本发明公开了一种角式减压稳压阀主要由阀体、阀瓣、阀杆、隔膜、阀盖和弹簧组成,阀体的下部为进水口,阀体的出水口设在一侧,并与进水口呈直角式结构,阀体上部设有阀盖,阀体与阀盖之间装有隔膜,阀盖与隔膜之间形成阀腔,在阀腔内装设有弹簧,弹簧上部装有弹簧塞,弹簧下部装有弹簧座,调节螺杆一端延伸至阀腔内与弹簧塞抵触,阀瓣、隔膜和弹簧座通过阀杆连接,阀杆经贯穿阀瓣、隔膜延伸至阀腔,在阀瓣底部由阀杆连接有导向压盖,阀杆两端由螺母固定。本发明的有益效果是,本发明具有结构简单、工作稳定和方便安装调试等优点,既能减动压、又能减静压,安全性好,而且成本也低,可适用于供水系统、消防系统以及其它工业给水系统中需要减压稳压的场合。

技术领域
本发明涉及阀门技术领域,具体地说是一种角式减压稳压阀。
背景技术
随着高层建筑的越来越多,高层建筑的分区减压供水也越来越常见,因而各种减压阀门相继产生,虽然也能起到降低水压的效果,但缺陷是只减动压、不减静压,不能完全满足供水系统的要求,存在安全隐患。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种角式减压稳压阀,既减动压又减静压,并具有稳压功能。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:一种角式减压稳压阀主要由阀体、阀瓣、阀杆、隔膜、阀盖和弹簧组成,阀体的下部为进水口,阀体的出水口设在一侧,并与进水口呈直角式结构,阀体上部设有阀盖,阀体与阀盖之间装有隔膜,阀体、隔膜与阀盖之间由螺栓紧固连接,隔膜将阀体和阀盖隔开,并且阀盖与隔膜之间形成阀腔,在阀腔内装设有弹簧,弹簧上部装有弹簧塞,弹簧下部装有弹簧座,调节螺杆一端延伸至阀腔内与弹簧塞抵触,调节螺杆与阀盖螺纹配合,调节螺杆在阀盖外由套帽防护,套帽与阀盖螺纹配合,弹簧座与隔膜抵触,所述阀瓣设置在阀体内,阀瓣的上部抵触隔膜,阀瓣、隔膜和弹簧座通过阀杆连接,阀杆经贯穿阀瓣、隔膜延伸至阀腔,在阀瓣底部由阀杆连接有导向压盖,阀杆两端由螺母固定,也就是阀杆通过两端的螺母自下至上将导向压盖、阀瓣、隔膜和弹簧座固定在一起,并由隔膜密封阀体和可沿进水口中心方向上下移动到阀座,阀座与阀体合为一体,阀座设在阀体的进水口处,并且阀座与阀瓣底部及导向压盖配制,阀瓣底部可通过密封垫与阀座密封。为了方便安装与连接,在阀体的进水口设有进口法兰,阀体的出水口设有出口法兰。
本发明的有益效果是,本发明具有结构简单、工作稳定和方便安装调试等优点,既能减动压、又能减静压,安全性好,而且成本也低,可适用于供水系统、消防系统以及其它工业给水系统中需要减压稳压的场合。

下面就附图1对本发明的一种角式减压稳压阀作以下详细地说明。
如附图1所示,本发明的一种角式减压稳压阀主要由阀体1、阀瓣4、阀杆5、隔膜6、阀盖9和弹簧10组成,阀体1的下部为进水口17,阀体1的出水口16设在一侧,并与进水口17呈直角式结构,阀体1上部设有阀盖9,阀体1与阀盖9之间装有隔膜6,阀体1、隔膜6与阀盖9之间由螺栓7紧固连接,隔膜6将阀体1和阀盖9隔开,并且阀盖9与隔膜6之间形成阀腔14,在阀腔14内装设有弹簧10,弹簧10上部装有弹簧塞11,弹簧10下部装有弹簧座15,调节螺杆12一端延伸至阀腔14内与弹簧塞11抵触,调节螺杆12与阀盖9螺纹配合,调节螺杆12在阀盖9外由套帽13防护,套帽13与阀盖9螺纹配合,弹簧座15与隔膜6抵触,所述阀瓣4设置在阀体1内,阀瓣4的上部抵触隔膜6,阀瓣4、隔膜6和弹簧座15通过阀杆5连接,阀杆5经贯穿阀瓣4、隔膜6延伸至阀腔14,在阀瓣4底部由阀杆5连接有导向压盖2,阀杆5两端由螺母8固定,也就是阀杆5通过两端的螺母8自下至上将导向压盖2、阀瓣4、隔膜6和弹簧座15固定在一起,并由隔膜6密封阀体1和可沿进水口17中心方向上下移动到阀座102,阀座102与阀体1合为一体,阀座102设在阀体1的进水口17处,并且阀座102与阀瓣4底部及导向压盖2配制,阀瓣4底部可通过密封垫3与阀座102密封。为了方便安装与连接,在阀体1的进水口17设有进口法兰101,阀体1的出水口16设有出口法兰103。

1.一种角式减压稳压阀主要由阀体、阀瓣、阀杆、隔膜、阀盖和弹簧组成,其特征在于,阀体的下部为进水口,阀体的出水口设在一侧,并与进水口呈直角式结构,阀体上部设有阀盖,阀体与阀盖之间装有隔膜,隔膜将阀体和阀盖隔开,并且阀盖与隔膜之间形成阀腔,在阀腔内装设有弹簧,弹簧上部装有弹簧塞,弹簧下部装有弹簧座,调节螺杆一端延伸至阀腔内与弹簧塞抵触,调节螺杆与阀盖螺纹配合,弹簧座与隔膜抵触,所述阀瓣设置在阀体内,阀瓣的上部抵触隔膜,阀瓣、隔膜和弹簧座通过阀杆连接,阀杆经贯穿阀瓣、隔膜延伸至阀腔,在阀瓣底部由阀杆连接有导向压盖,阀杆两端由螺母固定。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种角式减压稳压阀,其特征在于,阀体、隔膜与阀盖之间由螺栓紧固连接。
