本发明公开了一种金银花植物饮料及其制作方法,其包括以下重量份数的组份:金银花45~65份、夏枯草5~15份、丹参3~10份、决明子5~15份、蒲公英5~15份、冰糖5~10份、蜂蜜8~15份和水900~1200份。本发明的饮料能清热解毒、润肠通便、安神助眠、抗疲劳、抗衰老、助消化,且饮用方便、口感良好,同时,制作方法简单,适合工业化生产。

本发明涉及一种金银花植物饮料及其制作方法,属于食品饮料技术领域。
背景技术
随着社会的发展,人们的生活压力越来越大,生活节奏也越来越快,饮食结构不合理,高血压、高血脂、肥胖、失眠、疲劳综合症等疾病不断增多。长期服用药物容易产生依赖性,且对身体无益。
随着人们对保健食品的重视,具有保健功能的饮品茶越来越成为人们日常饮品。因此,保健饮料特别是天然的保健饮料开发程度越来越高,现市场上有各种以中草药为主要原料制造的植物饮料,但目前为止,尚未出现以金银花、夏枯草、丹参、决明子、蒲公英、冰糖和蜂蜜为原料的金银花植物饮料。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种金银花植物饮料及其制作方法,该饮料能清热解毒、润肠通便、安神助眠、抗疲劳、抗衰老、助消化。
本发明解决上述技术问题的技术方案如下:一种金银花植物饮料,包括以下重量份数的组份:金银花45~65份、夏枯草5~15份、丹参3~10份、决明子5~15份、蒲公英5~15份、冰糖5~10份、蜂蜜8~15份和水900~1200份。
在上述技术方案的基础上,本发明还可以做如下改进。
进一步,包括以下重量份数的组份:金银花55份、夏枯草8份、丹参5份、决明子8份、蒲公英8份、冰糖8份、蜂蜜10份和水1000份。
本发明选用的金银花味甘、性寒,归肺、心、胃经,能清热解毒,疏散风热,具有抗菌、消炎、解热、抗病毒、降血压、降血脂、增强机体免疫力等功效;夏枯草味辛、苦,性寒,归肝、胆经,有降压、降血脂、抗炎、免疫抑制、抗菌、抗病毒、降糖、抗肿瘤等多种功效;丹参味苦,性微寒,归心、肝经,能凉血消肿,清心除烦;决明子味苦、甘、咸,性微寒,归肝、肾、大肠经,有清肝明目、利水通便、降血压、降血脂之功效;蒲公英味苦、甘,性寒,归肝、胃经,有利尿、缓泻、退黄疸、利胆等功效;蜂蜜味甘,性平,能补中缓急、润肺止咳、润肠燥、解毒,对心脏病、高血压、肝脏病、便秘、贫血等都有良好的辅助医疗作用。
一种金银花植物饮料的制作方法,包括如下工艺步骤:
(1)选取经过充分烘干干燥的以下原料:金银花、夏枯草、丹参、决明子和蒲公英;
(2)按重量份数计,分别称取上述原料:金银花45~65份、夏枯草5~15份、丹参3~10份、决明子5~15份、蒲公英5~15份,装入纱布袋后投入锅中,加900~1200份的水煮沸20~40分钟,得到汤液;
(3)按重量份数计,在步骤(2)所述汤液中加入冰糖5~10份、蜂蜜8~15份,搅拌均匀后煮沸,除去纱布袋冷却至常温;
(4)过滤,将滤液杀菌后灌装,即得所述金银花植物饮料。
在上述技术方案的基础上,本发明还可以做如下改进。
进一步,步骤(4)所述过滤具体为:用直径为0.1~0.3微米的微孔滤膜过滤,所述杀菌采用的方式为高温瞬时杀菌,所述灭菌的温度为135±5℃,时间为8~12秒。
本发明的有益效果:
(1)本发明将上述原料组合,并配合本发明所述的各原料重量份数使得各原料功效产生协同作用,可以达到清热解毒、润肠通便、安神助眠、抗疲劳、抗衰老、助消化的功效,而且饮用方便,口感良好。
(2)本发明制作方法简单,适合工业化生产。
具体实施方式
以下结合具体实施例对本发明的原理和特征进行描述,所举实例只用于解释本发明,并非用于限定本发明的范围。
实施例1:
(1)选取经过充分烘干干燥的以下原料:金银花、夏枯草、丹参、决明子和蒲公英;
(2)分别称取上述原料:金银花45g、夏枯草15g、丹参3g、决明子15g、蒲公英5g,装入纱布袋后投入锅中,加900g的水煮沸20分钟,得到汤液;
(3)在步骤(2)所述汤液中加入冰糖5g、蜂蜜15g,搅拌均匀后煮沸,除去纱布袋冷却至常温;
(4)用直径为0.1~0.3微米的微孔滤膜过滤,将滤液杀菌后灌装,所述杀菌采用的方式为高温瞬时杀菌,所述灭菌的温度为130℃,时间为8秒,即得所述金银花植物饮料。
实施例2:
(1)选取经过充分烘干干燥的以下原料:金银花、夏枯草、丹参、决明子和蒲公英;
(2)分别称取上述原料:金银花55g、夏枯草8g、丹参5g、决明子8g、蒲公英8g,装入纱布袋后投入锅中,加1000g的水煮沸30分钟,得到汤液;
(3)在步骤(2)所述汤液中加入冰糖8g、蜂蜜10g,搅拌均匀后煮沸,除去纱布袋冷却至常温;
(4)用直径为0.1~0.3微米的微孔滤膜过滤,将滤液杀菌后灌装,所述杀菌采用的方式为高温瞬时杀菌,所述灭菌的温度为135℃,时间为10秒,即得所述金银花植物饮料。
实施例3:
(1)选取经过充分烘干干燥的以下原料:金银花、夏枯草、丹参、决明子和蒲公英;
(2)分别称取上述原料:金银花65g、夏枯草5g、丹参10g、决明子5g、蒲公英15g,装入纱布袋后投入锅中,加1200g的水煮沸40分钟,得到汤液;
(3)在步骤(2)所述汤液中加入冰糖10g、蜂蜜8g,搅拌均匀后煮沸,除去纱布袋冷却至常温;
(4)用直径为0.1~0.3微米的微孔滤膜过滤,将滤液杀菌后灌装,所述杀菌采用的方式为高温瞬时杀菌,所述灭菌的温度为140℃,时间为12秒,即得所述植物保健饮料。

1.一种金银花植物饮料,其特征在于,包括以下重量份数的组份:金银花45~65份、夏枯草5~15份、丹参3~10份、决明子5~15份、蒲公英5~15份、冰糖5~10份、蜂蜜8~15份和水900~1200份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种金银花植物饮料,其特征在于,包括以下重量份数的组份:金银花55份、夏枯草8份、丹参5份、决明子8份、蒲公英8份、冰糖8份、蜂蜜10份和水1000份。
3.一种金银花植物饮料的制作方法,其特征在于,包括如下工艺步骤:
(1)选取经过充分烘干干燥的以下原料:金银花、夏枯草、丹参、决明子和蒲公英;
(2)按重量份数计,分别称取上述原料:金银花45~65份、夏枯草5~15份、丹参3~10份、决明子5~15份、蒲公英5~15份,装入纱布袋后投入锅中,加900~1200份的水煮沸20~40分钟,得到汤液;
(3)按重量份数计,在步骤(2)所述汤液中加入冰糖5~10份、蜂蜜8~15份,搅拌均匀后煮沸,除去纱布袋冷却至常温;
(4)过滤,将滤液杀菌后灌装,即得所述金银花植物饮料。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种金银花植物饮料的制作方法,其特征在于:步骤(4)所述过滤具体为:用直径为0.1~0.3微米的微孔滤膜过滤,所述杀菌采用的方式为高温瞬时杀菌,所述灭菌的温度为135±5℃,时间为8~12秒。
