本发明公开了一种高强度天然橡胶配方,其特征在于:按重量份计,由以下组分组成:天然橡胶100份;氧化锌5~10份;硬脂酸1~2份;炭黑30~40份;防老剂3.5~5份;硫化剂3~5份;抗硫化还原剂1~3份。本发明与现有技术相比的优点是:采用本发明的高强度天然橡胶制造的K2型双作用弹性旁承,工艺性能良好,物理机械性能满足产品要求,尤其是刚度和疲劳性能突出,在货车实际使用中,效果良好,达到预期目的。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种高强度天然橡胶配方,属于化工技术领域。
背景技术
目前,用于铁路货车K2型双作用弹性旁承是铁路重载提速车辆转向架上的一重要部件,而该部件采用的传统的天然橡胶,影响货车车辆运行过程中的稳定性。
发明内容
本发明是为了解决上述不足,提供了一种高强度天然橡胶配方。
本发明的上述目的通过以下的技术方案来实现:一种高强度天然橡胶配方,其特征在于:按重量份计,由以下组分组成:
天然橡胶100份;
氧化锌5~10份;
硬脂酸1~2份;
炭黑30~40份;
防老剂3.5~5份;
硫化剂3~5份;
抗硫化还原剂1~3份。
本发明的高强度天然橡胶拉伸强度:20~30MPa;扯断伸长率:400~800%;硬度:55~60Shore A;低温脆性:-50℃~-60℃;垂直刚度:2~2.4MN/m;纵向刚度:3.5MN/m以上;垂直疲劳次数:200万次以上。
本发明与现有技术相比的优点是:采用本发明的高强度天然橡胶制造的K2型双作用弹性旁承,工艺性能良好,物理机械性能满足产品要求,尤其是刚度和疲劳性能突出,在货车实际使用中,效果良好,达到预期目的。

下面结合实施例对本发明作进一步详述。
一种高强度天然橡胶配方,其特征在于:按重量份计,由以下组分组成:
天然橡胶100份;
氧化锌5~10份;
硬脂酸1~2份;
炭黑30~40份;
防老剂3.5~5份;
硫化剂3~5份;
抗硫化还原剂1~3份。
本发明的高强度天然橡胶拉伸强度:20~30MPa;扯断伸长率:400~800%;硬度:55~60Shore A;低温脆性:-50℃~-60℃;垂直刚度:2~2.4MN/m;纵向刚度:3.5MN/m以上;垂直疲劳次数:200万次以上。
