为解决上述问题，本发明提供了一种养生保健药酒，本药酒选用的原料及重量份数为：蛤蚧20～30份、蚂蚁20～30份、鸽肉20～30份、扁豆20～30份、芡实20～30份、当归20～30份、黄芪40～60份、莲子10～30份、桑椹子10～20份、云苓10～20份、川穹10～20份、百合5～10份、杜仲5～10份、生姜3～15份、木香3～10份、荔枝肉20～30份、糯米90～120份、白酒2000～2500份。
优选本药酒的原料及重量份数为：蛤蚧30份、蚂蚁25份、鸽肉27份、扁豆25份、芡实25份、当归25份、黄芪50份、莲子30份、桑椹子18份、云苓13份、川穹12份、百合9份、杜仲9份、生姜13份、木香8份、荔枝肉23份、糯米100份、白酒2000份。
本发明的有益效果是：本药酒可补益脏腑、增强体质、延年益寿，全中药原料，无毒副作用。
具体实施方式
本发明所述的养生保健药酒，称取蛤蚧30g、蚂蚁25g、鸽肉27g、扁豆25g、芡实25g、当归25g、黄芪50g、莲子30g、桑椹子18g、云苓13g、川穹12g、百合9g、杜仲9g、生姜13g、木香8g、荔枝肉23g、糯米100g、白酒2000g。
本药酒制备方法为：
步骤一：将所述前16味药材捣碎，加入容器中；
步骤二：容器中加入所述质量的糯米和白酒；
步骤三：将容器密封存放，每日摇动一次，温度控制在15℃～25℃；
步骤四：三个月后，滤清，得到成品药酒。
使用方法：每日1次，每次30ml。
