Abstract
本发明公开了一种水性丙烯酸防护浸涂料的制备,具体包括如下步骤:往搅拌机中加入20-30份去离子水,然后在高速搅拌下依次加入0.5-1份分散剂,3-5份纳米无极填料,0.2-0.5份润湿剂,0.3-0.5份PH值调节剂,0.1-0.3份消泡剂,1-2份炭黑,搅拌30-60分钟后,用球磨机球磨分散制得预制浆料;然后继续搅拌依次加入50-60份水性丙烯酸乳液,5-6份成膜助剂,3-5份防闪锈剂,2-3份增稠剂,搅拌均匀过滤即可。本方法制备的水性丙烯酸防护浸涂料,槽液稳定,不容易流挂,漏底和发花等,有机挥发少,气味小,施工方便,能广泛应用于汽车,铸造工件,建筑结构等的涂装。
Description
技术领域
本发明属于涂料领域,特别涉及一种水性丙烯酸防护浸涂料的制备。
背景技术
浸涂法是用将需要涂层的产品浸没在盛有涂料的槽中,停留一段时间,然后将漫过涂料的工件取出,让多余的涂料自行滴落到涂料槽中的涂装方法。浸涂法省工省料、生产效率高、涂装设备与操作简单、可采取机械化或自动化进行连续生产,最适宜于单一品种的大批量生产,主要适用于五金零件、钢质管架以及结构复杂的器材或电气绝缘材料等的涂装。目前在上述工业行业中所采用浸涂涂料一般都是溶剂型防锈漆,含有约60%的有机溶剂。这些工厂浸涂完成后都是堆放在露天场地里让其自然干燥,由于其构型复杂也无法实现流水线涂装。这就是浸涂车间底漆的现状,其涂装所用防锈漆占其涂料用量的20%左右,这部分溶剂待漆膜干燥过程中挥发到大气中,由于该有机溶剂均是有毒的,容易造成人体伤害,挥发到大气中会污染环境,并造成资源浪费。其中水性丙烯酸类涂料具有保光,保色性好,着附力强,耐候性好等优点广泛应用于各种水性涂料中。但水性丙烯酸防护浸涂料在实际应用中溶剂用量大,槽液稳定性差,涂料膜容易流挂,漏底,发花等,并在使用过程中会散发大量有害气体,污染环境和伤害人员身体。
发明内容
为解决水性丙烯酸防护浸涂料制备过程中带来的以上种种缺陷,本发明提供一种如下的水性丙烯酸防护浸涂料制备方法:
一种水性丙烯酸防护浸涂料的制备,包括如下步骤:
往搅拌机中加入20-30份去离子水,然后在高速搅拌下依次加入0.5-1份分散剂,3-5份纳米无极填料,0.2-0.5份润湿剂,0.3-0.5份PH值调节剂,0.1-0.3份消泡剂,1-2份炭黑,搅拌30-60分钟后,用球磨机球磨分散制得预制浆料;然后继续搅拌依次加入50-60份水性丙烯酸乳液,5-6份成膜助剂,3-5份防闪锈剂,2-3份增稠剂,搅拌均匀过滤即可。
根据上述过程的水性丙烯酸防护浸涂料的制备,其中,所述的分散剂为脂肪酰二乙醇胺,纳米无极填料为质量比为3:1的纳米二氧化硅与纳米二氧化钛,润湿剂为聚醚硅氧烷共聚物,PH值调节剂为三乙醇胺,消泡剂为甲基硅油,水性丙烯酸乳液为双酚A型水性丙烯酸乳液,成膜助剂为乙醇,防闪锈剂为苯甲酸铵,增稠剂为聚氨酯型增稠剂。
本发明提供了一种水性丙烯酸防护浸涂料的制备方法,本方法制备的水性防护浸涂料,槽液稳定,不容易流挂,漏底和发花等,有机挥发少,气味小,施工方便,能广泛应用于汽车,铸造工件,建筑结构等的涂装。
具体实施方式
根据本发明,本发明的一种水性丙烯酸防护浸涂料的制备,具体包括如下步骤:往搅拌机中加入20-30份去离子水,然后在高速搅拌下依次加入0.5-1份分散剂,3-5份纳米无极填料,0.2-0.5份润湿剂,0.3-0.5份PH值调节剂,0.1-0.3份消泡剂,1-2份炭黑,搅拌30-60分钟后,用球磨机球磨分散制得预制浆料;然后继续搅拌依次加入50-60份水性丙烯酸乳液,5-6份成膜助剂,3-5份防闪锈剂,2-3份增稠剂,搅拌均匀过滤即可。
其中散剂优选为脂肪酰二乙醇胺;
纳米无极填料优选为为纳米二氧化硅与纳米二氧化钛,进一步优选为质量比为3:1的纳米二氧化硅与纳米二氧化钛,更进一步在使用前对纳米二氧化硅与纳米二氧化钛进行活化;
润湿剂优选为聚醚硅氧烷共聚物;
PH值调节剂优选为三乙醇胺;
消泡剂优选为甲基硅油;
水性丙烯酸乳液优选为双酚A型水性丙烯酸乳液;
成膜助剂优选为乙醇;
防闪锈剂优选为苯甲酸铵;
增稠剂优选为聚氨酯型增稠剂。
以下结合具体实施例对本发明的技术方案做进行进一步举例说明,但本发明不仅限于以下实施例。
实施例
往搅拌机中加入30份去离子水,然后在高速搅拌下依次加入0.5份脂肪酰二乙醇胺,3份活化纳米二氧化硅,1份活化纳米二氧化钛,0.3份聚醚硅氧烷共聚物,0.5份三乙醇胺,0.2份甲基硅油,1.5份炭黑,搅拌40分钟后,用球磨机球磨分散制得预制浆料;然后继续搅拌依次加入60份双酚A型水性丙烯酸乳液,5份乙醇,4份苯甲酸铵,2份聚氨酯型增稠剂,搅拌均匀过滤。

1.一种水性丙烯酸防护浸涂料的制备,包括如下步骤:
往搅拌机中加入20-30份去离子水,然后在高速搅拌下依次加入0.5-1份分散剂,3-5份纳米无极填料,0.2-0.5份润湿剂,0.3-0.5份PH值调节剂,0.1-0.3份消泡剂,1-2份炭黑,搅拌30-60分钟后,用球磨机球磨分散制得预制浆料;然后继续搅拌依次加入50-60份水性丙烯酸乳液,5-6份成膜助剂,3-5份防闪锈剂,2-3份增稠剂,搅拌均匀过滤即可。
2.根据权利要求1所述的水性丙烯酸防护浸涂料的制备,其特征在于所述的分散剂为脂肪酰二乙醇胺,纳米无极填料为质量比为3:1的纳米二氧化硅与纳米二氧化钛,润湿剂为聚醚硅氧烷共聚物,PH值调节剂为三乙醇胺,消泡剂为甲基硅油,水性丙烯酸乳液为双酚A型水性丙烯酸乳液,成膜助剂为乙醇,防闪锈剂为苯甲酸铵,增稠剂为聚氨酯型增稠剂。
