抗紫外线剂0.5份。测试负离子数在600个/cm3以上。
实施例3:
配方(质量百分比):PP树脂94份;负离子添加剂4.1份;玉粉1.5份;抗老化剂0.2份;抗紫外线剂0.2份。

1.聚烯烃/和田玉复合材料的特征在于如下配方:聚烯烃PP树脂90-95份;负离子添加剂4-5份;玉粉1.5-2.1份;抗老化剂0-0.5份;抗紫外线剂0-0.5份。
2.根据权利要求书1聚烯烃/和田玉复合材料所述的PP树脂是符合国家标准的原料。
3.根据权利要求书1聚烯烃/和田玉复合材料所述的负离子添加剂可以释放负离子,符合国家标准。
4.根据权利要求书1聚烯烃/和田玉复合材料所述的玉粉是和田玉经过粉碎得到,符合国家标准。
5.根据权利要求书1聚烯烃/和田玉复合材料所述的抗老化剂可以减轻该复合材料的老化,符合国家标准。
6.根据权利要求书1聚烯烃/和田玉复合材料所述的抗紫外线剂可以延长该复合材料暴露在空气中的时间,符合国家标准。
