技术领域
本发明涉及一种天线，尤其是涉及一种用于贴片FPC天线的冲压治具。
背景技术
随着人们生活水平的提高以及通讯技术的发展，手机在人们的生活中越来越普及，同时在人们的生活中变得也越来越重要。随着手机的普及和手机功能的增强，手机已从一种单纯的通讯工具演变为一种多功能多媒体的电子便携设备。从而为广大消费者的日常生活和使用提供了许多方便。
目前，手机体积越来越小，造型越来越多变，为保证天线的性能和与手机机壳的配合，FPC(Flexible Print Circuit)天线得到了越来越多的使用，生产FPC手机天线时，先将FPC(带胶的柔性线路板)贴在天线主体支架上，用手指用力将其抹平压紧(防止其脱落)；利用硅胶(硅橡胶)切成所需要的大小，用手拿着硅胶在FPC 表面施加压力将其压紧；使用手拿硅胶压FPC表面后会出现划痕、折皱等等不良。
发明内容
本发明的目的就是为了克服上述现有技术存在的缺陷而提供一种高效、低成本、高质量的用于贴片FPC天线的冲压治具。
本发明的目的可以通过以下技术方案来实现：用于贴片FPC天线的冲压治具，其特征在于，包括冲压机上压板、上模板、下模板、导柱、底座，所述的上模板安装在冲压机上压板上，所述的下模板安装在底座上，上模板与下模板相对设置，底座上还设有按钮；天线支架固定在下模板上，FPC贴在天线支架上，上模板内设有硅胶，启动按钮，上模板沿导柱向下冲压，将FPC固定在天线支架上。
所述的下模板上设有与天线支架外形相匹配的卡槽，以及对天线支架进行定位的凸块，天线支架卡进卡槽内，所述的凸块插入天线支架的孔或槽内对其进行定位。
所述的上模板上设有凹槽，该凹槽内镶嵌有硅胶，该硅胶的形状与大小与FPC 相一致。
所述的上模板与下模板相对设置，且上模板上镶嵌的硅胶与FPC的位置相对应。
与现有技术相比，本发明冲压治具的下模板是依照天线支架的内部结构来制做的，主要的作用是起到固定天线支架；上模板治具，由两部分组成：一是依照天线支架贴合FPC位置切出来的硅胶块；二是依照天线支架贴合FPC位置做的一个凹槽；将切出来的硅胶块固定到凹槽内，再将上下模板治具安装到冲压装置上即可。将贴合好的天线支架放入下模具上，机器时间设置为2秒。用两手按下启动按钮，利用冲压装置带动上模具往下压，上模具在天线支架上停留2秒后会自动弹上去。在采用了本发明治具冲压后：产能大幅度增长，提高了工作效率；以前出现的很多不良也达到了控制范围内；成本也在原有的基础上大幅度降低。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和具体实施例对本发明进行详细说明。
实施例1
如图1～3所示，用于贴片FPC天线的冲压治具，包括冲压机上压板1、上模板2、下模板3、导柱4、底座5，所述的上模板2安装在冲压机上压板1上，所述的下模板3安装在底座5上，上模板2与下模板3相对设置，底座5上还设有按钮 6；所述的下模板3上设有与天线支架外形相匹配的卡槽，以及对天线支架进行定位的凸块31，天线支架卡进卡槽内，所述的凸块31插入天线支架的孔或槽内对其进行定位。
所述的上模板2上设有凹槽，该凹槽内镶嵌有硅胶21，该硅胶21的形状与大小与FPC相一致。所述的上模板2与下模板3相对设置，且上模板2上镶嵌的硅胶21与FPC的位置相对应。
天线支架固定在下模板上，FPC贴在天线支架上，上模板内设有硅胶，启动按钮，上模板沿导柱向下冲压，将FPC固定在天线支架上。

1.用于贴片FPC天线的冲压治具，其特征在于，包括冲压机上压板、上模板、下模板、导柱、底座，所述的上模板安装在冲压机上压板上，所述的下模板安装在底座上，上模板与下模板相对设置，底座上还设有按钮；天线支架固定在下模板上，FPC贴在天线支架上，上模板内设有硅胶，启动按钮，上模板沿导柱向下冲压，将FPC固定在天下支架上；
所述的下模板上设有与天线支架外形相匹配的卡槽，以及对天线支架进行定位的凸块，天线支架卡进卡槽内，所述的凸块插入天线支架的孔或槽内对其进行定位；
所述的上模板上设有凹槽，该凹槽内镶嵌有硅胶，该硅胶的形状与大小与FPC相一致；
上模板上镶嵌的硅胶与FPC的位置相对应。
