Abstract
本发明公开一种车灯,包括灯壳、车灯总成和光碗,其特征在于:所述车灯还包括LED驱动电源、太阳花散热器,所述的车灯总成安装在灯壳上,所述光碗安装在车灯总成内部,在光碗上安装有LED灯,所述车灯总成与太阳花散热器连接。本发明散热结构简单,安装方便,散热效果好,能够有效的降低车灯的温度。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及汽车、电瓶车或者摩托车的照明装置,尤其是涉及一种汽车、电瓶车或者摩托车的车灯。
背景技术
前对于汽车前照灯主要使用HID气体灯和LED灯,随着HID氙气灯技术水平的提高,产品价格的下降,HID氙气前照大灯将会逐步成为中高档轿车的标准配置;而LED高位制动灯进一步普及,价格稳步下降,LED后制动灯、转向灯和雾灯开始商品化。目前LED汽车灯具的重点研究方向是白色LED前照大灯,以及LED车灯与AFS(自适应性车灯控制系统)结合,其中高效、大功率、高可靠性的LED元件研究、车灯与特殊的散热技术是关键。所以用HID氙气前照大灯和LED前照大灯替换原先的普通卤素前照大灯已经成为零售市场热点之一。随着对车灯照明的需求不同,车灯光源的不断增大,在工作过程中会产生热温,散热处理不好容易光衰,还会减少灯泡的寿命,尤其是LED灯。所以设计车灯的散热结构,能够延长车灯的使用寿命。
本发明为了克服上述缺陷,进行了有益的改进。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于解决现有技术中的上述不足,提供了一种车灯。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用以下技术方案:
一种车灯,包括灯壳、车灯总成和光碗,其特殊之处在于:所述车灯还包括LED驱动电源、太阳花散热器,所述的车灯总成安装在灯壳上,所述光碗安装在车灯总成内部,在光碗上安装有LED灯,所述车灯总成与太阳花散热器连接;
进一步地,所述LED灯与LED驱动电源连接;
进一步地,所述车灯总成的外围安装有起固定作用的外圈;
进一步地,所述的LED灯有三个;
进一步地,所述车灯总成的正面采用塑料玻璃制作而成。
本发明的有益效果:本发明散热结构简单,安装方便,散热效果好,能够有效的降低车灯的温度。

本发明的实施例参考图1至图5所示,一种车灯,包括灯壳4、车灯总成1和光碗2,所述车灯还包括LED驱动电源6、太阳花散热器5,所述的车灯总成1安装在灯壳4上,所述光碗2安装在车灯总成1内部,在光碗2上安装有三个LED灯3,所述车灯总成1与太阳花散热器5连接;
其中,LED灯3与LED驱动电源6连接,车灯总成1的外围安装有起固定作用的外圈,车灯总成1的正面采用塑料玻璃制作而成。

1.一种车灯,包括灯壳、车灯总成和光碗,其特征在于:所述车灯还包括LED驱动电源、太阳花散热器,所述的车灯总成安装在灯壳上,所述光碗安装在车灯总成内部,在光碗上安装有LED灯,所述车灯总成与太阳花散热器连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种车灯,其特征在于:所述LED灯与LED驱动电源连接。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种车灯,其特征在于:所述车灯总成的外围安装有起固定作用的外圈。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种车灯,其特征在于:所述的LED灯有三个。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种车灯,其特征在于:所述车灯总成的正面采用塑料玻璃制作而成。
