本发明属于缝纫机技术领域,特指一种缝纫机送料机构,下主轴的前端设置有抬牙曲柄,下主轴上固设有滑块,抬牙轴上设置有抬牙滑块,差动牙架与主送布牙架的左右两端均设有滑槽,滑块与抬牙滑块分别滑设在差动牙架与主送布牙架两端的滑槽内,滑块的前侧设置有牙架挡板,牙架挡板与差动牙架接触连接,差动牙架前侧设有固定在差动轴上的第一差动曲柄,抬牙曲柄、牙架挡板、第一差动曲柄与抬牙轴将主送布牙架和差动牙架压紧限位,第一差动曲柄通过差动连杆与主送布牙架连接,差动牙架上设置有差动牙,主送布牙架上设置有送布牙;本发明通过两头夹紧限位,这样差动牙架即使在使用较长的时间也不易松动。

技术领域
本发明属于缝纫机技术领域,特指一种缝纫机送料机构。
背景技术
绷缝机适用于缝制针织内衣、运动衣裤、T恤衫、胸罩、束腰裙松紧带等各种弹性织物的领口、袖口等。台式绷缝机是绷缝机中的基本机种,可进行卷边缝制,适合内衣裤、运动衫的领口、袖口的卷边缝制。另外台式绷缝机派生品种繁多,可以安装多种附件来实现多种功能缝合,广泛用于各类针织缝料,如内衣衬裤、棉毛衬裤、运动衫裤、T恤、男女内裤,也适合缝制各种款式的针织时装、针织外衣、牛仔等.能进行滚边、滚领、松紧带拼缝、蕾丝花边的装饰,曲牙边等的缝纫,是大型生产工厂必备的缝纫设备。
目前,现有的绷缝机的送料机构是通过一个曲柄连杆机构和一个曲柄机构来通过带动差动牙架与主送布牙架来实现送布。此机构差动牙架由于只有一块挡板固定在主送布牙架上对其进行限位,导致使用一段时间后差动牙架容易松动,由此出现送料不稳定、产生噪音等问题,而且这种送料机构的结构较为复杂,装配难度及零件加工难度较大,生产成本较高。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种结构简单,加工装配方便,牙架不易松动的缝纫机送料机构。
本发明的目的是这样实现的:
一种缝纫机送料机构,包括有下主轴、差动轴以及抬牙轴,下主轴通过第一连杆、第一曲柄与抬牙轴摆动连接,且下主轴通过偏心连杆、第二连杆及第二曲柄与差动轴摆动连接,下主轴的前端设置有抬牙曲柄,抬牙曲柄前侧的下主轴上固设有滑块,抬牙轴的前端设置有抬牙滑块,差动牙架与主送布牙架的左右两端均设有滑槽,滑块与抬牙滑块分别滑设在差动牙架与主送布牙架两端的滑槽内,滑块的前侧设置有牙架挡板,牙架挡板与差动牙架接触连接,差动牙架前侧设有固定在差动轴上的第一差动曲柄,抬牙曲柄、牙架挡板、第一差动曲柄与抬牙轴将主送布牙架和差动牙架压紧限位,第一差动曲柄通过差动连杆与主送布牙架连接,差动牙架上设置有差动牙,主送布牙架上设置有送布牙,下主轴转动带动滑块与抬牙滑块往复运动,滑块与抬牙滑块的往复运动带动差动牙架上的差动牙带动和主送布牙架上的送布牙往复运动实现送布。
在上述技术方案中,所述差动轴的前端固设有差动摆板,差动摆板位于第一差动曲柄的前侧,差动摆板上设有弧形孔,弧形孔内设置有调节滑块,调节滑块通过螺钉定位,差动牙架上设有第二差动曲柄,调节滑块与第二差动曲柄通过差动小连杆连接。
在上述技术方案中,所述差动小连杆的一端套装在衬套一外,螺钉穿过衬套一上的通孔螺接在第二差动曲柄上。
在上述技术方案中,所述下主轴的前端设置成偏心结构,滑块通过轴承与下主轴的前端相连接,带动滑块在差动牙架及主送布牙架的滑槽内往复运动。
在上述技术方案中,所述差动连杆通过销及内六角螺钉与差动曲柄连接。
在上述技术方案中,所述差动连杆的另一端套装在衬套二外,螺钉穿过衬套二上的通孔螺接在主送布牙架上。
本发明相比现有技术突出且有益的技术效果是:
1、本发明通过抬牙曲柄与牙架挡板、抬牙轴与第一差动曲柄将差动牙架与主送布牙架的两头夹紧限位,这样差动牙架即使在使用较长的时间也不易松动,解决了传统结构由于差动牙架易松动出现送料不稳定、产生噪音的问题。
2、本发明通过调节调节滑块在差动摆板的安装孔内的上下位置来调整差动位置的摆动量,这样就实现了牙架的差动值调节。
3、本发明的零件结构简单,安装拆卸方便,大大的减小了零件的加工制造难度,而且装配简单,提高了生产效率,降低生产成本。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图以具体实施例对本发明作进一步描述,参见图1—图4:
一种缝纫机送料机构,包括有下主轴1、差动轴2以及抬牙轴3,下主轴1由电机驱动转动,第一连杆4的一端套装并固定在下主轴1上、另一端与第一曲柄5的一端铰接,第一曲柄5的另一端通过螺钉固设在抬牙轴3上,下主轴1转动带动第一连杆4往复摆动带动抬牙轴3摆动。下主轴1还通过偏心连杆6、第二连杆7及第二曲柄8与差动轴2摆动连接。下主轴1的前端设置有抬牙曲柄9,抬牙曲柄9前侧的下主轴1上固设有滑块10,抬牙轴3的前端设置有抬牙滑块11,差动牙架12与主送布牙架13的左右两端均设有滑槽,滑块10与抬牙滑块11分别滑设在差动牙架12与主送布牙架13两端的滑槽内,滑块10的前侧设置有牙架挡板14,牙架挡板14固定在机壳15上,牙架挡板14与差动牙架12接触连接,差动牙架12前侧设有固定在差动轴2上的第一差动曲柄16,抬牙曲柄9、牙架挡板14、第一差动曲柄16与抬牙轴3将主送布牙架13和差动牙架12压紧限位,这种两头夹紧方式定位,主送布牙架13和差动牙架12限位后不易松动,且零件结构简单,装配及加工比较方便,可大大降低生产成本。
第一差动曲柄16通过差动连杆17与主送布牙架13连接,差动牙架12上设置有差动牙18,主送布牙架13上设置有送布牙19,下主轴1转动带动滑块10与抬牙滑块11往复运动,滑块10与抬牙滑块11的往复运动带动差动牙架12上的差动牙18带动和主送布牙架13上的送布牙19往复运动实现送布。
在上述技术方案中,所述差动轴2的前端固设有差动摆板20,差动摆板20位于第一差动曲柄16的前侧,差动摆板20上设有弧形孔21,弧形孔21内设置有调节滑块22,调节滑块22通过螺钉23及垫片24定位,差动牙架12上设有第二差动曲柄25,调节滑块22与第二差动曲柄25通过差动小连杆26连接。
通过调节滑块22在差动摆板20的弧形孔21内的上下位置来调整差动位置的摆动量,通过此机构,调节滑块22在差动摆板20内的上下位置实现主送布牙架13和差动牙架12的差动值调节。
在上述技术方案中,所述差动小连杆26的一端套装在衬套一外,螺钉27穿过衬套一上的通孔螺接在第二差动曲柄25上。
在上述技术方案中,所述下主轴1的前端设置成偏心结构,滑块10通过轴承与下主轴1的前端相连接,带动滑块10在差动牙架12及主送布牙架13的滑槽内往复运动。
在上述技术方案中,所述差动连杆17通过销及内六角螺钉与差动曲柄16连接。
在上述技术方案中,所述差动连杆17的另一端套装在衬套二29外,螺钉穿过衬套二29上的通孔螺接在主送布牙架13上,在差动牙架12的相应部分设置有便于螺钉、衬套二29通过的通孔28。

1.一种缝纫机送料机构,包括有下主轴、差动轴以及抬牙轴,下主轴通过第一连杆、第一曲柄与抬牙轴摆动连接,且下主轴通过偏心连杆、第二连杆及第二曲柄与差动轴摆动连接,其特征在于:下主轴的前端设置有抬牙曲柄,抬牙曲柄前侧的下主轴上固设有滑块,抬牙轴的前端设置有抬牙滑块,差动牙架与主送布牙架的左右两端均设有滑槽,滑块与抬牙滑块分别滑设在差动牙架与主送布牙架两端的滑槽内,滑块的前侧设置有牙架挡板,牙架挡板与差动牙架接触连接,差动牙架前侧设有固定在差动轴上的第一差动曲柄,抬牙曲柄、牙架挡板、第一差动曲柄与抬牙轴将主送布牙架和差动牙架压紧限位,第一差动曲柄通过差动连杆与主送布牙架连接,差动牙架上设置有差动牙,主送布牙架上设置有送布牙,下主轴转动带动滑块与抬牙滑块往复运动,滑块与抬牙滑块的往复运动带动差动牙架上的差动牙带动和主送布牙架上的送布牙往复运动实现送布。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种缝纫机送料机构,其特征在于:所述差动轴的前端固设有差动摆板,差动摆板位于第一差动曲柄的前侧,差动摆板上设有弧形孔,弧形孔内设置有调节滑块,调节滑块通过螺钉定位,差动牙架上设有第二差动曲柄,调节滑块与第二差动曲柄通过差动小连杆连接。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种缝纫机送料机构,其特征在于:所述差动小连杆的一端套装在衬套一外,螺钉穿过衬套一上的通孔螺接在第二差动曲柄上。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种缝纫机送料机构,其特征在于:所述下主轴的前端设置成偏心结构,滑块通过轴承与下主轴的前端相连接,带动滑块在差动牙架及主送布牙架的滑槽内往复运动。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种缝纫机送料机构,其特征在于:所述差动连杆通过销及内六角螺钉与差动曲柄连接。
6.根据权利要求5所述的一种缝纫机送料机构,其特征在于:所述差动连杆的另一端套装在衬套二外,螺钉穿过衬套二上的通孔螺接在主送布牙架上。
