技术领域
本发明涉及冲压模具制造技术领域,尤其是一种用于脚手架U形卡子冲压成型的模具。
背景技术
脚手架中U形卡子是连接脚手架的重要件,这种U形卡子主要由一个弧形板和设在该弧形板两端的直板构成,该弧形板内弧形面的半径为r1,该弧形板与两侧直板的厚度均为b,所述弧形板内弧形面顶端至直板端头的距离为H。由于该U形卡子弧形板内弧面顶端至直板端头的深度大,使用常规冲压模具的成型方式,往往其一是H达到理论度深后成型平面的平面度也很难达到要求,导致模具反复的维修,大大的延长了模具的制造周期;其二是冲压成型的U形卡子两侧的直板不平行。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种卡子冲压模具,以解决现有卡子的冲压成型的模具制造周期长的问题。
本发明解决技术问题所采用的技术方案为:这种卡子冲压模具包括设有弧形凹槽的凹模和设有弧形冲头的凸模,所述凸模的弧形冲头的半径r为U形卡子的弧形板内弧形面的半径r1+0.025毫米~0.035毫米,所述凹模弧形凹槽的半径R1为所述凸模的弧形冲头的半径r与所述弧形板厚度b之和+0.025毫米~0.035毫米;所述U形卡子由一个所述弧形板和分别连结在所述弧形板两端的直板构成,所述弧形板内弧形面的半径为r1,所述弧形板与两侧所述直板的厚度均为b。
上述卡子冲压模具技术方案中,更具体的技术方案还可以是:所述凹模弧形凹槽的深度h为所述弧形板内弧形面顶端至直板端头距离H的1/2;所述弧形凹槽开口与所述凹模顶面连接处设有弧形过渡面,在所述凹模顶面设有坯板定位槽。
进一步的,所述凸模的弧形冲头通过压杆连接有冲压连接板,所述压杆的厚度e小于所述凸模的弧形冲头的直径。
由于采用了上述技术方案,本发明与现有技术相比具有如下有益效果:1、由于凸模弧形冲头半径r为U形卡子的弧形板内弧形面的半径r1+0.025~0.035毫米,凹模弧形凹槽的半径R1为凸模弧形冲头的半径r与弧形板厚度b之和再加+0.025~0.035毫米;且凹模弧形凹槽的深度h为弧形板内弧形面顶端至直板端头距离H的1/2,冲压成型的U形卡子两侧的直板平行,U形卡子表面的平面度达到设计要求;2、结构简单,制作成本较低,大大提高了缩短了模具的制造周期。

以下结合附图对本发明作进一步详述:
实施例1:
如图1所示的为U形卡子3,该U形卡子3由一个弧形板和分别连结该弧形板两端的直板构成,该弧形板内弧形面的半径为r1,该弧形板与两侧直板的厚度均为b,该弧形板内弧形面顶端至直板端头的距离为H。通过图2、图3和图4所示的卡子冲压模具将坯板冲压成型。
该卡子冲压模具包括开有弧形凹槽的凹模1和设有弧形冲头的凸模,凸模的弧形冲头2-2的一端连接有冲压连接板2-1;凸模弧形冲头的半径r为U形卡子的弧形板内弧形面的半径r1+0.025毫米,即r=r1+0.025毫米;凸模的弧形冲头2-2通过压杆2连接有冲压连接板2-1,压杆2的厚度e小于凸模的弧形冲头2-2的直径2r,以便于脱模;凹模1弧形凹槽的半径R1为凸模弧形冲头的半径r与弧形板厚度b之和+0.025毫米,即R1=r+b+0.025毫米= r1+b+0.05毫米;弧形凹槽开口与凹模1顶面连接处设有弧形过渡面,在凹模1顶面开有坯板定位槽1-1;凹模1弧形凹槽的深度h为弧形板内弧形面顶端至直板端头距离H的1/2,凹模1的宽度L等于U形卡子3的展开长度。
实施例2:
该卡子冲压模具包括开有弧形凹槽的凹模1和设有弧形冲头的凸模,凸模的弧形冲头的一端连接有冲压连接板2-1;凸模弧形冲头的半径r为U形卡子的弧形板内弧形面的半径r1+0.035毫米,即r=r1+0.035毫米;凸模的弧形冲头2-2通过压杆2连接有冲压连接板2-1,压杆2的厚度e小于凸模的弧形冲头2-2的直径2r;凹模1弧形凹槽的半径R1为凸模弧形冲头的半径r与弧形板厚度b之和+0.035毫米,即R1=r+b+0.035毫米= r1+b+0.07毫米;弧形凹槽开口与凹模1顶面连接处设有弧形过渡面,在凹模1顶面开有坯板定位槽1-1;凹模1弧形凹槽的深度h为弧形板内弧形面顶端至直板端头距离H的1/2,凹模1的宽度L等于U形卡子3的展开长度;其他特征与实施例1相同。
工作时,将凸模通过冲压连接板2-1装在冲床上,把待冲压的坯板放置在凹模1的坯板定位槽1-1内,使坯板的一侧边与坯板定位槽1-1一侧边平齐,启动冲床驱动凸模的弧形冲头2-2下行将坯板挤压至凹模1的弧形凹槽内;将凸模的弧形冲头2-2停留在弧形凹槽内1分钟~2分钟,使冲压成型的U形卡子3的弧形板及弧形板两侧的直板定型;驱动凸模的弧形冲头2-2上行,卸下U形卡子3即完成U形卡子3的冲压。
由于凸模弧形冲头半径r=r1+0.025毫米~0.035毫米,凹模弧形凹槽的半径R1= r+b+0.025毫米~0.035毫米;且凹模1弧形凹槽的深度h为U形卡子3的弧形板内弧形面顶端至直板端头距离H的1/2,冲压成型的U形卡子3两侧的直板平行,表面的平面度达到设计要求。

1.一种卡子冲压模具,包括设有弧形凹槽的凹模(1)和设有弧形冲头(2-2)的凸模,其特征在于:所述凸模的弧形冲头(2-2)的半径r为U形卡子的弧形板内弧形面的半径r1+0.025毫米~0.035毫米,所述凹模(1)弧形凹槽的半径R1为所述凸模的弧形冲头(2-2)的半径r与所述弧形板厚度b之和+0.025毫米~0.035毫米;所述U形卡子由一个所述弧形板和分别连结在所述弧形板两端的直板构成,所述弧形板内弧形面的半径为r1,所述弧形板与两侧所述直板的厚度均为b,所述弧形板内弧形面顶端至所述直板端头的距离为H。
2.根据权利要求1所述的卡子冲压模具,其特征在于:所述凹模(1)弧形凹槽的深度h为所述弧形板内弧形面顶端至直板端头距离H的1/2;所述弧形凹槽开口与所述凹模(1)顶面连接处设有弧形过渡面,在所述凹模(1)顶面设有坯板定位槽(1-1)。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的卡子冲压模具,其特征在于:所述凸模的弧形冲头(2-2)通过压杆(2)连接有冲压连接板(2-1),所述压杆(2)的厚度e小于所述凸模的弧形冲头(2-2)的直径。
