Abstract

技术领域
本发明涉及一种用于具有屏幕的移动设备的壳体,所述移动设备诸如智能手机、平板电脑或电子书阅读器。
背景技术
众所周知用热塑性聚氨酯(TPU)制造这种壳体,因为该材料向壳体提供了良好的耐用性。然而,该材料未向壳体提供良好的防撞性,因为几乎不存在撞击耗散,大部分撞击能都传递给了该设备。已知的防撞材料对此有一定程度的改进。
发明内容
本发明旨在对此做出改进。
根据本发明,提供一种用于具有屏幕的移动设备的壳体,所述壳体包括被布置为围绕所述设备的边缘的带,所述带包括一层柔性聚合物以及一层阻尼材料,所述阻尼材料设置在所述柔性聚合物层内,比所述柔性聚合物更软,所述阻尼材料具有多个凸起,所述凸起从所述带的内周边的主体部分向内突出以接合所述设备,其中,所述凸起布置为使得在正常使用时在所述带和所述设备之间除了通过所述凸起形成的接触之外基本没有接触。
具有与所述设备的周边的大部分接合的凸起,这大大减小了所述设备和所述壳体之间的接触面积,以使传递至所述设备的能量最小。所述柔性聚合物外层吸收撞击能并且保持所述壳体的形状,而具有所述凸起的较软材料从所述设备进一步吸收和消耗掉剩余的撞击能。
与所述凸起的接触可以集中在所述设备的易损伤区域,诸如拐角。长边的部分,或者存在塞孔的边的部分,可能不具有凸起。或者,较短的凸起可以沿所述壳体的长边设置,所述较短的凸起在正常使用时不接触所述设备,但是如果所述壳体的长边向内偏转就提供一些缓冲。
所述凸起可以具有多种构造。例如,它们可以是从所述带向内延伸的圆形或环形凸起。然而,已发现,优选的构造为这样的构造:在该构造中,所述凸起为大致横过所述带的深度延伸的肋条,并且当在所述设备的平面截取的截面中观察时所述凸起具有弯曲的横截面。优选地,所述弯曲的横截面为基本半圆形。实验已表明,这种形状可以吸收和耗散大量能量。
所述壳体可以仅由所述带构成。然而,所述壳体还可以具有与所述设备的背面接合的后壁。所述壳体还可以包括铰接盖以保护所述屏幕。
这两种材料之间的界面可以是平面的。然而,优选地,所述阻尼材料设有多个向外突出的凸起,所述向外突出的凸起嵌入所述柔性聚合物中。
这两种材料之间的所述凸起提高了缓冲并且大大增加了能量吸收。所述凸起可以与所述向内突出的肋条具有相同的构造。然而,优选地,所述凸起为当在沿所述设备的平面截取的截面中观察时具有矩形横截面的肋条。
为了进一步提高撞击防护,一层比所述柔性聚合物材料更硬的材料(以肖氏A硬度等级计量)可以设置在所述柔性聚合物材料外部。这提供了硬外壳以进一步分散撞击。
所述柔性聚合物可以为TPE或TPU。更软的所述材料优选地为粘弹性材料或者减震或吸震材料。
优选地,所述凸起相对坚固,使得当从7米高处掉到硬表面上时,所述凸起会防止所述设备与相邻凸起间的材料之间接触。
这可以通过具有相对大的肋条来实现,优选地,每个凸起从所述带突起至少0.5mm(更优选地1mm)的深度,具有大于所述深度的宽度,并且相邻凸起之间的节距比所述宽度的两倍要大。

具体实施方式
图1示出所述壳体的一小部分以说明本发明的原理。整个壳体围绕设备D的整个周边延伸。
图1代表最简单的设计,该设计为单一材料1,在该实例中该材料为TPU(例如BASF Elastollan),该材料设有多个向内延伸的肋条2;如图所示,所述肋条在设备的平面中具有半圆形横截面并且横过带的宽度延伸。在该实施例中,所述肋条具有2mm的宽度、1.5mm的深度以及3mm的间距。
在图2中看到相同的基本结构;根据本发明,该基本结构这次为两部分层。TPU形成外层,而内层3(所述内层在复式注射工艺中形成或形成为嵌件成型件)由粘弹性聚合物形成,所述粘弹性聚合物比TPU更软,例如为TPE(诸如Kraiburg ThermolastK)或者PU泡沫(诸如BASF Elastoflex)。这次,向内突出的肋条2设置在粘弹性聚合物层3中。粘弹性聚合物层3也具有许多向内突出的肋条4,肋条4嵌入TPU层1中。
也根据本发明在图3示出的第三壳体向图2的第二壳体增加了硬外壳5,所述硬外壳为刚性聚合物壳体(例如Bayer Makrolon)。如图3所示,该硬外壳可以仅存在于某些区域中,更高硬度在这些区域中是有利的。
参照图4,示出了图3中示出的实施例应用于整个壳体的方式。应意识到,可以以相同的方式实施图1和图2的实施例,图2的壳体中省略了外壳5,图1的壳体中整个壳体是由单层热塑性聚合物1形成的。
在图4中示出的完整的壳体中,TPU材料1形成壳体的主体,所述主体包括大部分的后表面6。该后表面衬有一层粘弹性聚合物3,所述粘弹性聚合物3沿后表面6的一部分延伸并且沿壳体的大部分的侧面向上延伸。在图4中存在区域7和8,在区域7和8中不存在粘弹性聚合物并且唯一的材料为TPU以允许接近区域7中在该设备的侧面中的按钮以及允许接近区域8中的用于充电器插头和耳机插口的端口。肋条2尤其存在于设备的拐角以在这些区域中提供最大的缓冲。沿壳体的每个侧面的大部分延伸的是截平的肋条2’,使得壳体在正常使用期间在这些区域不接触所述设备,由此进一步隔离所述侧面以免撞击在屏幕上。
TPU 1和粘弹性聚合物5之间的界面具有从粘弹性聚合物5向内突出的多个矩形肋条9。这些肋条9在横截面中具有矩形轮廓,所述肋条的宽度为它们的深度的至少两倍。
壳体由刚性聚合物层5完善,所述刚性聚合物层沿所述壳体的每个侧面的大部分延伸。还存在刚性聚合物环10,所述刚性聚合物环10围绕孔11,所述孔为朝后的摄像头、传感器以及LED闪光灯提供窗口。
从图4可见,所述壳体被设计为在拐角区域提供最大缓冲。然而,沿长侧面部分,所述壳体在很大程度上保持远离所述设备并具有由刚性聚合物层5提供的增强的刚性。
Claims (14)
1.一种用于具有屏幕的移动设备的壳体,所述壳体包括被布置为围绕所述设备的边缘的带,所述带包括一层柔性聚合物以及一层阻尼材料,所述阻尼材料设置在柔性聚合物层内,比所述柔性聚合物更软,所述阻尼材料具有多个凸起,所述凸起从所述带的内周边的主体部分向内突出以接合所述设备,其中,所述凸起布置为使得在正常使用时在所述带和所述设备之间除了通过所述凸起形成的接触之外基本没有接触。
2.根据权利要求1所述的壳体,其中,所述凸起至少设置在所述壳体的拐角区域。
3.根据上述权利要求中任一项所述的壳体,其中,沿着所述壳体的长边的部分不存在凸起或存在较短凸起,使得所述壳体在正常使用时在这些区域不接触所述设备。
4.根据上述权利要求中任一项所述的壳体,其中,所述凸起为大致横过所述带的深度延伸的肋条,并且当从所述设备的平面截取的截面中观察时所述凸起具有弯曲的横截面。
5.根据权利要求4所述的壳体,其中,所述弯曲的横截面为基本半圆形。
6.根据上述权利要求中任一项所述的壳体,其中,所述阻尼材料设有多个向外突出的凸起,所述向外突出的凸起嵌入所述柔性聚合物材料中。
7.根据权利要求6所述的壳体,其中,所述向外突出的凸起为当在沿所述设备的平面截取的截面中观察时具有矩形横截面的肋条。
8.根据上述权利要求中任一项所述的壳体,其中,一层比所述柔性聚合物材料更硬的材料设置在所述柔性聚合物材料外部。
9.根据上述权利要求中任一项所述的壳体,其中,所述柔性聚合物层具有70至90的肖氏A硬度范围。
10.根据权利要求1至7中任一项所述的壳体,其中,所述阻尼材料层具有0至70的肖氏A硬度范围。
11.根据权利要求8所述的壳体,其中,所述比所述柔性聚合物材料更硬的材料层具有75肖氏A至86肖氏D的硬度范围。
12.根据上述权利要求中任一项所述的壳体,其中,所述凸起足够坚固,使得当从7米高处掉到硬表面上时,所述凸起会防止所述设备与相邻凸起间的材料之间的接触。
13.根据上述权利要求中任一项所述的壳体,其中,每个凸起从所述带突起至少0.5mm的深度,具有大于所述深度的宽度,并且相邻凸起之间的节距比所述宽度的两倍要大。
14.根据权利要求13所述的壳体,其中,每个凸起的深度为至少1mm。
