一种具有内外螺旋的挤出机螺杆,涉及一种挤出机械,一种具有内外螺旋的挤出机螺杆,其特征在于,所述螺杆包括机筒(1)及具有内外螺纹的螺杆(2)和中心轴(3),螺杆(2)与机筒(1)以及中心轴(3)配合,螺杆(2)空心,并同时具有内外螺纹;螺杆(2)内外螺纹的螺旋方向相同;螺杆(2)与机筒(1)和中心轴(3)构成了外流与内流通道;螺杆(2)内、外螺纹的形状不同,螺杆2的内螺纹与外螺纹是同向螺纹,内外螺纹的节距相同,螺旋方向也相同。经过多次模拟实验,可以大幅度提高单螺杆挤出机的单位时间的挤出量,增加产能比。本发明设计合理,提高生产效率,大大提高了挤出机设备的性价比,可大规模推广应用。

一种具有内外螺旋的挤出机螺杆
技术领域
    本发明涉及一种挤出机械,特别是涉及一种具有内外螺旋的挤出机螺杆。
背景技术
    挤出机中最重要的核心技术是螺杆的螺纹形状,普通的单螺杆挤出机结构简单、操作维护容易,具有良好的建压输送能力,但混合效果不如双螺杆挤出机和三螺杆挤出机,双螺杆挤出机和三螺杆挤出机体积较大,制造成本较高,而且三螺杆挤出机会产生中心区域,此区域背压较低,物料输送速度慢,物料停留时间过长,会发生焦糊而影响口感。
发明内容
    本发明的目的在于提供一种具有内外螺旋的挤出机螺杆,该螺杆是中空的,内外均设有螺纹,螺杆与机筒以及中心轴配合,建立一个内流道的方式来增加单螺杆挤出机的挤出效率。
本发明的目的是通过以下技术方案实现的:
一种具有内外螺旋的挤出机螺杆,所述螺杆包括机筒及具有内外螺纹的螺杆和中心轴,螺杆与机筒以及中心轴配合,螺杆空心,并同时具有内外螺纹;螺杆内外螺纹的螺旋方向相同;螺杆与机筒和中心轴构成了外流与内流通道;螺杆内、外螺纹的形状不同,螺杆的内螺纹与外螺纹是同向螺纹,内外螺纹的节距相同,螺旋方向也相同。
本发明的优点与效果是:
1.螺杆与机筒以及中心轴配合。螺杆是中空的,内部设有螺纹,同时外部也设有螺纹,内外螺纹的节距相同,螺旋方向也相同。本发明使用过建立一个内流道的方式来增加单螺杆挤出机的挤出效率。
2.螺杆与机筒形成外流道。螺杆与中心轴形成内流道。经过模拟实验证明两个流道叠加,使单螺杆挤出机的挤出能力大幅度提高,产能比也有一定程度的提高。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图所示实施例对本发明进行详细说明。
    实施例1:     本发明包括机筒1,具有内、外螺纹的螺杆2和中心轴3,三者相互配合可以大幅度提高挤出效率,增加产能比。螺杆2是空心,并同时具有内、外螺纹。螺杆2内、外螺纹的螺旋方向相同。螺杆2分别与机筒1和中心轴3形成了外流道与内流道。螺杆2内、外螺纹的形状不同,使得内外流道建压能力相同螺杆2与机筒1之间形成外部流道,与普通的单螺杆挤出机相同。螺杆2与中心轴3之间形成内流道,通过内流道来提高挤出机单位时间的挤出效率。螺杆2的内螺纹与外螺纹是同向螺纹,根据挤出原理,在螺棱面的带动下,内外流道的物料会向着一个方向运动。螺杆2外螺纹与内螺纹的形状不同,目的是使内外流道的建压能力相同,防止压力高的流道里的物料向压力低的流道倒灌,导致物料反复挤压甚至挤出机不能正常工作。螺杆2与机筒1以及中心轴3配合。螺杆2是中空的,内部设有螺纹,同时外部也设有螺纹,内外螺纹的节距相同,螺旋方向也相同。本发明使用过建立一个内流道的方式来增加单螺杆挤出机的挤出效率。螺杆2与机筒1形成外流道。螺杆2与中心轴3形成内流道。经过模拟实验证明两个流道叠加,使单螺杆挤出机的挤出能力大幅度提高,产能比也有一定程度的提高。将机筒1与螺杆2以及中心轴3以图1方式进行组合,机筒1与中心轴3保持静止,螺杆2转动带动物料向挤出方向运动,通过模拟验证确定了外螺纹与内螺纹齿高的关系,使内流道和外流道的建压能力相同,这样就会使挤出机的挤出效率大幅度提高,经过模拟验证产能比也有一定程度提高。

1.一种具有内外螺旋的挤出机螺杆,其特征在于,所述螺杆包括机筒(1)及具有内外螺纹的螺杆(2)和中心轴(3),螺杆(2)与机筒(1)以及中心轴(3)配合,螺杆(2)空心,并同时具有内外螺纹;螺杆(2)内外螺纹的螺旋方向相同;螺杆(2)与机筒(1)和中心轴(3)构成了外流与内流通道;螺杆(2)内、外螺纹的形状不同,螺杆(2)的内螺纹与外螺纹是同向螺纹,内外螺纹的节距相同,螺旋方向也相同。
