本发明提供了一种倒装式型芯进胶齿条脱螺纹点浇口模具,包括倒装式模具模架、齿条脱螺纹机构、成型部件、模具分型定距控制组件、模具浇注系统组件;所述定模座板、型腔固定板构成模架定模部分,型芯固定板、齿轮槽板、轴套安装板、垫板、脱料板、动模座板构成模架动模部分,模架动模部分安装于注塑机定模板上,定模部分安装于注塑机动模板上;采用上述技术方案提供的本发明模具,在塑料产品上带有螺纹结构、一模多穴且需要保证外观面无浇注痕迹时,能用简单的机构实现上述特征的产品的螺纹脱模和自动化模塑生产,有效地保证了外观产品成型质量,降低了模具生产制作成本和产品注塑成本。

技术领域
本发明涉及注塑模具机构设计领域,具体为一种倒装式型芯进胶齿条脱螺纹点浇口模具。
背景技术
如图1所示,塑料产品上带有螺纹结构、且为了保证外观面无浇注痕迹时,需要设计特殊的脱螺纹机构及模具结构以完成产品的自动化注塑生产。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题在于提供一种倒装式型芯进胶齿条脱螺纹点浇口模具,设计合理,结构紧凑,工作稳定,安全可靠,使用便利;为解决上述现有的技术问题, 本发明采用如下方案:一种倒装式型芯进胶齿条脱螺纹点浇口模具,包括抽芯油缸、油缸支架、抽芯齿条、流道板、轴套、浇口套安装台、二级浇口套、胶垫、螺纹型芯、中央二级传动齿轮、齿条一级传动齿轮、齿轮销键、二级传动中心轴、轴承、螺纹型芯传动齿轮销键、型芯镶件、型腔镶件、螺纹型芯传动齿轮、定模板、模板开闭控制器、型腔固定板、型芯固定板、齿轮槽板、轴套安装板、垫板、脱料板、动模座板、型腔导柱、模架导柱、长拉杆、短拉杆螺钉、流道板小拉杆、一级浇口法兰、尼龙扣锁。
    作为优选,所述倒装式模具模架结构组成包括定模座板、型腔固定板、型芯固定板、齿轮槽板、轴套安装板、垫板、脱料板、动模座板、型腔导柱、模架导柱;型芯镶件、型腔镶件倒装于模架内;定模座板、型腔固定板构成模架定模部分,型芯固定板、齿轮槽板、轴套安装板、垫板、脱料板、动模座板构成模架动模部分,模架动模部分安装于注塑机定模板上,定模部分安装于注塑机动模板上。
    作为优选,所述型芯固定板、齿轮槽板、轴套安装板、垫板通过短拉杆螺钉紧固安装在一起,为齿条脱螺纹结构提供安装基础。
  作为优选,所述模具结构布局为一模出四腔,模具为无顶出机构模具,浇注方式为点浇口浇注方式,点浇口设置于产品型芯侧进料。
  作为优选,所述齿条脱螺纹机构结构组成包括抽芯油缸、油缸支架、抽芯齿条、胶垫、螺纹型芯、中央二级传动齿轮、齿条一级传动齿轮、齿轮销键、二级传动中心轴、轴承、螺纹型芯传动齿轮销键、螺纹型芯传动齿轮;抽芯油缸通过油缸支架安装于齿轮槽板、轴套安装板上;抽芯齿条与抽芯油缸联结,并由轴套安装板内开设的导槽及耐磨块导向;中央二级传动齿轮、齿条一级传动齿轮安装于二级传动中心轴,二级传动中心轴通过轴承安装于模板上;抽芯油缸通过抽芯齿条将动力传递给齿条一级传动齿轮,齿条一级传动齿轮通过二级传动中心轴将动力传递给中央二级传动齿轮,由中央二级传动齿轮带动四个螺纹型芯传动齿轮转动,四个螺纹型芯传动齿轮分别带动各自的螺纹型芯转动。
  作为优选,所述成型部件结构组成包括螺纹型芯、型芯镶件、型腔镶件。
  作为优选,所述模具分型定距控制组件结构组成包括模板开闭控制器、长拉杆、流道板小拉杆、尼龙扣锁。
  作为优选,所述模具浇注系统组件结构组成包括流道板、二级浇口套、一级浇口法兰。
有益效果:本发明采用上述技术方案提供的一种倒装式型芯进胶齿条脱螺纹点浇口模具,在塑料产品上带有螺纹结构、一模多穴且需要保证外观面无浇注痕迹时,能用简单的机构实现上述特征的产品的螺纹脱模和自动化模塑生产,有效地保证了外观产品成型质量,降低了模具生产制作成本和产品注塑成本;模具结构设计合理,结构紧凑,工作稳定,安全可靠,使用便利。

    图1-6所示为本发明相关说明图; 一种倒装式型芯进胶齿条脱螺纹点浇口模具,包括抽芯油缸1、油缸支架2、抽芯齿条3、流道板4、轴套5、浇口套安装台6、二级浇口套7、胶垫8、螺纹型芯9、中央二级传动齿轮10、齿条一级传动齿轮11、齿轮销键12、二级传动中心轴13、轴承14、螺纹型芯传动齿轮销键15、型芯镶件16、型腔镶件17、螺纹型芯传动齿轮18、定模板19、模板开闭控制器20、型腔固定板21、型芯固定板22、齿轮槽板23、轴套安装板24、垫板25、脱料板26、动模座板27、型腔导柱28、模架导柱29、长拉杆30、短拉杆螺钉31、流道板小拉杆32、一级浇口法兰33,如图3、图4、图5所示。
   所述倒装式模具模架结构组成包括定模座板19、型腔固定板21、型芯固定板22、齿轮槽板23、轴套安装板24、垫板25、脱料板26、动模座板27、型腔导柱28、模架导柱29;型芯镶件16、型腔镶件17倒装于模架内;定模座板19、型腔固定板21构成模架定模部分,型芯固定板22、齿轮槽板23、轴套安装板24、垫板25、脱料板26、动模座板27构成模架动模部分,模架动模部分安装于注塑机定模板上,定模部分安装于注塑机动模板上,如图3所示。
   所述型芯固定板22、齿轮槽板23、轴套安装板24、垫板25通过短拉杆螺钉31紧固安装在一起,为齿条脱螺纹结构提供安装基础,如图3所示。
    所述模具结构布局为一模出四腔,模具为无顶出机构模具,浇注方式为点浇口浇注方式,点浇口设置于产品型芯侧进料,如图2所示。
    所述齿条脱螺纹机构结构组成包括抽芯油缸1、油缸支架2、抽芯齿条3、胶垫8、螺纹型芯9、中央二级传动齿轮10、齿条一级传动齿轮11、齿轮销键12、二级传动中心轴13、轴承14、螺纹型芯传动齿轮销键15、螺纹型芯传动齿轮18;抽芯油缸1通过油缸支架2安装于齿轮槽板23、轴套安装板24上;抽芯齿条3与抽芯油缸1联结,并由轴套安装板24内开设的导槽及耐磨块导向;中央二级传动齿轮10、齿条一级传动齿轮11安装于二级传动中心轴13,二级传动中心轴13通过轴承14安装于模板上;抽芯油缸1通过抽芯齿条3将动力传递给齿条一级传动齿轮11,齿条一级传动齿轮11通过二级传动中心轴13将动力传递给中央二级传动齿轮10,由中央二级传动齿轮10带动四个螺纹型芯传动齿轮18转动,四个螺纹型芯传动齿轮18分别带动各自的螺纹型芯9转动,如图3、图4所示。
   所述成型部件结构组成包括螺纹型芯9、型芯镶件16、型腔镶件17。
   所述模具分型定距控制组件结构组成包括模板开闭控制器20、长拉杆30、流道板小拉杆32、尼龙扣锁,如图3、图4、图5所示。
   所述模具浇注系统组件结构组成包括流道板4、二级浇口套7、一级浇口法兰33。
实际工作时,如图6所示,其运动工作原理如下:
   1)流道废料分离   开模时,与普通三板点浇口模具开模原理相同,注塑机拉杆拉动模具定模运动,从而带动模具动模部分在图6中所示第一分型面PL1处打开,完成流道废料与产品的分离;
   2)模腔打开   PL1打开后,注塑机拉杆拉动模具定模运动继续运动,模具定模部分与动模部分在图6中所示第二分型面PL2处打开,产品从模具型腔上脱模;
  3)产品旋出  PL2分型面打开后,抽芯油缸1动作,通过带动中央二级传动齿轮10从而带动如图2中模具布局所示的四个螺纹型芯传动齿轮18转动,四个螺纹型芯传动齿轮18分别带动各自的螺纹型芯9转动,从而将产品从型腔镶件17上脱螺纹旋出脱模;
  4)复位 复位时,抽芯油缸1动作动作,脱螺纹机构先复位,而后在注塑机拉杆的顶动下,模具在PL1分型面处闭合,而后在PL2分型面闭合,模具完全闭合,等待下一个注塑循环开始。

3.根据权利要求1一种倒装式型芯进胶齿条脱螺纹点浇口模具,所述型芯固定板(22)、齿轮槽板(23)、轴套安装板(24)、垫板(25)通过短拉杆螺钉(31)紧固安装在一起,为齿条脱螺纹结构提供安装基础。
4.根据权利要求1一种倒装式型芯进胶齿条脱螺纹点浇口模具,所述模具结构布局为一模出四腔,模具为无顶出机构模具,浇注方式为点浇口浇注方式,点浇口设置于产品型芯侧进料。
