本发明公开了一种CNC车床用出件方法,步骤包括:将装置装在转塔的镗杆位置上,以其与镗杆相同的轴径D固定在转塔上。棒料已经过加工和切断,仍留在中心架上。车床主轴停转时,转塔先前进后向下,在两个有肩螺栓(6)上可以摆动的夹板(3)向下,在销子(2)上弹簧(1)的作用下,将截断的棒件(4)夹住,这时棒件端头顶在挡块(5)上,转塔后退,放松的棒件落入收集筐内,车床重新开动,加工下一个棒件。采用以上步骤,使得步骤大大简化,提高了生产效率,缩短了工时。

    本发明涉及一种机械加工方法。
背景技术
   现有的车床出件方法步骤繁琐,导致生产效率低下,费工时。
发明内容
  为了解决上述技术问题,本发明的步骤包括:将装置装在转塔的镗杆位置上,以其与镗杆相同的轴径D固定在转塔上。棒料已经过加工和切断,仍留在中心架上。车床主轴停转时,转塔先前进后向下,在两个有肩螺栓上可以摆动的夹板向下,在销子上弹簧的作用下,将截断的棒件夹住。这时棒件端头顶在挡块上。转塔后退,放松的棒件落入收集筐内。车床重新开动,加工下一个棒件。
采用以上步骤,使得步骤大大简化,提高了生产效率,缩短了工时。
