Abstract

本发明公开了一种轴孔胀紧连接装置,其由胀紧套、孔、轴及挡圈构成。所述胀紧套的轴向截面为锯齿状,安装在间隙配合的轴与孔之间。孔的内表面与轴的外表面径向均布有一定深度的凹槽。通过压装套筒使胀紧套在轴向方向被压缩,在轴与孔之间发生变形,填补孔与轴之间的间隙,产生胀紧力,胀紧套与孔和轴的凹槽结构接触部分产生塑性变形,材料嵌进孔和轴的凹槽中。采用本发明不需要在轴和孔上加工键槽,依靠胀紧产生的摩擦力和胀紧圈塑性变形产生的切向力来传递扭矩。对轴和孔的配合公差要求低,连接后承载能力强,对中性好,孔与轴无应力集中现象。结构简单,实现容易,尤其适合批量等寿命设计的孔轴配合结构上。

Description

一种轴孔胀紧连接装置
技术领域
本发明涉及一种无键连接装置,尤其是一种胀紧连接装置。
背景技术
胀紧连接是一种新型传动连接方式,广泛应用于机械行业。使用胀紧套连接,不需要在轴和孔上加工键槽,降低了对轴孔零件的制造精度要求,安装时无需加热、冷却等设备,安装简单。一般的胀紧套依靠摩擦传动,对被连接件没有键槽削弱,工作中不会产生磨损,超载时胀紧套会失去连接作用,保护设备不受损坏。胀紧连接可承受多重负载,结构形式多样。由于上述优点,胀紧连接正逐步取代传统的键槽连接。
使用胀紧套连接过程中发现两点值得改进的地方。第一,普通胀紧套置于轴和孔之间,由若干圆周布置的压紧螺栓进行连接,这要求孔与轴在配合处的直径差至少要大于压紧螺栓直径的两倍,采用压紧螺栓的胀紧连接方法不适用与轴与孔的尺寸都比较小的配合;第二,普通胀紧套仅仅依靠胀紧套径向胀大产生的摩擦力使孔、胀紧套和轴相互紧固为一体来传递扭矩,在实际使用过程中发现:即使提高压紧螺栓的预紧力以致螺栓螺纹塑性变形,传递的扭矩依然没有明显提升。这使胀紧套在小型连接与提高扭矩的应用受到了限制。因此,有必要改进胀紧连接,满足小尺寸胀紧连接要求,同时提高连接强度,增大承载扭矩。
发明内容
为能使胀紧连接装置能用于孔轴尺寸相差较小时的连接场合,同时增加胀紧连接的承载扭矩,本发明提出一种孔轴胀紧连接装置。
本发明的技术方案为:一种孔轴胀紧连接装置,胀紧套轴向截面为锯齿状,安装在具有间隙的轴与孔之间。孔的内表面与轴的连接部分的外表面径向均布有一定深度的凹槽。通过压装套筒使胀紧套在轴向方向被压缩,在轴与孔之间发生变形,填补孔与轴之间的间隙,孔与轴的连接部分产生径向胀紧力,迫使胀紧套与孔和轴的凹槽结构接触部分产生塑性变形,使材料嵌进孔和轴的凹槽中。
采用如上所述的技术方案,本发明具有以下有益效果。
1、胀紧套径向尺寸小,可用在孔与轴配合尺寸相差较小的配合上。
2、胀紧套压装进孔和轴的间隙中后,胀紧套部分材料嵌入凹槽中,与孔和轴的凹槽接触部分发生塑性变形,可提高胀紧连接的承载扭矩。
3、当传动超载时,胀紧圈会先被破坏,对轴和孔起到保护作用。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图及实施例进一步详述本发明,但本发明不仅限于所述实施例。
所述的胀紧连接装置,以一齿轮与轴的配合过程说明本发明的具体实施方式:如图3所示,将顶圈5套在轴1上,顶圈5的右端面与轴1上安装弹性挡圈Ⅰ2a的槽的右侧面平齐。将胀紧套4从另一侧套在轴1上,胀紧套4左边抵着顶圈5的右端面。将齿轮3套在胀紧套4上,齿轮3的左端面抵着顶圈5的右端面。接着将压装套筒6自右向左套在轴1上,在压装套筒6的右端面上施力,将胀紧套4沿轴向挤压进齿轮3的孔与轴1的间隙内,胀紧套4轴向被压缩,径向变形填补孔轴间的间隙,产生胀紧力,胀紧套4与齿轮3的内孔和轴1的外表面的凹槽结构接触部分产生塑性变形,部分材料嵌进孔和轴的凹槽中。安装完成后,去掉安装顶圈5和压装套筒6,在轴上齿轮两侧的槽中安装弹性挡圈Ⅰ2a和弹性挡圈Ⅱ2b作为轴向固定,如图1所示。

Claims (2)

1.一种孔轴胀紧连接装置,其特征在于:所述的装置主要由胀紧套、孔、轴及挡圈组成,安装过程需要顶圈和压装套筒;其中,所述的胀紧套套装在轴与孔之间,轴向截面为锯齿状,在轴向方向可被压缩;所述的孔的内表面均布有一定深度的凹槽,所述的轴的外表面与孔连接部分均布有一定深度的凹槽;所述的安装顶圈与轴间隙配合,外圈直径大于孔径,固定在夹具上完成轴向定位功能;所述的压装套筒工作长度部分直径介于周外径与孔内径间,压装套筒长度大于孔的配合长度。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种孔轴胀紧连接装置,其特征在于:所述的胀紧连接孔件两侧有挡圈,挡圈外圆直径大于孔件内孔直径,挡圈安装在轴上的槽中。
