技术领域
本公开涉及机电手术组件系统。更具地,本公开涉及包含具有可移除的过滤器的机电手术装置的机电手术组件系统,该过滤器用于:当接合器和/或手术装载单元与机电手术装置电相互连接和/或机械相互连接时,来防止机电手术装置的内部部件的污染。
背景技术
许多手术装置制造商已经开发了生产线,该生产线具有用于操作和/或操纵机电手术装置的专用驱动系统。在许多实例中,机电手术装置包含可再用的手柄组件、以及可置换的装载单元和/或单次使用装载单元等,为了被处理或在一些实例中为再次使用而被消毒,该可置换的装载单元和/或单次使用装载单元在使用之前选择地连接至手柄组件,然后在使用之后与手柄组件断开连接。
在某些实例中,接合器用于将机电手术装置与大量的手术装载单元中的任何一个互相连接,以在其之间建立机械连接和/或电连接。在手术操作期间,接合器或不同的接合器可附接至机电手术器械以及从机电手术器械拆除。在这种实例中,在在手术操作期间已经先前使用过的接合器的附接期间,机电手术装置的内部部件会被污染。
因此,具有包含用于接合器的电部件与机电手术装置的电部件之间的无菌连接的保护屏障件的机电手术装置将会是有益的。
发明内容
本公开涉及机电手术组件的改进。根据本公开的一个方案,机电手术组件包含手术装置、接合器以及过滤器。所述手术装置包含连接部,所述连接部具有包含电插头的朝向远侧的凹槽。所述接合器包含朝向近侧的帽状部,所述朝向近侧的帽状部配置为与所述手术装置的所述朝向远侧的凹槽配接,所述朝向近侧的帽状部包含电组件,所述电组件包含配置为与所述电插头电连接的多个电接触销。所述过滤器能移除地定位在所述手术装置的朝向远侧的凹槽内。当所述接合器连接至所述手术装置时,所述多个电接触销延伸穿过所述过滤器。
所述过滤器包含至少一层材料,所述至少一层材料从由织物、泡沫、弹性体、热塑性材料、凝胶以及其组合物组成的群组中选择。在实施例中,所述过滤器由两层以上的材料合成。所述过滤器包含治疗剂。在实施例中,所述治疗剂从由杀菌剂、抗菌药、防腐剂、收敛剂、消毒剂以及其组合物组成的群组中选择。在某些实施例中,所述过滤器包含狭缝或孔。
在一些实施例中,所述过滤器可具有与所述凹槽的形状互补的形状,而在一些实施例中,所述过滤器可具有与所述凹槽的一部分的形状互补的形状。所述过滤器可自支撑或可被附接至安装在所述凹槽内的基板上。
根据本公开的另一方案,一种能够与接合器相互连接的机电手术装置,所述接合器用于使手术装载单元与所述手术装置相互连接,所述手术装置包含:手柄壳体;连接部,其从所述手柄壳体向远侧延伸,所述连接部包含至少一个能旋转的驱动轴以及限定在朝向远侧的凹槽内的电插头;以及过滤器,其布置在所述凹槽内,位于所述至少一个能旋转的驱动轴和所述电插头的远侧。所述过滤器配置为防止污染物与所述电插头连通。

具体实施方式

根据本公开的实施例,手术装置大体标识为100,且为动力驱动的、手持式的机电器械或装置的形式,该动力驱动的、手持式的机电器械或装置被构造为使多个不同的末端执行器选择地附接至其上,该多个不同的末端执行器各自被构造为被动力驱动的、手持式的机电手术装置致动和操纵。为了本公开的目的,在手术装载单元方面将描述末端执行器;然而,本公开的机电手术组件可与在本领域的技术人员的眼界内的各种末端执行器(如,夹紧钳夹和切割工具)一起使用。

手柄壳体102提供一壳体且支撑多个指部致动的控制按钮、摇杆装置、以及用于启动手术装置100的各种功能的类似物,驱动机构位于该壳体内。为了执行手术装置100的各种操作,驱动机构配置为驱动轴和/或齿轮部件。具体地,为了使装载单元300的工具组件304相对于装载单元300的近侧主体部302选择地移动、为了使装载单元300相对于手柄壳体102绕纵轴线“X”旋转、以及为了使装载单元300的砧座组件306与钉仓组件308相对于彼此移动/接近、和/或为了发射在装载单元300的钉仓组件308内的吻合与切割钉仓,驱动机构配置为驱动轴和/或齿轮部件。
如图2所示,结合图1,手柄壳体102限定连接部104,该连接部104配置为接纳接合器200的对应的驱动联接组件212。具体地,手术装置100的连接部104具有朝向远侧的凹槽104a,当接合器200与手术装置100配接时,该凹槽104a接纳接合器200的驱动联接组件212的朝向近侧的帽状部212a。连接部104容置三个能旋转的驱动连接器106、108、110,该三个能旋转的驱动连接器彼此布置在共同的平面中或彼此成直线布置。
当接合器200与手术装置100配接时,手术装置100的各个能旋转的驱动连接器106、108、110与接合器200的对应的能旋转的连接器套管206、208、210联接。在这点上,对应的第一驱动连接器106与第一连接器套管206之间的交接部、对应的第二驱动连接器108与第二连接器套管208之间的交接部、以及对应的第三驱动连接器110与第三连接器套管210之间的交接部是被锁定的,以便手术装置100的各个驱动连接器106、108、110的旋转引起接合器200的对应的连接器套管206、208、210的对应的旋转。
手术装置100的驱动连接器106、108、110与接合器200的连接器套管206、208、210的配接允许经由三个相应的连接器交接部中的每一个独立地传递旋转力。手术装置100的驱动连接器106、108、110配置为通过手术装置100的驱动机构来独立地旋转。在这点上,驱动机构的功能选择模块(未示出)选择通过手术装置100的电动机来驱动手术装置100的哪一个或多个驱动连接器106、108、110。
因为手术装置100的驱动连接器106、108、110中的每一个均具有与接合器200的相应的连接器套管206、208、210的被锁定的和/或基本上非可旋转的交接部,因此当接合器200联接至手术装置100时,旋转力从手术装置100的驱动机构选择地传递至接合器200。
手术装置100的驱动连接器106、108、110的选择性的旋转允许手术装置100选择地致动装载单元300的不同功能。例如,手术装置100的第一驱动连接器106的选择性的且独立的旋转对应于装载单元300的工具组件304的选择性的且独立的打开和闭合、以及对应于装载单元300的工具组件304的吻合/切割部件的驱动。作为附加的实例,手术装置100的第二驱动连接器108的选择性的且独立的旋转对应于装载单元300的工具组件304的横向于纵向轴线“X”的选择性的且独立的关节式运动。另外,例如,手术装置100的第三驱动连接器110的选择性的且独立的旋转对应于装载单元300相对于手术装置100的手柄壳体102的绕纵向轴线“X”的选择性的且独立的旋转。
接合器200包含外隆凸形壳体(outer knob housing)202以及从隆凸形壳体202的远侧端延伸出的外管204。隆凸形壳体202和外管204被配置且被定尺寸以容置接合器200的部件。外管204被定尺寸用于内窥镜的插入,具体地,外管204能穿过典型的套管针口件、插管等。隆凸形壳体202被定尺寸为不能进入套管针口件、插管等。隆凸形壳体202被配置且适于连接至手术装置100的手柄壳体102的连接部104。
接合器200包含布置在其中的多个力/旋转传递/转换组件。每个力/旋转传递/转换组件均被配置为且适于在旋转速度/旋转力传递至装载单元300之前将手术装置100的第一、第二和第三能旋转的驱动连接器106、108、110的旋转速度/旋转力进行传递/转换(例如增大或减小)。
接合器200进一步包含支撑在其上的附接/分开按钮214。具体地,按钮214被支撑在接合器200的驱动联接组件212上,且偏置到未致动的状态。按钮214包含与其一起形成的至少一个唇缘或凸缘214a,该至少一个唇缘或凸缘214a配置为卡锁在对应的唇缘或凸缘104b后面,该对应的唇缘或凸缘104b沿着手术装置100的连接部104的凹槽104a限定。在使用中,当接合器200连接至手术装置100时,按钮214的唇缘214a布置在手术装置100的连接部104的唇缘104b后面,以使接合器200与手术装置100彼此固定且保持。为了允许接合器200与手术装置100彼此断开连接,按钮214克服其偏置状态被按下或致动,来使按钮214的唇缘214a与手术装置100的连接部104的唇缘104b分离。
接合器200包含电组件216,该电组件216被支撑在外隆凸形壳体202上且支撑在外隆凸形壳体202中。电组件216包含被支撑在电路板(未示出)上的多个电接触销218,用于电连接至布置在手术装置100的连接部104中的对应的电插头112。电组件216起到允许经由电连接至手术装置100的电路板(未示出)的电插头112对生命周期信息进行校准以及允许将生命周期信息传送给手术装置100的电路板的作用。

过滤器150可包含被定尺寸以允许电部件被接纳和通过(如贯穿其的接合器200的电接触销218)的狭缝152(图3A)或孔154(图3B)。狭缝152或孔154可具有有效地降低插入压力的小直径的孔口,该插入压力是将电接触销218贯穿其插入而又能穿透从而允许电接触销218接触手术装置100的电组件112所需的。狭缝152可包含形成在过滤器150内的单个或多个交叉的狭缝,以协助减小使电接触销218前进进入手术装置100所需的插入力。具体地,狭缝152打开来允许电接触销218的通过,从而使得在电接触销218通过电插头112接触手术装置100的内部电部件之前,限定狭缝218的内壁部接合电接触销218的外表面并对电接触销218擦拭污染物或消毒剂。狭缝可适于在电接触销218从其上移除时呈现基本上闭合的位置。在一些实施例中,过滤器150的外尺寸稍微大于凹槽104a的内尺寸,以便在电接触销218存在或不在的情况下,过滤器150在凹槽104a内进行径向和轴向压缩时,闭合狭缝152或孔154。相似地,狭缝152或孔154可布置在过滤器150内且在能旋转的驱动连接器106、108、110与能旋转的连接器套管206、208、210之间。
过滤器150可由各种材料制造。在实施例中,过滤器150可为天然的或人造的材料编织的织物、针织的织物、编成麻花状的织物、或无纺织物。在实施例中,织物可密集地或紧紧地被构造和/或包含多于一层来形成织物的合成物。合适的纱线和织物材料包含以下人造材料:如包含如由Invista North America S.A.R.L.提供的商用的的聚氨基甲酸乙酯弹性纤维(spandex)、尼龙、包含如由E.I.DuPont deNemours and Company提供的商用的纤维的芳族聚酰胺、以及在其插入过滤器150而向过滤器150提供刚性和支撑的同时围绕电接触销218膨胀和压缩的其它材料。
在一些实施例中,过滤器150可由开孔或闭孔的泡沫材料制造而成。泡沫材料可具有足够的弹力来弯曲且与插入的电接触销218的外尺寸一致。而且,在接合器200与手术装置100的附接/分开以确保无菌连接的期间,泡沫的顺应特性可大体使围绕电接触销218的间隙的形成最小化。
在实施例中,过滤器150可由弹性体或热塑性材料制造而成。合适的弹性体包含例如聚异戊二烯、聚氯丁烯、聚酯、聚氨酯、聚醚氨酯(polyether urethane)、聚氯乙烯、乙烯醋酸乙烯酯(ethylene vinyl acetate)、聚丁二烯、聚醚嵌段酰胺(polyether blockamide)、苯乙烯嵌段共聚物(styrene block copolymer)、乙烯丙烯二烯M级橡胶(ethylenepropylene diene M-class rubber)、丁腈橡胶、丁基橡胶、天然橡胶、硅酮、以及其共聚物和组合物。
在一些实施例中,过滤器150可由凝胶制造而成。凝胶可由如软氨基甲酸乙酯凝胶(soft urethane gel)、硅凝胶(silicone gel)等的弹性体制造而成,且可具有可压缩的特性,以允许电接触销218通过过滤器150,并且在电接触销218从过滤器150移除时而闭合。凝胶可为水凝胶或含水的凝胶,包括水和各种聚合物,各种聚合物包含如白明胶、多糖、交联的丙烯酰胺聚合物(crosslinked acrylamide polymer)、羟乙基甲基丙烯酸酯聚合物(hydroxyethylmethacrylate polymers)、交联的聚丙烯酸轻乙酯(crosslinkedpolyhydroxyethylacrylate)、聚合交联的2-丙烯酰胺基-2-甲基丙烷磺酸聚合物(polymerized,crosslinked2-acrylmido-2-methylpropane sulfonic acid polymers),或其盐基化合物、交联的聚乙烯吡咯烷酮、聚丙烯酸、上述单体彼此的共聚物、上述单体与其它的如聚苯乙烯的聚合物或其它的非水凝胶形成的聚合物的共聚物、上述的一种或多种盐基化合物、以及其组合物中的一种。
应该理解的是,过滤器150可包含相同的或不同的材料的一层或多层。例如,在实施例中,过滤器150可包含如凝胶层或弹性层的第一层、以及安装到第一层或嵌入第一层内的如织物层或泡沫层的第二层,该第二层比第一层硬。各种硬度的材料的组合物有助于以自支撑的方式将过滤器150保持在手术装置100的凹槽内。
过滤器150可包含治疗剂或药剂或其组合物,如杀菌剂、抗菌药、防腐剂、收敛剂、以及消毒剂。在一些实施例中,在将过滤器150定位在手术装置100的凹槽104a内之前,可将过滤器弄湿,如通过将过滤器150放置在收敛剂槽中。
在可选择的实施例中,如图4所示,过滤器150可被附接至基板160上,该基板160安装在手术装置100的连接部104内,位于能旋转的驱动连接件106、108、110和电插头112的远侧。在实施例中,基板160可被固定在凹槽104a内。在这种实施例中,过滤器150可为水凝胶,该水凝胶包含胶粘性质,以支撑过滤器150与基板160的附接和移除。在其它实施例中,基板160可释放地安装在凹槽104a内,且过滤器150可通过如使用粘附剂或模制的传统方式来固定至基板160。基板160可由如具有比过滤器150的材料更大的刚度的弹性体的材料形成,且可包含开口162,该开口162被定位且定尺寸以与接合器200的电接触销218对应,来允许电接触销218通过其中。
为了使用机电手术组件,过滤器150定位在手术装置100的连接部104的朝向远侧的凹槽104a内。在实施例中,在将过滤器定位在凹槽104a内之前,过滤器150可用治疗剂弄湿。接着,如上所述,通过将驱动联接组件212的朝向近侧的帽状部212a定位在连接部104的凹槽104a内,使得按钮214的唇缘214a布置在连接部104的唇缘104a后面,从而将接合器200连接至手术装置100。当配接时,在接触电组件112之前,电接触销218向接合器200的近侧突出,且穿过过滤器150。在使用之后,接合器200可通过按下按钮214来与手术装置100分开,并且过滤器150可被移除。在单次手术操作期间,根据需要,新的过滤器可被定位在连接部104的凹槽104a内,并且接合器200可再附接至手术装置100或不同的接合器可被附接至手术装置100,而不会造成手术装置100的内部件受污染的风险。
将理解的是,可对本公开的机电手术组件系统作出各种修改。因此,上文描述不应该解释为限制,而是仅仅作为实施例的示例。本领域的技术人员将预想到在本公开的范围和构思内的其它修改。
Claims (23)
1.一种机电手术组件,包括:
手术装置,其包含连接部,所述连接部具有包含电插头的朝向远侧的凹槽;
接合器,其包含朝向近侧的帽状部,所述朝向近侧的帽状部配置为与所述手术装置的所述凹槽配接,所述朝向近侧的帽状部包含电组件,所述电组件包含配置为与所述电插头电连接的多个电接触销;以及
过滤器,其能移除地定位在所述手术装置的所述凹槽内,其中当所述接合器连接至所述手术装置时,所述多个电接触销延伸穿过所述过滤器。
2.根据权利要求1所述的机电手术组件,其中所述过滤器包含至少一层材料,所述至少一层材料从由织物、泡沫、弹性体、热塑性材料、凝胶以及其组合物组成的群组中选择。
3.根据权利要求2所述的机电手术组件,其中所述过滤器由两层以上的材料合成。
4.根据权利要求1所述的机电手术组件,其中所述过滤器包含治疗剂。
5.根据权利要求4所述的机电手术组件,其中所述治疗剂从由杀菌剂、抗菌药、防腐剂、收敛剂、消毒剂以及其组合物组成的群组中选择。
6.根据权利要求1所述的机电手术组件,其中所述过滤器具有与所述凹槽的形状互补的形状。
7.根据权利要求1所述的机电手术组件,其中所述过滤器包含狭缝。
8.根据权利要求1所述的机电手术组件,其中所述过滤器自支撑。
9.根据权利要求1所述的机电手术组件,其中过滤器被附接至安装在所述凹槽内的基板上。
10.一种能够与接合器相互连接的机电手术装置,所述接合器用于将手术装载单元与所述手术装置相互连接,所述手术装置包括:
手柄壳体;
连接部,其从所述手柄壳体向远侧延伸,所述连接部包含至少一个能旋转的驱动轴以及限定在朝向远侧的凹槽内的电插头;以及
过滤器,其布置在所述凹槽内,位于所述至少一个能旋转的驱动轴和所述电插头的远侧,所述过滤器配置为防止污染物与所述电插头相连通。
11.根据权利要求10所述的机电手术装置,其中所述过滤器包含至少一层材料,所述至少一层材料从由织物、泡沫、弹性体、热塑性材料、凝胶以及其组合物组成的群组中选择。
12.根据权利要求11所述的机电手术装置,其中所述过滤器由两层以上的材料合成。
13.根据权利要求10所述的机电手术装置,其中所述过滤器包含治疗剂。
14.根据权利要求13所述的机电手术装置,其中所述治疗剂从由杀菌剂、抗菌药、防腐剂、收敛剂、消毒剂以及其组合物组成的群组中选择。
15.根据权利要求10所述的机电手术装置,其中所述过滤器具有与所述凹槽的形状互补的形状。
16.根据权利要求10所述的机电手术装置,其中所述过滤器包含狭缝。
17.根据权利要求10所述的机电手术装置,其中所述过滤器自支撑。
18.根据权利要求10所述的机电手术装置,其中所述过滤器附接至安装在所述凹槽内的基板上。
19.一种使用机电手术组件的方法,所述方法包括:
将过滤器定位在手术装置的连接部的朝向远侧的凹槽内,所述朝向远侧的凹槽包含电插头;以及
将接合器连接至所述手术装置,所述接合器包含朝向近侧的帽状部,所述朝向近侧的帽状部配置为与所述朝向远侧的凹槽配接,所述朝向近侧的帽状部包含电组件,所述电组件包含多个电接触销,所述电接触销配置为延伸穿过所述过滤器,用于与所述电插头电连接。
20.根据权利要求19所述的方法,进一步包括以下步骤:在将所述过滤器定位在所述手术装置的所述连接部的所述朝向远侧的凹槽内之前,用治疗剂将所述过滤器弄湿。
21.根据权利要求19所述的方法,进一步包括以下步骤:
将所述接合器从所述手术装置断开连接;以及
将所述过滤器从所述手术装置的所述凹槽移除。
22.根据权利要求21所述的方法,进一步包括以下步骤:
将新的过滤器定位在所述手术装置的所述朝向远侧的凹槽内;以及
将所述接合器或不同的接合器附接至所述手术装置。
23.根据权利要求19所述的方法,其中将所述过滤器定位在所述手术装置的所述连接部的所述朝向远侧的凹槽内的步骤包含将所述过滤器附接至安装在所述凹槽内的基板上。
