本发明公开了一种新型陶瓷用丙烯酸树脂粉末涂料,原料为:叔碳酸乙烯酯、硝化棉、苯二甲酸酐、丁醇、二甲苯、乙酯、引发剂、甲苯、去离子水、丙酮、增塑剂、无水乙醇、二甲基乙醇胺、钛白粉和甲基丙烯酸甲酯;产品熔点130-150℃,密度130-140g/cm3,光泽度100%-120%,人工加速老化500h后,保光率90-95%,邵氏硬度40-60,水中浸泡30-50d后无起泡、脱落现象;拉伸强度15-25MPa,伸长率300-400,干燥时间5-15s,在5%盐酸溶液中浸泡20-30d无异常;附着力1-2级,冲击强度500-550N/cm,在饱和氢氧化钙中浸泡15-25d不起泡、皱皮。

本申请属于涂料领域,尤其涉及一种陶瓷用丙烯酸树脂粉末涂料。
背景技术
中国陶瓷工业迅速发展,如今成为世界上名副其实的陶瓷生产大国、消费大国。中国生产的日用陶瓷产量占全世界的70%左右,陈设艺术陶瓷产量是全球的65%,建筑陶瓷产量也占世界总产量半壁江山。陶瓷产业在世界建材行业中占有举足轻重的地位。陶瓷涂料是一种能使有机物与无机物发生反应,从而兼备了两者优点的新颖陶瓷涂料。新一代的陶瓷涂料的硬度可以达到6H以上。耐高温400度,不粘效果,颜色多种。而且可以做成二甲苯性陶瓷涂料。而随着人性化理念的普及,及新型和谐社会的构成,设计一种附着力好、耐冲击、耐潮湿且耐酸性好的陶瓷用丙烯酸树脂粉末涂料是非常必要的。

本申请针对上述技术问题,提供一种新型陶瓷用丙烯酸树脂粉末涂料,解决现有陶瓷用丙烯酸树脂粉末涂料附着力低、不耐冲击、不耐潮湿且耐酸性差等技术问题。

一种新型陶瓷用丙烯酸树脂粉末涂料,所述陶瓷用丙烯酸树脂粉末涂料的原料按重量份数配比如下:叔碳酸乙烯酯100份;硝化棉3-5份;苯二甲酸酐20-30份;丁醇2-4份;二甲苯5-10份;乙酯3-5份;引发剂5-15份;甲苯6-8份;去离子水80-90份;丙酮8-10份;增塑剂1-10份;无水乙醇4-6份;二甲基乙醇胺1-3份;钛白粉30-40份;甲基丙烯酸甲酯25-35份。
作为本发明的一种优选技术方案:所述陶瓷用丙烯酸树脂粉末涂料的原料按重量份数配比如下:叔碳酸乙烯酯100份;硝化棉4份;苯二甲酸酐25份;丁醇3份;二甲苯8份;乙酯4份;引发剂10份;甲苯7份;去离子水85份;丙酮9份;增塑剂5份;无水乙醇5份;二甲基乙醇胺2份;钛白粉35份;甲基丙烯酸甲酯30份。
作为本发明的一种优选技术方案:所述引发剂采用偶氮二氰基戊酸引发剂或二苯甲酮。
作为本发明的一种优选技术方案:所述增塑剂采用DOP或DBP。
有益效果:
本发明所述一种新型陶瓷用丙烯酸树脂粉末涂料采用以上技术方案与现有技术相比,具有以下技术效果:1、产品熔点130-150℃,密度130-140g/cm3,光泽度100%-120%,人工加速老化500h后,保光率90-95%,邵氏硬度40-60,水中浸泡30-50d后无起泡、脱落现象;2、拉伸强度15-25MPa,伸长率300-400,干燥时间5-15s,在5%盐酸溶液中浸泡20-30d无异常;3、附着力1-2级,冲击强度500-550N/cm,在饱和氢氧化钙中浸泡15-25d不起泡、皱皮;4、产品耐洗擦性1000-1500次,可以广泛生产并不断代替现有材料。
具体实施方式
实施例1:
一种新型陶瓷用丙烯酸树脂粉末涂料,其原料按重量份数配比如下:叔碳酸乙烯酯100份;硝化棉3份;苯二甲酸酐20份;丁醇2份;二甲苯5份;乙酯3份;偶氮二氰基戊酸引发剂5份;甲苯6份;去离子水80份;丙酮8份;DBP1份;无水乙醇4份;二甲基乙醇胺1份;钛白粉30份;甲基丙烯酸甲酯25份。
将上述原料加入反应釜中,升温到190℃,保温反应2h混合均匀,冷却后用粉碎机粉碎,用150mg筛过筛,制得涂料。
产品熔点130℃,密度130g/cm3,光泽度100%,人工加速老化500h后,保光率90%,邵氏硬度40,水中浸泡30d后无起泡、脱落现象;拉伸强度15MPa,伸长率300,干燥时间15s,在5%盐酸溶液中浸泡20d无异常;附着力2级,冲击强度500N/cm,在饱和氢氧化钙中浸泡15d不起泡、皱皮,耐洗擦性1000次。
实施例2:
一种新型陶瓷用丙烯酸树脂粉末涂料,其原料按重量份数配比如下:叔碳酸乙烯酯100份;硝化棉5份;苯二甲酸酐30份;丁醇4份;二甲苯10份;乙酯5份;二苯甲酮15份;甲苯8份;去离子水90份;丙酮10份;DOP10份;无水乙醇6份;二甲基乙醇胺3份;钛白粉40份;甲基丙烯酸甲酯35份。
将上述原料加入反应釜中,升温到200℃,保温反应4h混合均匀,冷却后用粉碎机粉碎,用150mg筛过筛,制得涂料。
产品熔点140℃,密度135g/cm3,光泽度110%,人工加速老化500h后,保光率93%,邵氏硬度50,水中浸泡40d后无起泡、脱落现象;拉伸强度20MPa,伸长率350,干燥时间10s,在5%盐酸溶液中浸泡25d无异常;附着力2级,冲击强度525N/cm,在饱和氢氧化钙中浸泡20d不起泡、皱皮,耐洗擦性1250次。
实施例3:
一种新型陶瓷用丙烯酸树脂粉末涂料,其原料按重量份数配比如下:叔碳酸乙烯酯100份;硝化棉4份;苯二甲酸酐25份;丁醇3份;二甲苯8份;乙酯4份;偶氮二氰基戊酸引发剂10份;甲苯7份;去离子水85份;丙酮9份;DOP5份;无水乙醇5份;二甲基乙醇胺2份;钛白粉35份;甲基丙烯酸甲酯30份。
将上述原料加入反应釜中,升温到195℃,保温反应3h混合均匀,冷却后用粉碎机粉碎,用150mg筛过筛,制得涂料。
产品熔点150℃,密度140g/cm3,光泽度120%,人工加速老化500h后,保光率95%,邵氏硬度60,水中浸泡50d后无起泡、脱落现象;拉伸强度25MPa,伸长率400,干燥时间5s,在5%盐酸溶液中浸泡30d无异常;附着力1级,冲击强度550N/cm,在饱和氢氧化钙中浸泡25d不起泡、皱皮,耐洗擦性1500次。
以上实施例中的组合物所有组分均可以商业购买。

1.一种新型陶瓷用丙烯酸树脂粉末涂料,其特征在于所述陶瓷用丙烯酸树脂粉末涂料的原料按重量份数配比如下:叔碳酸乙烯酯100份;硝化棉3-5份;苯二甲酸酐20-30份;丁醇2-4份;二甲苯5-10份;乙酯3-5份;引发剂5-15份;甲苯6-8份;去离子水80-90份;丙酮8-10份;增塑剂1-10份;无水乙醇4-6份;二甲基乙醇胺1-3份;钛白粉30-40份;甲基丙烯酸甲酯25-35份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种新型陶瓷用丙烯酸树脂粉末涂料,其特征在于所述陶瓷用丙烯酸树脂粉末涂料的原料按重量份数配比如下:叔碳酸乙烯酯100份;硝化棉4份;苯二甲酸酐25份;丁醇3份;二甲苯8份;乙酯4份;引发剂10份;甲苯7份;去离子水85份;丙酮9份;增塑剂5份;无水乙醇5份;二甲基乙醇胺2份;钛白粉35份;甲基丙烯酸甲酯30份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种新型陶瓷用丙烯酸树脂粉末涂料,其特征在于:所述引发剂采用偶氮二氰基戊酸引发剂或二苯甲酮。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种新型陶瓷用丙烯酸树脂粉末涂料,其特征在于:所述增塑剂采用DOP或DBP。
