Abstract

本发明提出的是一种无支撑镗铣孔装置。在轴杆上连接有减振万向节和冷却液进口,冷却液进口通过冷却液通道与镗铣刀部位连通,在镗铣刀两侧分别装有定位滑套,定位滑套内装有胀套,定位滑套与轴杆之间装有轴承。本发明装置能够应用于工件钻孔后现场操作。具有自动找正定位、自动冷却、上刀时间快、效率高的优点。能够替代拉刀和螺纹手动绞刀,现场施工,能够提高生产质量和镗铣孔效率。适宜作为机械加工领域镗铣孔的工具应用。

Description

一种无支撑镗铣孔装置
技术领域
 本发明提出的是机械加工领域应用的一种无支撑镗铣孔装置。
背景技术
在海工项目中,钻井平台、船舶建造、船舶维修、机械加工、主机定位铣孔、齿轮箱定位铣孔、推力轴承定位铣孔、舵承定位铣孔、舵机定位铣孔、轴系法兰螺栓定位铣孔为主要加工目的,通常使用BB5000镗杆机械,缺点是每一个孔都要经过支撑定位、电焊定位、孔心定位、上刀、光刀平面、冷却、拆解、清除、烦琐时间长效率低,孔内尺寸光洁度不可控。
当使用拉刀机械铣孔时,存在的缺点是:每一个孔都要同一组刀经过,常出现单刀不正、孔偏、刀炸孔内、质量刀具在孔内常出现拉痕,光洁度不好,拉杆断裂亦难保证安全。
i.有些现场可以使用螺纹手绞刀,直铣绞刀缺点:
当使用人工手动绞刀时,需要对孔找正,手动绞孔,冷却,透渣,操作繁琐,时间长,效率低,刀具磨损量大,影响质量,刀具在孔内常出现划痕,光洁度和圆柱度不好。
发明内容
为了克服现有技术的缺点,本发明提出了一种无支撑镗铣孔装置。该装置通过轴杆和定位滑套与镗铣刀的相互配合,解决镗铣孔加工的技术问题。
本发明解决技术问题所采用的方案是:
在轴杆上连接有减振万向节和冷却液进口,冷却液进口通过冷却液通道与镗铣刀部位连通,在镗铣刀两侧分别装有定位滑套,定位滑套内装有胀套,定位滑套与轴杆之间装有轴承。
积极效果,本发明装置能够应用于工件钻孔后现场操作。具有自动找正定位、自动冷却、上刀时间快、效率高的优点。能够替代拉刀和螺纹手动绞刀,现场施工,能够提高生产质量和镗铣孔效率。适宜作为机械加工领域镗铣孔的工具应用。

具体实施方式
据图所示,在轴杆1上连接有减振万向节2和冷却液进口3,冷却液进口通过冷却液通道4与镗铣刀6部位连通,在镗铣刀两侧分别装有定位滑套5,定位滑套内装有胀套5.1,定位滑套与轴杆之间装有轴承。
本发明的使用:
首先将轴杆卡在旋装装置上,在轴杆旋转状态下,冷却液从冷却液进口进入并通过冷却液通道流向镗铣刀位置,在此种情况下,定位滑套伸入到工件孔中,从一端向另一端行进,同时通过轴杆的推进或工件的移动,镗铣刀对工件孔进行镗铣加工,使工件孔符合技术要求。
胀套的作用是使轴杆与定位滑套胀紧,通过轴承的作用,使定位滑套不随轴杆旋转,起到工件孔定位的作用。

1. 一种无支撑镗铣孔装置,其特征是:在轴杆(1)上连接有减振万向节(2)和冷却液进口(3),冷却液进口通过冷却液通道(4)与镗铣刀(6)部位连通,在镗铣刀两侧分别装有定位滑套(5),定位滑套内装有胀套(5.1),定位滑套与轴杆之间装有轴承。
