Abstract
本发明公开一种管端花键加工工艺，包括管端胀孔和外花键的挤压成形，将原先胀孔和挤压花键两道工序才能完成的加工合并为一道工序，适用于套管类零件端部胀孔和外花键的挤压成形。本发明显著提高了套管类零件胀孔后外花键挤压成形的加工精度，极大地提高了劳动生产效率，进而提高了汽车转向系统传递扭矩的可靠性，从零件加工上提高了汽车转向系统的安全性。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及花键加工工艺，尤其涉及一种管端花键加工工艺。
背景技术
在机动车转向管柱总成中的套管类零件很多都设计为管端口径大并有外花键的结构，都要经过胀孔和挤压外花键的处理，但是现有工艺是将胀孔和挤压外花键分为两道工序进行，先进行胀孔然后再挤压加工出外花键。但是此种加工方式不仅加工效率低，花键的加工精度还受到胀孔直径公差以及套管壁厚公差的影响，因此花键的加工精度也得不到保证。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题和提出的技术任务是对现有技术进行改进，提供一种管端花键加工工艺，解决目前技术中管端花键先胀孔再挤压出花键的工艺加工效率低，花键的加工精度低的问题。
为解决以上技术问题，本发明的技术方案是：
一种管端花键加工工艺，其特征在于，加工步骤包括：
A.将坯管装夹于夹紧装置上，在管端插入胀孔芯轴进行胀孔；
B.将胀孔芯轴退出，在管端加装花键挤压模具挤压外花键；
C.外花键挤压到位后，花键挤压模具不动，再插入胀孔芯轴进行胀孔；
D.先退出花键挤压模具，然后再退出胀孔芯轴得到花键套管。
本发明所述的管端花键加工工艺将管端胀孔和外花键的挤压成形同步进行，适用于套管类零件端部胀孔和外花键的挤压成形，将原先胀孔和挤压花键两道工序才能完成的加工合并为一道工序，极大地提高了劳动生产效率，步骤B中在进行外花键加工时不可避免的会造成坯管管端发生形变，导致坯管管端内径不平整，尺寸出现大偏差，在花键挤压模具不动的情况下，插入胀孔芯轴进行胀孔使得坯管管端内径可以达到平整回复尺寸精度，同时外花键的尺寸由于花键挤压模具的作用也不会产生过度形变，胀孔芯轴也使得管端的外花键与花键挤压模具更贴合，从而提高外花键的尺寸精度。最终本发明所述的管端花键加工工艺显著提高了套管类零件胀孔后外花键挤压成形的加工精度，进而提高了汽车转向系统传递扭矩的可靠性，从零件加工上提高了汽车转向系统的安全性。
进一步的，所述的胀孔芯轴包括端头和胀孔段，端头的直径与坯管的内径相同，胀孔段的直径大于端头，并且端头和胀孔段之间通过直径渐变的过渡段连接。端头的直径与坯管的内径相同使得胀孔芯轴可以顺利插入坯管中，并且有效保证胀孔芯轴行进的方向，使得胀孔芯轴始终沿坯管的轴向进行胀孔，避免出现胀偏的状况，提高胀孔加工精度。同时过渡段使得胀孔渐进的进行，避免坯管出现胀裂的状况，提高加工良品率。
进一步的，所述的步骤B中花键挤压模具沿坯管的轴向行进对坯管进行挤压出外花键，从坯管的管端逐步向内挤压出外花键，提高加工精度。
进一步的，所述的步骤D中花键挤压模具沿坯管的轴向退出，保证外花键的尺寸，避免花键挤压模具退出时对外花键造成损伤。
进一步的，所述的步骤A之前坯管先放置在锯床上切割得到设计长度，并用皂化液进行冷却，对坯管进行润滑防锈处理。
进一步的，所述的步骤D得到的花键套管在其花键部位采用高频淬火，大幅提高坯管的强度、硬度、耐磨性、疲劳强度以及韧性，提高花键部位硬度，保证汽车转向系统传递扭矩的可靠性，延长使用寿命。
进一步的，所述淬火后的花键套管放在数控机床上进行精加工，并检测花键尺寸，确保花键加工尺寸精准无偏差。
与现有技术相比，本发明优点在于：
本发明所述的管端花键加工工艺有效提高套管类零件胀孔后花键加工的精准度，将原先胀孔和挤压花键两道工序才能完成的加工合并为一道工序，极大地提高了劳动生产效率，提高了汽车转向系统传递扭矩的可靠性，从零件加工上提高了汽车转向系统的安全性。

下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图，对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述，显然，所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例，而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例，本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例，都属于本发明保护的范围。
本发明实施例公开的一种管端花键加工工艺，提高套管胀孔后外花键的加工精度，提高加工效率，提高转向柱总成运转时的可靠性和安全性。
如图1至图4所示，一种管端花键加工工艺，其特征在于，加工步骤包括：
坯管1先放置在锯床上切割得到设计长度，并用皂化液进行冷却，对坯管进行润滑防锈处理，便于后续胀孔以及花键加工；
A.将坯管1装夹于夹紧装置4上，在管端插入胀孔芯轴2进行胀孔，胀孔芯轴2沿坯管1轴向插入，胀孔芯轴2包括端头21和胀孔段23，端头21的直径与坯管1的内径相同，胀孔段23的直径大于端头21，并且端头21和胀孔段23之间通过直径渐变的过渡段22连接，胀孔芯轴2行进的轴向稳定性好，不会出现胀偏或胀裂的状况；
B.将胀孔芯轴2沿轴向退出，在管端加装花键挤压模具3挤压外花键，花键挤压模具3沿坯管1的轴向行进对坯管1进行挤压出外花键；
C.外花键挤压到位后，花键挤压模具3不动，再沿轴向插入胀孔芯轴2进行胀孔，使坯管的内壁由于胀孔芯轴2的作用回复平整，达到所需的尺寸精度；
D.先沿坯管1的轴向退出花键挤压模具3，然后再沿坯管1的轴向退出胀孔芯轴2得到花键套管；
步骤D得到的花键套管在其花键部位采用高频淬火，提高花键部位硬度；
淬火后的花键套管放在数控机床上进行精加工，并检测花键尺寸。
本发明所述的管端花键加工工艺将原先胀孔和挤压花键两道工序才能完成的加工合并为一道工序，极大地提高了劳动生产效率，提高套管类零件胀孔后花键加工的精准度。

Claims (7)
1.一种管端花键加工工艺，其特征在于，加工步骤包括：
A.将坯管(1)装夹于夹紧装置(4)上，在管端插入胀孔芯轴(2)进行胀孔；
B.将胀孔芯轴(2)退出，在管端加装花键挤压模具(3)挤压外花键；
C.外花键挤压到位后，花键挤压模具(3)不动，再插入胀孔芯轴(2)进行胀孔；
D.先退出花键挤压模具(3)，然后再退出胀孔芯轴(2)得到花键套管。
2.根据权利要求1所述的管端花键加工工艺，其特征在于，所述的胀孔芯轴(2)包括端头(21)和胀孔段(23)，端头(21)的直径与坯管(1)的内径相同，胀孔段(23)的直径大于端头(21)，并且端头(21)和胀孔段(23)之间通过直径渐变的过渡段(22)连接。
3.根据权利要求1所述的管端花键加工工艺，其特征在于，所述的步骤B中花键挤压模具(3)沿坯管(1)的轴向行进对坯管(1)进行挤压出外花键。
4.根据权利要求1所述的管端花键加工工艺，其特征在于，所述的步骤D中花键挤压模具(3)沿坯管(1)的轴向退出。
5.根据权利要求1所述的管端花键加工工艺，其特征在于，所述的步骤A之前坯管(1)先放置在锯床上切割得到设计长度，并用皂化液进行冷却。
6.根据权利要求1所述的管端花键加工工艺，其特征在于，所述的步骤D得到的花键套管在其花键部位采用高频淬火，提高花键部位硬度。
7.根据权利要求6所述的管端花键加工工艺，其特征在于，所述淬火后的花键套管放在数控机床上进行精加工，并检测花键尺寸。
