本发明公开了一种组合后灯的灯罩,在灯罩的四周边缘设置有焊接筋,所述灯罩在靠近背门侧的边缘向内弯折形成翻边,位于灯罩靠近背门侧的焊接筋设置在该翻边上。本发明能够降低脱模的难度。

技术领域
本发明属于汽车照明灯具构件,具体涉及一种组合后灯的灯罩。
背景技术
目前国内外市场上的汽车,如图4所示,组合后灯的焊接方式一般采用灯罩1与灯壳4两者的焊接筋3高温熔化后两两相接触,然后迅速冷却后到达结合在一起的目的。通常灯罩1靠背门侧的焊接筋3布置在灯罩1靠背门侧的翻边2以内,由于组合后灯造型的特殊需求和美观性,灯罩1靠背门侧的翻边2需要很长一段。但正是由于灯罩1靠背门侧的翻边2较长,使得灯罩1存在即使增加了内抽也无法脱模的情况。如图4和5所示,按照灯罩开模方向与X轴(或Y轴,或Z轴)正方向成55°角,灯罩焊接方向与相应的X轴(或Y轴,或Z轴)正方向成40°角,灯罩内抽方向与X轴(或Y轴,或Z轴)反方向成25°角,由于灯罩1在靠背门侧存在倒扣结构C,使灯罩1无法进行有效脱模。这不但增加了灯罩脱模的难度,更可能因为灯罩无法脱模而不得不改变灯罩的造型。
因此,有必要开发一种的新的组合后灯的灯罩。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种组合后灯的灯罩,以降低脱模的难度。
本发明所述的组合后灯的灯罩,在灯罩的四周边缘设置有焊接筋,所述灯罩在靠近背门侧的边缘向内弯折形成翻边,位于灯罩靠近背门侧的焊接筋设置在该翻边上。
所述灯罩上靠近背门侧的焊接筋与翻边为一体成型。
本发明具有以下优点:将灯罩靠背门侧的焊接筋直接布置在该位置处的翻边上,确保了灯罩在靠进背门侧处无倒扣,使灯罩可在最优的脱模方向上进行脱模,降低了灯罩脱模的难度以及灯罩模具的复杂程度;同时还便于灯罩与灯壳的焊接,有效避免了焊接不良、焊渣堆积等缺陷。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明作进一步说明。
如图1所示的组合后灯的灯罩,在灯罩1的四周边缘设置有焊接筋3,灯罩1在靠近背门侧的边缘向内弯折形成翻边2,将位于灯罩1靠近背门侧的焊接筋3设置在该翻边2上,且该焊接筋3与翻边2为一体成型。
如图2和图3所示,按照灯罩开模方向与X轴(或Y轴,或Z轴)正方向成55°角,灯罩焊接方向与相应的X轴(或Y轴,或Z轴)正方向成40°角,灯罩内抽方向为X轴(或Y轴,或Z轴)反方向。由于将灯罩1靠背门侧的焊接筋3直接布置在该位置处的翻边2上,故确保了灯罩1在靠进背门侧处无倒扣结构,使灯罩1可在最优的脱模方向上进行脱模,从而降低了脱模的难度。
如图2所示,灯罩1通过其上的焊接筋3与灯壳4上的焊接筋3经高温熔化后两两相接触,然后迅速冷却后到达结合在一起的目的。

1.一种组合后灯的灯罩,在灯罩(1)的四周边缘设置有焊接筋(3),所述灯罩(1)在靠近背门侧的边缘向内弯折形成翻边(2),其特征在于:位于灯罩(1)靠近背门侧的焊接筋(3)设置在该翻边(2)上。
2.根据权利要求1所述的组合后灯的灯罩,其特征在于:所述灯罩(1)上靠近背门侧的焊接筋(3)与翻边(2)为一体成型。
