本发明公开了一种新型陶瓷用丙烯酸酯树脂粉末涂料,原料为:甲基丙烯酸缩水甘油酯、甲醛、丙烯酸正丁酯、异丁醇、二甲苯、碳酸镁、流平剂、豆油、偶氮二异丁腈、甘油、增塑剂、硅油、过氧化苯甲酸叔丁酯、二氧化钛和甲基丙烯酸甲酯;密度125-135g/cm3,光泽度120%-140%,人工加速老化500h后,保光率92-96%;拉伸强度15-25MPa,干燥时间5-15s,在5%盐酸溶液中浸泡15-25d无异常;附着力1-2级,冲击强度450-550N/cm,在饱和氢氧化钙中浸泡20-30d不起泡、皱皮,耐洗擦性1000-1200次。

技术领域
本申请属于涂料领域,尤其涉及一种陶瓷用丙烯酸酯树脂粉末涂料。
背景技术
新中国成立60年来,伴随着国民经济各行业的发展,作为其配套的涂料工业从一个极不引人注目的小行业逐步发展成为国民经济各领域必不可少的重要行业。经过几代人的顽强拼搏、开拓进取,我国已成为世界第二大涂料生产国和消费国,进入到世界涂料行业发展的主流。陶瓷涂料是一种能使有机物与无机物发生反应,从而兼备了两者优点的新颖陶瓷涂料。新一代的陶瓷涂料的硬度可以达到6H以上。耐高温400度,不粘效果,颜色多种。而且可以做成二甲苯性陶瓷涂料。而随着人性化理念的普及,及新型和谐社会的构成,设计一种耐腐蚀、耐冲击、光泽好且干燥快的陶瓷用丙烯酸酯树脂粉末涂料是非常必要的。

本申请针对上述技术问题,提供一种新型陶瓷用丙烯酸酯树脂粉末涂料,解决现有陶瓷用丙烯酸酯树脂粉末涂料干燥慢、不耐冲击、不耐腐蚀且光泽差等技术问题。
技术方案:
一种新型陶瓷用丙烯酸酯树脂粉末涂料,所述陶瓷用丙烯酸酯树脂粉末涂料的原料按重量份数配比如下:甲基丙烯酸缩水甘油酯100份;甲醛40-50份;丙烯酸正丁酯10-30份;异丁醇35-45份;二甲苯20-40份;碳酸镁0.1-0.5份;流平剂5-15份;豆油20-30份;偶氮二异丁腈2-8份;甘油15-25份;增塑剂1-10份;硅油0.04-0.06份;过氧化苯甲酸叔丁酯0.5-1.5份;二氧化钛30-40份;甲基丙烯酸甲酯80-90份。
作为本发明的一种优选技术方案:所述陶瓷用丙烯酸酯树脂粉末涂料的原料按重量份数配比如下:甲基丙烯酸缩水甘油酯100份;甲醛4份;丙烯酸正丁酯25份;异丁醇3份;二甲苯8份;碳酸镁4份;流平剂10份;豆油7份;偶氮二异丁腈85份;甘油9份;增塑剂5份;硅油5份;过氧化苯甲酸叔丁酯2份;二氧化钛35份;甲基丙烯酸甲酯30份。
作为本发明的一种优选技术方案:所述流平剂采用聚醚聚酯改性有机硅氧烷或三聚氰胺甲醛树脂。
作为本发明的一种优选技术方案:所述增塑剂采用DOP或DBP。
有益效果:
本发明所述一种新型陶瓷用丙烯酸酯树脂粉末涂料采用以上技术方案与现有技术相比,具有以下技术效果:1、产品密度125-135g/cm3,光泽度120%-140%,人工加速老化500h后,保光率92-96%;2、拉伸强度15-25MPa,干燥时间5-15s,在5%盐酸溶液中浸泡15-25d无异常;3、附着力1-2级,冲击强度450-550N/cm,在饱和氢氧化钙中浸泡20-30d不起泡、皱皮;4、产品耐洗擦性1000-1200次,可以广泛生产并不断代替现有材料。
具体实施方式
实施例1:
一种新型陶瓷用丙烯酸酯树脂粉末涂料,其原料按重量份数配比如下:甲基丙烯酸缩水甘油酯100份;甲醛40份;丙烯酸正丁酯10份;异丁醇35份;二甲苯20份;碳酸镁0.1份;三聚氰胺甲醛树脂5份;豆油20份;偶氮二异丁腈2份;甘油15份;DBP1份;硅油0.04份;过氧化苯甲酸叔丁酯0.5份;二氧化钛30份;甲基丙烯酸甲酯80份。
将上述原料加入反应釜中,升温到130摄氏度,保温反应2h,再在捏合机中100℃混炼1h,冷却后用粉碎机粉碎,用150mg筛过筛,制得涂料。
密度125g/cm3,光泽度120%,人工加速老化500h后,保光率92%;拉伸强度15MPa,干燥时间15s,在5%盐酸溶液中浸泡15d无异常;附着力2级,冲击强度450N/cm,在饱和氢氧化钙中浸泡20d不起泡、皱皮,耐洗擦性1000次。
实施例2:
一种新型陶瓷用丙烯酸酯树脂粉末涂料,其原料按重量份数配比如下:甲基丙烯酸缩水甘油酯100份;甲醛50份;丙烯酸正丁酯30份;异丁醇45份;二甲苯40份;碳酸镁0.5份;三聚氰胺甲醛树脂15份;豆油30份;偶氮二异丁腈8份;甘油25份;DBP10份;硅油0.06份;过氧化苯甲酸叔丁酯1.5份;二氧化钛40份;甲基丙烯酸甲酯90份。
将上述原料加入反应釜中,升温到130摄氏度,保温反应2h,再在捏合机中100℃混炼1h,冷却后用粉碎机粉碎,用150mg筛过筛,制得涂料。
产品密度130g/cm3,光泽度130%,人工加速老化500h后,保光率94%;拉伸强度20MPa,干燥时间10s,在5%盐酸溶液中浸泡20d无异常;附着力2级,冲击强度500N/cm,在饱和氢氧化钙中浸泡25d不起泡、皱皮,耐洗擦性1100次。
实施例3:
一种新型陶瓷用丙烯酸酯树脂粉末涂料,其原料按重量份数配比如下:甲基丙烯酸缩水甘油酯100份;甲醛4份;丙烯酸正丁酯25份;异丁醇3份;二甲苯8份;碳酸镁4份;聚醚聚酯改性有机硅氧烷10份;豆油7份;偶氮二异丁腈85份;甘油9份;DOP5份;硅油5份;过氧化苯甲酸叔丁酯2份;二氧化钛35份;甲基丙烯酸甲酯30份。
将上述原料加入反应釜中,升温到130摄氏度,保温反应2h,再在捏合机中100℃混炼1h,冷却后用粉碎机粉碎,用150mg筛过筛,制得涂料。
产品密度135g/cm3,光泽度140%,人工加速老化500h后,保光率96%;拉伸强度25MPa,干燥时间5s,在5%盐酸溶液中浸泡25d无异常;附着力1级,冲击强度550N/cm,在饱和氢氧化钙中浸泡30d不起泡、皱皮,耐洗擦性1200次。
以上实施例中的组合物所有组分均可以商业购买。

1.一种新型陶瓷用丙烯酸酯树脂粉末涂料,其特征在于所述陶瓷用丙烯酸酯树脂粉末涂料的原料按重量份数配比如下:甲基丙烯酸缩水甘油酯100份;甲醛40-50份;丙烯酸正丁酯10-30份;异丁醇35-45份;二甲苯20-40份;碳酸镁0.1-0.5份;流平剂5-15份;豆油20-30份;偶氮二异丁腈2-8份;甘油15-25份;增塑剂1-10份;硅油0.04-0.06份;过氧化苯甲酸叔丁酯0.5-1.5份;二氧化钛30-40份;甲基丙烯酸甲酯80-90份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种新型陶瓷用丙烯酸酯树脂粉末涂料,其特征在于所述陶瓷用丙烯酸酯树脂粉末涂料的原料按重量份数配比如下:甲基丙烯酸缩水甘油酯100份;甲醛4份;丙烯酸正丁酯25份;异丁醇3份;二甲苯8份;碳酸镁4份;流平剂10份;豆油7份;偶氮二异丁腈85份;甘油9份;增塑剂5份;硅油5份;过氧化苯甲酸叔丁酯2份;二氧化钛35份;甲基丙烯酸甲酯30份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种新型陶瓷用丙烯酸酯树脂粉末涂料,其特征在于:所述流平剂采用聚醚聚酯改性有机硅氧烷或三聚氰胺甲醛树脂。
