Abstract

本发明公开了一种聚苯硫醚材料及其制备方法,该聚苯硫醚材料,由包含以下重量份的组分制成:聚苯硫醚78-85份、异氰尿酸三缩水甘油酯8-12份、硅藻土8-12份、丙二醇甲醚5-8份、润滑剂2-5份、二丁基萘磺酸钠1.5-2份和成核剂0.5-1.5份。本发明还提供了上述聚苯硫醚材料的制备方法。

Description

一种聚苯硫醚材料及其制备方法
技术领域
本发明属于高分子材料领域,特别涉及一种聚苯硫醚材料及其制备方法。
背景技术
聚苯硫醚(PPS),是一种新型高性能的分子主链中带有苯硫基的热塑性树脂,由于其为结晶性的聚合物,因此具有良好的机械强度和耐高温性能,同时其热稳定性好、电性能优良。聚苯硫醚被广泛用在电子电器、航空航天、汽车运输、机械及化工等领域,是一种综合性能优异的特种工程塑料。
聚苯硫醚被广泛用作结构性高分子材料,通过填充、改性后广泛用作特种工程塑料。同时,还可制成各种功能性的薄膜、涂层和复合材料。但同时,聚苯硫醚伸长率和冲击强度却很低,因此需要加入添加剂,如玻纤、碳纤、填料等来增强其力学性能,特别是抗拉性能、抗弯性能、压缩和冲击强度均需大幅度提高,但改性后的聚苯硫醚其伸长率会发生较大幅度的下降,同时改性后的聚苯硫醚不能再长期负荷和热负荷的作用下保持高的力学性能和尺寸稳定性。
发明内容
针对上述的需求,本发明特别提供了一种聚苯硫醚材料及其制备方法。
本发明的目的可以通过以下技术方案实现:
一种聚苯硫醚材料,由包含以下重量份的组分制成:
所述成核剂选自苯甲酸钠、滑石粉、钛白粉和白炭黑中的一种或一种以上。
所述润滑剂选自季戊四醇硬脂酸酯、聚乙烯蜡、褐煤蜡和乙撑双硬脂酰胺中的一种或一种以上。
一种聚苯硫醚材料的制备方法,该方法包括以下步骤:
(1)称取聚苯硫醚78-85份、异氰尿酸三缩水甘油酯8-12份、硅藻土8-12份、丙二醇甲醚5-8份、润滑剂2-5份、二丁基萘磺酸钠1.5-2份和成核剂0.5-1.5份;
(2)将上述组分加入高压均质机中混合均匀;
(3)然后将步骤(2)中混合均匀的物料加入双螺杆挤出机的加料口,物料经双螺杆挤出机熔融挤出,造粒,制备聚苯硫醚粒料。
所述高压均质机中的混合温度为60-70℃,压强为18-22Mpa。
所述双螺杆挤出机的一区温度为180-200℃,二区温度为200-220℃,三区温度为220-240℃,四区温度为240-250℃,五区温度为230-240℃。
本发明与现有技术相比,其有益效果为:
(1)本发明制得的聚苯硫醚材料具有耐高温、耐腐蚀性能,而且具有导电率高、重量轻、抗拉强度高和寿命长的特点。
(2)本发明制得的聚苯硫醚材料在不同的使用环境中仍能保持良好的稳定性和耐候性。
(3)本发明的聚苯硫醚材料,其制备方法简单,易于工业化生产。
具体实施方式
以下结合实施例对本发明作进一步的说明。
实施例1
(1)称取聚苯硫醚78kg、异氰尿酸三缩水甘油酯12kg、硅藻土8kg、丙二醇甲醚5kg、季戊四醇硬脂酸酯2kg、二丁基萘磺酸钠1.5kg和苯甲酸钠0.5kg;
(2)将上述组分加入高压均质机中在60℃、18Mpa下混合均匀;
(3)然后将步骤(2)中混合均匀的物料加入双螺杆挤出机的加料口,物料经双螺杆挤出机熔融挤出,造粒,制备聚苯硫醚粒料。
所述双螺杆挤出机的一区温度为180℃,二区温度为200℃,三区温度为220℃,四区温度为240℃,五区温度为230℃。
制得聚苯硫醚材料的性能测试结果如表1所示。
实施例2
(1)称取聚苯硫醚78kg、异氰尿酸三缩水甘油酯8kg、硅藻土12kg、丙二醇甲醚5kg、季戊四醇硬脂酸酯2kg、二丁基萘磺酸钠1.5kg和苯甲酸钠0.5kg;
(2)将上述组分加入高压均质机中在60℃、18Mpa下混合均匀,
(3)然后将步骤(2)中混合均匀的物料加入双螺杆挤出机的加料口,物料经双螺杆挤出机熔融挤出,造粒,制备聚苯硫醚粒料。
所述双螺杆挤出机的一区温度为180℃,二区温度为200℃,三区温度为220℃,四区温度为240℃,五区温度为230℃。
制得聚苯硫醚材料的性能测试结果如表1所示。
实施例3
(1)称取聚苯硫醚85kg、异氰尿酸三缩水甘油酯12kg、硅藻土12kg、丙二醇甲醚8kg、乙撑双硬脂酰胺2kg、二丁基萘磺酸钠1.5kg和钛白粉1.5kg;
(2)将上述组分加入高压均质机中在65℃、20Mpa下混合均匀,
(3)然后将步骤(2)中混合均匀的物料加入双螺杆挤出机的加料口,物料经双螺杆挤出机熔融挤出,造粒,制备聚苯硫醚粒料。
所述双螺杆挤出机的一区温度为190℃,二区温度为210℃,三区温度为230℃,四区温度为245℃,五区温度为235℃。
制得聚苯硫醚材料的性能测试结果如表1所示。
实施例4
(1)称取聚苯硫醚85kg、异氰尿酸三缩水甘油酯12kg、硅藻土12kg、丙二醇甲醚8kg、聚乙烯蜡5kg、二丁基萘磺酸钠2kg和滑石粉0.5kg;
(2)将上述组分加入高压均质机中在65℃、20Mpa下混合均匀,
(3)然后将步骤(2)中混合均匀的物料加入双螺杆挤出机的加料口,物料经双螺杆挤出机熔融挤出,造粒,制备聚苯硫醚材料粒料。
所述双螺杆挤出机的一区温度为200℃,二区温度为220℃,三区温度为240℃,四区温度为250℃,五区温度为240℃。
制得聚苯硫醚材料的性能测试结果如表1所示。
实施例5
(1)称取聚苯硫醚80kg、异氰尿酸三缩水甘油酯10kg、硅藻土10kg、丙二醇甲醚6kg、褐煤蜡3kg、二丁基萘磺酸钠2kg和白炭黑0.8kg;
(2)将上述组分加入高压均质机中在70℃、22Mpa下混合均匀,
(3)然后将步骤(2)中混合均匀的物料加入双螺杆挤出机的加料口,物料经双螺杆挤出机熔融挤出,造粒,制备聚苯硫醚粒料。
所述双螺杆挤出机的一区温度为190℃,二区温度为210℃,三区温度为230℃,四区温度为245℃,五区温度为235℃。
制得聚苯硫醚材料的性能测试结果如表1所示。

1.一种聚苯硫醚材料,其特征在于,由包含以下重量份的组分制成:

3.根据权利要求1所述聚苯硫醚材料,其特征在于,所述润滑剂选自季戊四醇硬脂酸酯、聚乙烯蜡、褐煤蜡和乙撑双硬脂酰胺中的一种或一种以上。
4.一种聚苯硫醚材料的制备方法,其特征在于,该方法包括以下步骤:
(1)称取聚苯硫醚78-85份、异氰尿酸三缩水甘油酯8-12份、硅藻土8-12份、丙二醇甲醚5-8份、润滑剂2-5份、二丁基萘磺酸钠1.5-2份和成核剂0.5-1.5份;
(2)将上述组分加入高压均质机中混合均匀;
(3)然后将步骤(2)中混合均匀的物料加入双螺杆挤出机的加料口,物料经双螺杆挤出机熔融挤出,造粒,制备聚苯硫醚粒料。
5.根据权利要求4所述的聚苯硫醚材料的制备方法,其特征在于,所述高压均质机中的混合温度为60-70℃,压强为18-22Mpa。
6.根据权利要求4所述的聚苯硫醚材料的制备方法,其特征在于,所述双螺杆挤出机的一区温度为180-200℃,二区温度为200-220℃,三区温度为220-240℃,四区温度为240-250℃,五区温度为230-240℃。
