技术领域
本发明涉及一种面板散热型机车LED灯，尤其是在机车上安装完成后，部分LED灯散热板裸露在机车外的空气中，以达到更好散热的目的。
背景技术
随着LED照明技术的不断发展，其发光效率远超过了任何其它电子设备，在机车照明上的应用这几年方兴未艾，但是因为LED灯无法在高温下正常工作，所以当机车安装LED灯时，必须保证LED灯的散热的效果。
传统机车LED灯的散热片都是安装在机车灯壳内，由于灯壳内空间狭小，空气无法有效的进行内外循环，散热效果较差。
本发明的面板散热型机车LED灯，机车LED灯体上的部分散热板裸露在机车外，直接与外界的空气接触，当机车行进时，流动的空气通过散热板可直接对机车LED灯体进行最有效的冷却。这种结构的机车LED灯制作工艺简单，散热性优良，全密封结构，可大大的提高机车LED灯使用寿命，具有极强的实用价值。
国内外没有资料表明，有类似的结构用于机车LED照明中。
发明内容

本发明的面板散热型机车LED灯，机车LED灯体上的散热板裸露在机车LED灯发光面板外围，直接与外界的空气接触，当机车行进时，流动的空气通过散热板可直接对机车LED灯体进行最有效的冷却。这种结构的机车LED灯制作工艺简单，散热性优良，全密封结构，可大大的提高机车LED灯使用寿命，具有极强的实用价值。

具体实施方式
本发明的面板散热型机车LED灯分解示意图如图1所示，由LED灯散热板1、LED灯总成2、透明壳3等主要部件组成。
其机械关系为：LED灯散热板1中部有凹槽4，LED灯总成2固接其中，如图2所示；透明壳3覆盖在LED灯散热板1上，将LED灯总成2封装在其中，如图3A所示。
工作原理：当本发明的面板散热型机车LED灯安装在机车上时，LED灯散热板1外围与灯壳6相固接，LED灯散热板1上的凸面5裸露在灯壳6外的空气中，如图3B所示，当机车行进时，外界流动的空气通过直接对凸面5表面的吹拂达到对机车LED灯体整体散热的目的。
