技术领域
本实用新型提供的是用于汽车照明领域,具体地说是汽车前照灯。
背景技术
LED汽车前照灯是未来汽车前照灯的发展趋势,它的应用可以改变目前广泛使用的卤素灯照明效率低的弊端,而且节能效果比较明显。
现在汽车前照灯上使用LED发光原件,存在着如下优缺点:
1、现在可用的白光LED 虽然已经取得了很大的改进,但仍因其光强度偏低而不能用于商业汽车前照灯。
2、LED光源是近180°发光,其光学特性存在着中间亮,边缘暗的特性。
需要解决的问题是:
1、LED前照灯与AFS功能的相互融合问题。
2、LED光源本身的散热问题。
发明内容
为了克服现有LED汽车灯的缺点,本实用新型提供了汽车前照灯。该前照灯通过在灯体内设置LED发光体、透镜和反射镜,解决汽车前照灯的光源集中,提高亮度和延长使用寿命的技术问题。
本实用新型解决技术问题所采用的方案是:
灯体后部设有灯座,在灯座上安装有远光LED发光体和近光LED发光体,在远光LED发光体前部设有透镜,在近光LED发光体的后部安装有反射镜,灯体前端安装有灯罩。
积极效果,本实用新型采用LED发光原件作为发光光源,并通过透镜和反射镜的配合,解决了LED发光原件光线集中,亮度高、节能的问题。适宜作为汽车前车灯使用。

具体实施方式
据图所示,灯体1后部设有灯座1.1,在灯座上安装有远光LED发光体2和近光LED发光体3,在远光LED发光体前部设有透镜2.1,在近光LED发光体的后部安装有反射镜3.1,灯体前端安装有灯罩1.2。
所述远光LED发光体和近光LED发光体的LED发光原件为大功率白色发光半导体。
所述透镜为圆形。
所述远光LED发光体为2个。
本实用新型的特点:
1、在前照灯外观上,通过LED集成光源的配置,并与相关光学部件配合,远光照度值最大可达到288lx,而传统卤素光源一般在100lx左右,无法与之相比。
2、在灯具结构造型方面,由于LED光源体积非常小,使灯内布局更随意,从而可缩小LED前照灯整体体积。
3、由于该LED前照灯全部采用LED冷光源,发热量低,灯腔内温差变化不大,不容易在灯腔内壁积雾。
4、该LED前照灯远光功率30W,近光45W,因此与传统远光65W,近光55W的卤素光源相比,可节约电能40%。
5、LED车灯响应快,亮灯无须热启动时间,色温超过5000k,更接近于日光,使行车更为安全。
6、使用寿命长,可超过30000小时,而传统卤素灯寿命一般在500小时左右。
本实用新型采用空气流动散热与自身散热相结合,有利于发光体的散热处理。

1.汽车前照灯,其特征是:灯体(1)后部设有灯座(1.1),在灯座上安装有远光LED发光体(2)和近光LED发光体(3),在远光LED发光体前部设有透镜(2.1),在近光LED发光体的后部安装有反射镜(3.1),灯体前端安装有灯罩(1.2);
所述远光LED发光体和近光LED发光体的LED发光原件为大功率白色发光半导体;
所述透镜为圆形;
所述远光LED发光体为2个。
