背景技术
目前,在对汽车分段式车架侧横梁的加工中,普遍采用将两块钢板冲压成形后拼焊而成,或采用圆形钢管通过液压胀形的方法成形,存在材料浪费大,生产周期长、效率低,成本高等缺陷。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了克服现有技术的上述不足之处,而提供一种节约材料,生产效率高、成本低,操作简便,产品质量可靠的分段式车架异形管侧横梁加工方法。
为实现上述发明目的,本发明采用的具体加工方法如下:
1.下料:选用圆形管材,根据异形管的展开长度下料。
2.弯制:使用专用弯曲模具在上述下料的工件两端分别弯制圆弧。
3.冲制变截面:使用专用冲压模具在工件两端弯曲圆弧处分别冲制变截面。
4.整形:使用整形模具对工件两端的变截面处进行整形。
5.切边:使用专用切边模具切去异形管两端口的余料。
本发明由于采用以上加工方法,选用圆形管材弯曲、变形加工生产异形管件,节约材料,生产效率高、成本低,操作简便,产品质量可靠,适应于大批量生产。
具体实施方式
1.选用优质圆形管材,根据异形管的展开长度下料。
2.使用专用弯曲模具在上述下料的工件两端分别弯制圆弧。
3.根据所变截面的需要,使用专用冲压模具在工件两端弯曲圆弧处分别冲制变截面。
4.为获得稳定的形状和尺寸,使用整形模具对工件两端的变截面处进行整形。
5.使用专用切边模具切去异形管两端口的余料。

(1).下料:选用圆形管材,根据异形管的展开长度下料;

(3).冲制变截面:使用专用冲压模具在工件两端弯曲圆弧处分别冲制变截面;
(4).整形:使用整形模具对工件两端的变截面处进行整形;
(5).切边:使用专用切边模具切去异形管两端口的余料。
