本发明涉及一种管道清洗装置，包括空心管、清洗刷、驱动电机、清洗液输送管、清洗液瓶和输送泵，所述的清洗刷包括刷架和刷子，所述的刷架转动套接在空心管一端的外圆周上，所述的驱动电机、清洗液瓶和输送泵设于空心管另一端，所述的驱动电机通过设在空心管内的转动轴和刷架连接；所述的刷架上设有环形筛孔，空心管管壁上设有和环形筛孔相对的通孔，所述的清洗液输送管设于空心管内，清洗液输送管的一端穿过管壁上的通孔朝向刷子外侧，清洗液输送管的另一端和输送泵连通，本发明结构简单，成本较低，操作方便。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种清洗装置，具体是一种管道清洗装置。
背景技术
    目前管道在使用前或使用一段时间后通常要对其进行清洗，管道清洗的难度主要是内部的清洗，对长度较短的管道，清洗较为简单方便，但对于长度较长的管道来说，清洗内部就显得较为繁琐的多，目前针对管道内部清洗的设备、装置较多，但大都成本较高，结构复杂，不利于操作。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是：提供一种结构简单，成本较低，操作方便的管道清洗装置。
本发明所采用的技术方案是：提供一种管道清洗装置，包括空心管、清洗刷、驱动电机、清洗液输送管、清洗液瓶和输送泵，所述的清洗刷包括刷架和刷子，所述的刷架转动套接在空心管一端的外圆周上，所述的驱动电机、清洗液瓶和输送泵设于空心管另一端，所述的驱动电机通过设在空心管内的转动轴和刷架连接；所述的刷架上设有环形筛孔，空心管管壁上设有和环形筛孔相对的通孔，所述的清洗液输送管设于空心管内，清洗液输送管的一端穿过管壁上的通孔朝向刷子外侧，清洗液输送管的另一端和输送泵连通。
采用以上结构后，本发明管道清洗装置通过驱动电机驱动清洗刷在空心管管外转动，同时通过输送泵将清洗液喷射到管道内壁上，达到有效清洗管道内部的目的，本发明管道清洗装置结构设置简单，成本较低，操作方便。

具体实施方式
以下结合附图和实施例对本发明做详细的说明。
    如图1所示，本发明管道清洗装置，包括空心管3、清洗刷、驱动电机8、清洗液输送管5、清洗液瓶7和输送泵6，清洗刷包括刷架1和刷子2，刷架1呈∏字型，刷架1转动套接在空心管3一端的外圆周上，驱动电机8、清洗液瓶7和输送泵6设于空心管3的另一端，驱动电机8采用小型电机，驱动电机8设在空心管3一端上、清洗液瓶7也可设在空心管3一端上，也可和输送泵6单独放置，驱动电机8通过设在空心管3内的转动轴4和刷架1连接；刷架1上设有环形筛孔，空心管3管壁上设有和环形筛孔相对的通孔，也就是环形筛孔和空心管3管壁上的通孔的水平中心线一致，清洗液输送管5设于空心管3内，清洗液输送管5的一端穿过管壁上的通孔朝向刷子2外侧，清洗液输送管5的另一端和输送泵6连通，输送泵6和清洗液瓶7连通。

1.一种管道清洗装置，其特征在于：包括空心管、清洗刷、驱动电机、清洗液输送管、清洗液瓶和输送泵，所述的清洗刷包括刷架和刷子，所述的刷架转动套接在空心管一端的外圆周上，所述的驱动电机、清洗液瓶和输送泵设于空心管另一端，所述的驱动电机通过设在空心管内的转动轴和刷架连接；所述的刷架上设有环形筛孔，空心管管壁上设有和环形筛孔相对的通孔，所述的清洗液输送管设于空心管内，清洗液输送管的一端穿过管壁上的通孔朝向刷子外侧，清洗液输送管的另一端和输送泵连通。
