本实用新型专利公开了一种应用于炼胶环节,对胶料剪切、捏炼力度大的大型橡塑密炼机剪切型转子。所采用的技术方案是,橡塑密炼机剪切型转子,包括一对转子,每个转子的转子基圆外设置有转子棱,所述转子棱沿转子基圆上设置有利于胶料流动及混炼剪切的螺旋角。转子内冷却水道采用单向强制冷却型式,转子冷却性得到大幅提升。一对工作转子棱体外圆成剪切型,由于转子特殊的转子棱体结构形式,对胶料具有高剪切性,能更有效地促进物料的分散混合与分布混合,生产效率高。

[0002] 在橡胶工业中,密炼机主要有两个用途:一是在密炼机转子强剪切作用下,使得橡胶发生解聚降解反应,破坏橡胶分子的立体网状结构,实现对橡胶的塑炼;二是通过一对转子的相向回转以及转子的剪切挤压,使得胶料与各种助剂充分混合,实现对橡胶的混炼。同时,在塑炼和混炼过程中,对温度控制非常严格,转子温度过高或过低都不利于炼胶。因此,转子是密炼机中对橡胶进行剪切塑料和混炼的核心零部件,其结构设计直接影响着密炼机的工作性能、生产效率和所炼胶料的质量。现代常用的四棱剪切型转子在设置转子棱形状时,通常设置为一长三短,长棱设置在转子一端,工作过程中两个转子相向转动,转子的棱顶相互剪切,由于只有一个长棱设置在转子一端,在工作时,只有单个长棱能够完整的将转子一边胶料往另一边推移,不利于胶料在密炼室内充分运动。且常用的四棱转子通常采用中空冷却结构对转子进行冷却,转子温度控制能力差。
发明内容
[0003] 本实用新型专利的目的在于克服上述不足问题,提供一种全新的,应用于橡胶加工环节,对胶料剪切混炼、塑料效果更好的橡塑密炼机剪切型转子。

[0013] 三、进一步地,所述转子棱的螺旋角为40°〜45°,胶料对金属的摩擦角为37°〜38°,在转子棱的作用下能更好的实现胶料运动。当胶料运动到转子两端时,在短棱的阻挡挤压作用下朝转子中部移动,而位于转子中部的胶料在转子长棱作用下,通过两转子间的强剪切作用在两转子间充分移动,从而更好地实现胶料的的塑炼和混炼。

[0019] 如图所示,此橡塑密炼机剪切型转子包括一对转子,转子采用四棱结构型式,没个转子基圆I外表面圆周上,设置两条等长的长棱2和两条等长的短棱3,相邻两个棱为一长一短,两条短棱3位于转子两端。长棱2和短棱3沿转子基圆I上的螺旋角为40°〜45°,两转子棱的旋向为反向对称。转子内部冷却水道4如图3所示,沿转子基圆和棱呈单向螺旋型分布,转子冷却时采用单向强制冷却。
