在传统注射程序中,对于每次注射,一般建议用户使用新注射针或注射器以减小交叉感染、传染和/或疼痛的风险(例如,当重新使用钝针时)。然而,在注射之前,用户可能忘记更换针或注射器,因而他们本身经受该风险。
一些传统注射装置利用彩色编码来区别使用过的和未使用过的注射针和/或注射器。然而,通常这样的彩色编码在注射装置上的小空间内并且可能难以看见,尤其是对于具有视力缺陷的用户。
为了避免这些风险以及克服与先前注射装置相关联的问题,仍然存在对针安装装置诸如针磁化组合体的需要。
发明内容
本发明的一个目的是提供一种针磁化组合体。
在一示例性实施例中,根据本发明的针磁化组合体包括:控制器,其适于产生第一磁场以便磁化针;和磁场传感器,其适于基于针的第二磁场产生信号。
在一示例性实施例中,针磁化组合体进一步包括联接到控制器的线圈。控制器使电流经过线圈。
在一示例性实施例中,针磁化组合体进一步包括适于朝磁场传感器引导第二磁场的磁通量的磁引导部。磁引导部联接到磁场传感器。
在一示例性实施例中,针联接到可移动针头组件或注射器。
在一示例性实施例中,针磁化组合体进一步包括少部分地围绕针周围的区域的磁屏蔽部。磁屏蔽部沿周向围绕针周围的区域。磁引导部由磁屏蔽部围绕。磁屏蔽部由μ合金、坡莫合金或电钢构成。
在一示例性实施例中,针磁化组合体进一步包括电联接到磁场传感器和适于接收信号的处理器。当信号指示第二磁场的存在时,处理器执行预定的动作。预定的动作是提供听得见的或视觉反馈。
在一示例性实施例中,该组合体与注射装置一体化地形成或可拆卸地连接到注射装置。预定的动作是防止使用注射装置。

具体实施方式
图1是根据本发明的针磁化组合体1的示例性实施例的示意图。在一示例性实施例中,组合体1被用来磁化针2,该针2附接到可移除针头组件8。例如,针2可以是针头组件8中的双头针,该针头组件8可以可移除地接合(例如,螺接)到药物输送装置和/或药物药筒。在另一示例性实施例中,针2可以被联接到注射器。本领域的那些技术人员应当理解,针2可以被联接到任意经皮装置。
在一示例性实施例中,针磁化组合体1包括具有线圈3的控制器4。当被触发时,控制器4使电流经过线圈3以产生用来磁化针2的磁场。磁化针2可以在针2上产生磁极2.1、2.2,所述磁极2.1、2.2显示磁场F。
在一示例性实施例中,针磁化组合体1包括用于在磁化前后确定针2的磁场强度的磁场传感器5。与传感器5相邻放置的磁引导部6可以包括用于将针2的磁通量引导至磁场传感器5的磁性软材料。因此,引导部6可以集中和/或扩大可由磁场传感器5检测的磁场强度。磁屏蔽部7可以布置在磁场传感器5和针2的周围以便限制环境磁场对磁场传感器5的影响。例如,磁屏蔽部7可以围绕针2周围的区域并且便于对低磁场强度的测量。
在一示例性实施例中,传感器5可产生由处理器10利用来采取预定动作的电信号。例如,如果信号指示针2先前已经被磁化,则处理器10可以防止注射程序产生,可以向用户提供反馈等。当检测到新的磁中性针时,处理器可以允许注射程序,可以向用户提供反馈等。
在一示例性实施例中,组合体1可以与医疗装置一体化地形成或可以可移除地联接到医疗装置。例如,组合体1可以与利用针的多种不同的医疗装置或具有针的部件一起被利用。
图2是针2、磁屏蔽部7和磁引导部6的示例性实施例的示意性俯视截面图。在该示例性实施例中,屏蔽部7沿周向围绕针2和引导部6。该构造可以限制由传感器5产生的信号中的噪音(例如,由于环境磁场)。在其它示例性实施例中,屏蔽部7可以部分地围绕针2。在另一示例性实施例中,引导部6可以全部或部分嵌入屏蔽部7中。
图3是在使用之前针磁化组合体1的示例性实施例的示意图。在使用之前,针2是磁中性的。
图4是在使用期间针磁化组合体1的示例性实施例的示意图。磁化控制器4使电流I经过线圈3从而产生磁场F。在一示例性实施例中,磁化控制器4可以通过使电容器9放电来产生电流I。由于针2暴露于磁场F,所以针2被磁化,从而具有北极2.1和南极2.2的磁定向。该磁定向保持,甚至在通过断开经过线圈3的电流I而除去磁场F之后。因此,针2具有如图5所图示的永久(或半永久)磁场FR。
本领域技术人员应当理解,电流I可以沿相反方向经过线圈3从而变换磁场F的定向并且使针2的磁定向反向。
防止对针的重复使用可以减小当插入钝针时导致用户疼痛的风险以及减轻因所使用的非消毒针而造成交互感染的风险。
在一示例性实施例中,当在利用使用之前具有零净磁化强度的针2时,可以使用针磁化组合体1通过检测净磁化强度是否不同于零以及北极2.1是否指向远侧方向D或近侧方向P来区别针2的三种不同的状态。磁化控制器4可以布置成相应地磁化针2。为了检测磁场FR的方向,磁场传感器5例如可以被布置为利用磁阻量子效应GMR(巨磁电阻效应)、AMR(各向异性磁电阻)、CMR(超巨磁阻)、或TMR(穿隧磁阻)中的一种的XMR传感器。如果磁场FR的方向是无关系的,则磁场传感器5还可以是霍尔传感器。
在另一个示例性实施例中,磁化控制器4可以被布置成通过驱使交流电流通过线圈3来对磁化针2进行去磁化。在这种情况下,未使用的针2能够具有不同于零的初始净磁化,而所使用的针将通过对其去磁化而标记。

Claims (14)
1.一种针磁化组合体(1),包括:
控制器(4),其适于产生用来磁化针(2)的第一磁场(F);和
磁场传感器(5),其适于基于所述针(2)的第二磁场(FR)产生信号。
2.根据权利要求1所述的针磁化组合体(1),进一步包括:
联接到所述控制器(4)的线圈(3),其中,所述控制器(4)使电流(I)经过所述线圈(3)。
3.根据前述权利要求中的任一项所述的针磁化组合体(1),进一步包括:
磁引导部(6),其适于朝所述磁场传感器(5)引导所述第二磁场(FR)的磁通量。
4.根据权利要求3所述的针磁化组合体(1),其中,所述磁引导部(6)联接到所述磁场传感器(5)。
5.根据前述权利要求中的任一项所述的针磁化组合体(1),其中,所述针(2)联接到可移除针头组件(8)或注射器。
6.根据前述权利要求中的任一项所述的针磁化组合体(1),进一步包括:
磁屏蔽部(7),其至少部分地围绕所述针(2)周围的区域。
7.根据权利要求6所述的针磁化组合体(1),其中,所述磁屏蔽部(7)沿周向围绕所述针(2)周围的区域。
8.根据权利要求3和6所述的针磁化组合体(1),其中,所述磁引导部(6)由所述磁屏蔽部(7)围绕。
