Abstract

本发明公开了一种低游离TDI固化剂的制备,其步骤如下:首先将50-60份TDI加入到30-40份醋酸酯中,在氮气保护下,加热到50-70℃反应1-2小时,加入10-20份低分子量的一元醇反应1-2小时;然后缓慢滴加入催化剂反应2-3小时,降温出料。本方法制备的TDI固化剂,粘度小,与羟基丙烯酸树脂和醇酸树脂相容性好,毒性小,能很好的应用于各种PU涂料中。

一种低游离TDI固化剂的制备
技术领域
本发明属于涂料领域,特别涉及一种低游离TDI固化剂的制备。
背景技术
甲苯二异氰酸酯三聚体(简称TDI三聚体)作为双组分聚氨酯涂料的交联固化剂,具有快干、高硬度、强附着性等优点,在木器家具漆,如快干型木器 清漆、亚光漆及漆等品种中获得广泛应用。目前国际上在涂料和胶粘剂行业使用的聚氨酯固化剂都是TDI(甲苯二异氰酸酯)与TMP(三羟甲基丙烷)的预聚物。TDI固化剂在生产过程中有未反应完全的TDI单体残留,它的气相毒性大,影响生产作业人员的身体健康,并对环境造成污染。降低聚氨酯预聚体中游离单体含量的方法,从专利文献报道上看主要有催化深度反应、溶剂萃取蒸馏、薄膜脱除工艺。其中催化深度反应工艺一般用在如三聚改性方面,但是对催化剂要求较高,从实际的反应效果看,并不适合,而且残 单含量往往较高,预聚体粘度偏大,应用性能方面不佳;溶剂萃取蒸馏工艺,专利文献多有报道,但是工艺工业化可能较小,主要是对预聚体的应用性能影响较大,溶剂萃取蒸馏过程比较繁琐;脱除单体工业化采取较多的工艺为薄膜脱除工艺,主要优点是单体脱除较低,产品粘度低,应用性能较佳,但是薄膜蒸发器设备投资较大。同时,甲苯二异氰酸酯单体(TDI)的官能度低,在醋酸乙酯、醋酸丁酯等脂类溶剂中储存稳 定性不佳,与羟基丙烯酸树脂和醇酸树脂的相容性不好,不适合直接作为涂料固化剂。
发明内容
为了降低聚氨酯固化剂中游离TDI的含量,以及提高TDI与羟基丙烯酸树脂和醇酸树脂的相容性本发明采取如下技术方案:
一种低游离TDI固化剂的制备,其步骤如下:
首先将50-60份TDI加入到30-40份醋酸酯中,在氮气保护下,加热到50-70℃反应1-2小时,加入10-20份低分子量的一元醇反应1-2小时;然后缓慢滴加入催化剂反应2-3小时,降温出料。
根据上述的低游离TDI固化剂的制备,其中,所述的一元醇为癸醇。
根据上述的低游离TDI固化剂的制备,其中,所述的催化剂为三正丁基磷和三乙胺复合催化剂。
本发明提供了一种低游离TDI固化剂的制备方法,本方法制备的TDI固化剂,粘度小,与羟基丙烯酸树脂和醇酸树脂相容性好,毒性小,能很好的应用于各种PU涂料中。
具体实施方式
根据本发明,本发明的一种低游离TDI固化剂的制备,其步骤如下:
首先将50-60份TDI加入到30-40份醋酸酯中,在氮气保护下,加热到50-70℃反应1-2小时,加入10-20份低分子量的一元醇反应1-2小时;然后缓慢滴加入催化剂反应2-3小时,降温出料。为进一步实现本发明目的,所述醋酸酯优选为醋酸乙酯、醋酸正丙酯、醋酸 异丙酯、醋酸正丁酯、或醋酸异丁酯中的一种或多种;所述的反应温度进一步优选为60-65℃;所述的一元醇可以是乙醇、丙醇、丁醇、戊醇、己醇、庚醇、辛醇、壬醇、癸醇、十一碳醇、十二碳醇、十八碳醇等,但优选癸醇;为了进一步加快反应速度和更好的降低游离的TDI浓度,催化剂进一步优选为三正丁基磷和三乙胺复合催化剂。
本发明中涉及的评价方法有:
NCO值的测定:用二正丁胺-盐酸滴定法测定;固体含量:按GB/T19252-89测定;粘度:按GB/T19232-89测定;
以下结合具体实施例对本发明的技术方案做进行进一步举例说明,但本发明不仅限于以下实施例。
实施例
首先将50份TDI加入到30份醋酸酯中,在氮气保护下,加热到65℃反应1-2小时,加入15份低分子量的一元醇反应1.5小时;然后缓慢滴加入三正丁基磷和三乙胺复合催化剂反应2小时,降温出料。最终得到NCO含量为8.6%,粘度为1302mPa·s,游离TDI含量为0.3%,固含量50%。

1.一种低游离TDI固化剂的制备,其步骤如下:
首先将50-60份TDI加入到30-40份醋酸酯中,在氮气保护下,加热到50-70℃反应1-2小时,加入10-20份低分子量的一元醇反应1-2小时;然后缓慢滴加入催化剂反应2-3小时,降温出料。
2.根据权利要求1所述的低游离TDI固化剂的制备,其特征在于所述的一元醇为癸醇。
3.根据权利要求1所述的低游离TDI固化剂的制备,其特征在于所述的催化剂为三正丁基磷和三乙胺复合催化剂。
