本发明公开了一种新型陶瓷用粉末涂料,原料为:丙烯酸正丁酯、氨水、苯乙烯、聚甲基丙烯酸N,N-二甲氨基碳酸钙、丙烯酸羟乙酯、碳酸钙、引发剂、三聚磷酸钠、去离子水、乙二醇、增塑剂、双(2,4,4-三甲基戊基)膦酸、二甲基丙烯酸乙醇酯、羟乙基纤维素和二甲基乙醇胺;光泽度120%-130%,人工加速老化500h后,保光率95-98%;拉伸强度15-25MPa,在5%盐酸溶液中浸泡30-40d无异常;附着力1-2级,冲击强度500-550N/cm,在饱和氢氧化钙中浸泡25-35d不起泡、皱皮;邵氏硬度50-60,水中浸泡30-60d后无起泡、脱落现象。

本申请属于涂料领域,尤其涉及一种新型陶瓷用粉末涂料。
背景技术
由于陶瓷科学技术的不断发展。以及市场对陶瓷新产品的需求日益增加,迫使陶瓷企业要不断发展新产品,而不能不考虑产品的变动这个因素对合理组织生产过程带来的问题和产生的影响。为了增强适应性,陶瓷企业不仅需要大力提高科学技术应用水平和新产品的研究能力,不断使产品更新换代,还必须采用计划评审法、成组工艺和多品种混流生产等先进的生产组织方法,采用适应性强的机器设备以及柔性生产制造系统,以适应生产变动的需要。陶瓷产业在世界建材行业中占有举足轻重的地位。陶瓷涂料是一种能使有机物与无机物发生反应,从而兼备了两者优点的新颖陶瓷涂料。新一代的陶瓷涂料的硬度可以达到6H以上。耐高温400度,不粘效果,颜色多种。而且可以做成丙烯酸羟乙酯性陶瓷涂料。而随着人性化理念的普及,及新型和谐社会的构成,设计一种附着力好、耐冲击、耐水性和耐腐蚀性好的陶瓷用粉末涂料是非常必要的。

本申请针对上述技术问题,提供一种新型陶瓷用粉末涂料,解决现有陶瓷用粉末涂料附着力低、不耐冲击、耐水性和耐腐蚀性差等技术问题。
技术方案:
一种新型陶瓷用粉末涂料,所述陶瓷用粉末涂料的原料按重量份数配比如下:丙烯酸正丁酯100份;氨水3-5份;苯乙烯60-80份;聚甲基丙烯酸N,N-二甲氨基碳酸钙2-4份;丙烯酸羟乙酯30-40份;碳酸钙30-50份;引发剂5-15份;三聚磷酸钠1-3份;去离子水80-90份;乙二醇2-6份;增塑剂1-10份;双(2,4,4-三甲基戊基)膦酸1-5份;二甲基丙烯酸乙醇酯5-15份;羟乙基纤维素2-4份;二甲基乙醇胺1-5份。
作为本发明的一种优选技术方案:所述陶瓷用粉末涂料的原料按重量份数配比如下:丙烯酸正丁酯100份;氨水4份;苯乙烯70份;聚甲基丙烯酸N,N-二甲氨基碳酸钙3份;丙烯酸羟乙酯35份;碳酸钙40份;引发剂10份;三聚磷酸钠2份;去离子水85份;乙二醇4份;增塑剂5份;双(2,4,4-三甲基戊基)膦酸3份;二甲基丙烯酸乙醇酯10份;羟乙基纤维素3份;二甲基乙醇胺3份。
作为本发明的一种优选技术方案:所述引发剂采用偶氮二氰基戊酸引发剂或二苯甲酮。
作为本发明的一种优选技术方案:所述增塑剂采用DOP或DBP。
有益效果:
本发明所述一种新型陶瓷用粉末涂料采用以上技术方案与现有技术相比,具有以下技术效果:1、光泽度120%-130%,人工加速老化500h后,保光率95-98%;2、拉伸强度15-25MPa,在5%盐酸溶液中浸泡30-40d无异常;3、附着力1-2级,冲击强度500-550N/cm,在饱和氢氧化钙中浸泡25-35d不起泡、皱皮;4、邵氏硬度50-60,水中浸泡30-60d后无起泡、脱落现象,可以广泛生产并不断代替现有材料。
具体实施方式
实施例1:
一种新型陶瓷用粉末涂料,其原料按重量份数配比如下:丙烯酸正丁酯100份;氨水3份;苯乙烯60份;聚甲基丙烯酸N,N-二甲氨基碳酸钙2份;丙烯酸羟乙酯30份;碳酸钙30份;二苯甲酮5份;三聚磷酸钠1份;去离子水80份;乙二醇2份;DBP1份;双(2,4,4-三甲基戊基)膦酸1份;二甲基丙烯酸乙醇酯5份;羟乙基纤维素2份;二甲基乙醇胺1份。
在带有搅拌器、温度计和回流冷凝管的反应釜中加入丙烯酸正丁酯、氨水、苯乙烯、聚甲基丙烯酸N,N-二甲氨基碳酸钙和丙烯酸羟乙酯,升温到80摄氏度,保温反应1h,加入剩余原料,升温至130℃混合均匀,冷却后用粉碎机粉碎,用150mg筛过筛,制得涂料。

在带有搅拌器、温度计和回流冷凝管的反应釜中加入丙烯酸正丁酯、氨水、苯乙烯、聚甲基丙烯酸N,N-二甲氨基碳酸钙和丙烯酸羟乙酯,升温到80摄氏度,保温反应2h,加入剩余原料,升温至130℃混合均匀,冷却后用粉碎机粉碎,用150mg筛过筛,制得涂料。
光泽度125%,人工加速老化500h后,保光率96%;拉伸强度20MPa,在5%盐酸溶液中浸泡35d无异常;附着力2级,冲击强度525N/cm,在饱和氢氧化钙中浸泡30d不起泡、皱皮;邵氏硬度55,水中浸泡45d后无起泡、脱落现象。
实施例3:
一种新型陶瓷用粉末涂料,其原料按重量份数配比如下:丙烯酸正丁酯100份;氨水4份;苯乙烯70份;聚甲基丙烯酸N,N-二甲氨基碳酸钙3份;丙烯酸羟乙酯35份;碳酸钙40份;偶氮二氰基戊酸引发剂10份;三聚磷酸钠2份;去离子水85份;乙二醇4份;DOP5份;双(2,4,4-三甲基戊基)膦酸3份;二甲基丙烯酸乙醇酯10份;羟乙基纤维素3份;二甲基乙醇胺3份。
在带有搅拌器、温度计和回流冷凝管的反应釜中加入丙烯酸正丁酯、氨水、苯乙烯、聚甲基丙烯酸N,N-二甲氨基碳酸钙和丙烯酸羟乙酯,升温到80摄氏度,保温反应2h,加入剩余原料,升温至130℃混合均匀,冷却后用粉碎机粉碎,用150mg筛过筛,制得涂料。
光泽度130%,人工加速老化500h后,保光率98%;拉伸强度25MPa,在5%盐酸溶液中浸泡40d无异常;附着力1级,冲击强度550N/cm,在饱和氢氧化钙中浸泡35d不起泡、皱皮;邵氏硬度60,水中浸泡60d后无起泡、脱落现象。

1.一种新型陶瓷用粉末涂料,其特征在于所述陶瓷用粉末涂料的原料按重量份数配比如下:丙烯酸正丁酯100份;氨水3-5份;苯乙烯60-80份;聚甲基丙烯酸N,N-二甲氨基碳酸钙2-4份;丙烯酸羟乙酯30-40份;碳酸钙30-50份;引发剂5-15份;三聚磷酸钠1-3份;去离子水80-90份;乙二醇2-6份;增塑剂1-10份;双(2,4,4-三甲基戊基)膦酸1-5份;二甲基丙烯酸乙醇酯5-15份;羟乙基纤维素2-4份;二甲基乙醇胺1-5份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种新型陶瓷用粉末涂料,其特征在于所述陶瓷用粉末涂料的原料按重量份数配比如下:丙烯酸正丁酯100份;氨水4份;苯乙烯70份;聚甲基丙烯酸N,N-二甲氨基碳酸钙3份;丙烯酸羟乙酯35份;碳酸钙40份;引发剂10份;三聚磷酸钠2份;去离子水85份;乙二醇4份;增塑剂5份;双(2,4,4-三甲基戊基)膦酸3份;二甲基丙烯酸乙醇酯10份;羟乙基纤维素3份;二甲基乙醇胺3份。
