Abstract

背景技术
[0002] 传统白炽灯(钨丝灯)耗能高、寿命短，在全球资源紧张的大环境下下，已渐渐被各国政府禁止生产，随之替代产品是电子节能灯，电子节能灯虽然提高了节能效果，但由于使用了诸多污染环境的重金属元素，又有悖于环境保护的大趋势。随着LED技术的高速发展LED照明逐渐成为新型绿色照明的不二之选。因为人们用习惯了球型灯泡，所以如今的LED灯泡的外形也采用球形设计，如今市场上的LED球泡灯泡散热孔过大或无散热孔，如果散热孔太大的话会有蚊虫飞进灯内，会导致灯会短路；如果没有散热孔的话，散热不好，温度过高，使用寿命短。另外传统的LED球泡灯的透明罩与主体的连接是采用螺丝固定的方式，安装很不方便。
