Abstract

本发明所涉及的是一种用鲍鱼来培养珍珠的方法。它不是采用国外沿用的“外套膜插核式”,而是利用鲍自身生长珍珠的规律,在适宜珍珠生长的有效部位-鲍内侧的凹角处置于外物来培养珍珠。用这种人工培育法所取得的珍珠光亮度高、呈五彩缤纷色,这对美化生活、药用、扩大珍珠的生产量及提高鲍鱼的自身价值等都具有不可估量的作用。

Description

用鲍鱼培养珍珠,不仅将扩大珍珠的产量,同时也会极大地提高鲍鱼的价值,正因为如此,国外-据文献记载-尤其是日本,自七十年代起,就同时在几个列岛上从事这项研究。所采用的基本方法是用虾夷盘鲍(Haliotis,discus.hannaino我国称之谓皱纹盘鲍)来进行外套膜插核,即将蚌、砗磲等的贝壳制成的小珠或核,插入鲍体内,使鲍分泌珍珠质,将核包被而形成珍珠。但这种人工方法培养的珍珠其色泽暗灰,不具有理想的五彩光辉式的珍珠层,因而无甚价值。
本发明是基于观查到自然鲍生成珍珠的特点,在鲍的有效部位采用人工移植外物的方式来生产珍珠的。
在皱纹盘鲍和杂色鲍体内所发现的自然鲍珍珠,其色彩与鲍壳相等,呈五彩缤纷色,光亮度甚高,珍珠所在的位置不是外套膜而是在鲍壳顶的内脏尖端处(即鲍壳内侧的凹角处)。自然鲍生产珍珠的原理显然是外物(砂、蚌、砗磲等的贝壳)进入到“凹角处”,鲍不能将其排出,在该位置外物与海水隔绝,形成一个所谓的封闭腔。这样鲍的内脏通过与外物磨擦刺激而分泌出珍珠质,后者将外物逐渐包被起来并不断地分泌珍珠质,一层层地附于外物上而形成珍珠。根据这一原理本发明人工培养珍珠的关键之处就是在鲍内脏的尖端部位(即鲍壳内侧凹角处,而非外套膜<见附图>)开一孔,决不可使内脏损伤,将外物小心翼翼置入内脏尖端处,然后用无毒材料将孔封闭,要求封闭严密,数日后,如果鲍的伤口愈合,则可置于海区设施中饲养,约半年后,可将鲍内的外物取出,届时,外物表层业已涂上一层闪闪发光的五彩珍珠层,形成人工培养的鲍珍珠。

  1. 一种用鲍鱼培养珍珠的方法,其特征在于在鲍的壳顶处开孔,将外物经由此孔置于鲍内脏的类端处(即鲍壳内侧凹角处),再用无毒材料将孔封闭后进行珍珠培养。
