本发明公开了一种抗疲劳天然橡胶配方,其特征在于:按重量份计,由以下组分组成:天然橡胶100份;氧化锌5~10份;硬脂酸1~2份;炭黑75~85份;防老剂5~8份;硫化剂3~5份;分散剂2~5份。本发明与现有技术相比的优点是:采用本发明的抗疲劳天然橡胶制造的橡胶垫,在满足产品的基本性能外,纵向与横向载荷疲劳50万次以上,解决了产品载荷疲劳差的缺点,提高了产品使用寿命。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种抗疲劳天然橡胶配方,属于化工技术领域。
背景技术
目前,用于铁路货车K6型转向架上的橡胶垫,是铁路重载提速车辆转向架上的一种控制蛇行,提高行驶平稳性,减少轮轨作用的部件。该部件采用的传统橡胶,疲劳性能较差,影响使用寿命。
发明内容
本发明是为了解决上述不足,提供了一种抗疲劳天然橡胶配方。
本发明的上述目的通过以下的技术方案来实现:一种抗疲劳天然橡胶配方,其特征在于:按重量份计,由以下组分组成:
天然橡胶 100份;
氧化锌 5~10份;
硬脂酸 1~2份;
炭黑 75~85份;
防老剂 5~8份;
硫化剂 3~5份;
分散剂 2~5份。
本发明的抗疲劳天然橡胶拉伸强度:18~25MPa;扯断伸长率:350~450%;硬度:75~80Shore A;低温脆性:-50℃~-55℃,纵向与横向载荷疲劳50万次以上。
本发明与现有技术相比的优点是:采用本发明的抗疲劳天然橡胶制造的橡胶垫,在满足产品的基本性能外,纵向与横向载荷疲劳50万次以上,解决了产品载荷疲劳差的缺点,提高了产品使用寿命。

下面结合实施例对本发明作进一步详述。
一种抗疲劳天然橡胶配方,其特征在于:按重量份计,由以下组分组成:
天然橡胶 100份;
氧化锌 5~10份;
硬脂酸 1~2份;
炭黑 75~85份;
防老剂 5~8份;
硫化剂 3~5份;
分散剂 2~5份。
本发明的抗疲劳天然橡胶拉伸强度:18~25MPa;扯断伸长率:350~450%;硬度:75~80Shore A;低温脆性:-50℃~-55℃,纵向与横向载荷疲劳50万次以上。
