本发明公开了一种新型陶瓷用丙烯酸酯粉末涂料,原料为:甲基丙烯酸缩水甘油酯、二甲基硅油、苯乙烯、蓖麻油、二甲苯、甘油、引发剂、苯酐、甲基丙烯酸正丁酯、丁醇、增塑剂、三聚氰胺、十二烷二酸、二氧化钛和甲基丙烯酸甲酯;干燥时间10-20s,熔点140-160℃,光泽度110%-130%;拉伸强度10-20MPa,伸长率200-300%,在5%盐酸溶液中浸泡25-35d无异常;附着力1-2级,冲击强度500-600N/cm;邵氏硬度55-65,水中浸泡40-60d后无起泡、脱落现象。

技术领域
本申请属于涂料领域,尤其涉及一种新型陶瓷用丙烯酸酯粉末涂料。
背景技术
陶瓷工业在我国发展较快,销售市场逐渐转旺。我国是一个陶瓷生产大国,对陶瓷的需求量也越来越大。从国内市场情况看,近年形势喜人,名特优新陶瓷产品供不应求,高档陶瓷和中高档卫生陶瓷十分抢手,质量好的传统产品继续畅销,滞销的只是质量差的产品。陶瓷涂料是一种能使有机物与无机物发生反应,从而兼备了两者优点的新颖陶瓷涂料。新一代的陶瓷涂料的硬度可以达到6H以上。耐高温400度,不粘效果,颜色多种。而且可以做成二甲苯性陶瓷涂料。而随着人性化理念的普及,及新型和谐社会的构成,设计一种附着力好、耐冲击、耐水性好且耐酸性好的陶瓷用丙烯酸酯粉末涂料是非常必要的。

本申请针对上述技术问题,提供一种新型陶瓷用丙烯酸酯粉末涂料,解决现有陶瓷用丙烯酸酯粉末涂料附着力低、不耐冲击、耐水性差且耐酸性差等技术问题。

一种新型陶瓷用丙烯酸酯粉末涂料,所述陶瓷用丙烯酸酯粉末涂料的原料按重量份数配比如下:甲基丙烯酸缩水甘油酯100份;二甲基硅油1-10份;苯乙烯20-30份;蓖麻油25-35份;二甲苯80-90份;甘油20-30份;引发剂5-15份;苯酐35-45份;甲基丙烯酸正丁酯10-20份;丁醇30-50份;增塑剂5-10份;三聚氰胺10-20份;十二烷二酸25-35份;二氧化钛30-40份;甲基丙烯酸甲酯5-15份。
作为本发明的一种优选技术方案:所述陶瓷用丙烯酸酯粉末涂料的原料按重量份数配比如下:甲基丙烯酸缩水甘油酯100份;二甲基硅油5份;苯乙烯25份;蓖麻油30份;二甲苯85份;甘油25份;引发剂10份;苯酐40份;甲基丙烯酸正丁酯15份;丁醇40份;增塑剂8份;三聚氰胺15份;十二烷二酸30份;二氧化钛35份;甲基丙烯酸甲酯10份。
作为本发明的一种优选技术方案:所述引发剂采用偶氮二氰基戊酸引发剂或二苯甲酮。
作为本发明的一种优选技术方案:所述增塑剂采用DOP或邻苯二甲酸二丁酯。
有益效果:
本发明所述一种新型陶瓷用丙烯酸酯粉末涂料采用以上技术方案与现有技术相比,具有以下技术效果:1、产品干燥时间10-20s,熔点140-160℃,光泽度110%-130%;2、拉伸强度10-20MPa,伸长率200-300%,在5%盐酸溶液中浸泡25-35d无异常;3、附着力1-2级,冲击强度500-600N/cm;4、邵氏硬度55-65,水中浸泡40-60d后无起泡、脱落现象,可以广泛生产并不断代替现有材料。
具体实施方式
实施例1:
一种新型陶瓷用丙烯酸酯粉末涂料,其原料按重量份数配比如下:甲基丙烯酸缩水甘油酯100份;二甲基硅油1份;苯乙烯20份;蓖麻油25份;二甲苯80份;甘油20份;二苯甲酮5份;苯酐35份;甲基丙烯酸正丁酯10份;丁醇30份;DOP5份;三聚氰胺10份;十二烷二酸25份;二氧化钛30份;甲基丙烯酸甲酯5份。
将甲基丙烯酸缩水甘油酯、二甲基硅油和苯乙烯加入反应釜中,升温到130摄氏度,恒温反应1h后,加入剩余原料,130摄氏度保温2h,冷却后用粉碎机粉碎,用150mg筛过筛,制得涂料。
产品干燥时间20s,熔点140℃,光泽度110%;拉伸强度10MPa,伸长率200%,在5%盐酸溶液中浸泡25d无异常;附着力2级,冲击强度500N/cm;邵氏硬度55,水中浸泡40d后无起泡、脱落现象。
实施例2:
一种新型陶瓷用丙烯酸酯粉末涂料,其原料按重量份数配比如下:甲基丙烯酸缩水甘油酯100份;二甲基硅油10份;苯乙烯30份;蓖麻油35份;二甲苯90份;甘油30份;偶氮二氰基戊酸引发剂15份;苯酐45份;甲基丙烯酸正丁酯20份;丁醇50份;邻苯二甲酸二丁酯10份;三聚氰胺20份;十二烷二酸35份;二氧化钛40份;甲基丙烯酸甲酯15份。
将甲基丙烯酸缩水甘油酯、二甲基硅油和苯乙烯加入反应釜中,升温到140摄氏度,恒温反应3h后,加入剩余原料,130摄氏度保温2h,冷却后用粉碎机粉碎,用150mg筛过筛,制得涂料。
产品干燥时间15s,熔点150℃,光泽度120%;拉伸强度15MPa,伸长率250%,在5%盐酸溶液中浸泡30d无异常;附着力2级,冲击强度550N/cm;邵氏硬度60,水中浸泡50d后无起泡、脱落现象。
实施例3:
一种新型陶瓷用丙烯酸酯粉末涂料,其原料按重量份数配比如下:甲基丙烯酸缩水甘油酯100份;二甲基硅油5份;苯乙烯25份;蓖麻油30份;二甲苯85份;甘油25份;偶氮二氰基戊酸10份;苯酐40份;甲基丙烯酸正丁酯15份;丁醇40份;DOP8份;三聚氰胺15份;十二烷二酸30份;二氧化钛35份;甲基丙烯酸甲酯10份。
将甲基丙烯酸缩水甘油酯、二甲基硅油和苯乙烯加入反应釜中,升温到135摄氏度,恒温反应2h后,加入剩余原料,130摄氏度保温2h,冷却后用粉碎机粉碎,用150mg筛过筛,制得涂料。
产品干燥时间10s,熔点160℃,光泽度130%;拉伸强度20MPa,伸长率300%,在5%盐酸溶液中浸泡35d无异常;附着力1级,冲击强度600N/cm;邵氏硬度65,水中浸泡60d后无起泡、脱落现象。
以上实施例中的组合物所有组分均可以商业购买。

1.一种新型陶瓷用丙烯酸酯粉末涂料,其特征在于所述陶瓷用丙烯酸酯粉末涂料的原料按重量份数配比如下:甲基丙烯酸缩水甘油酯100份;二甲基硅油1-10份;苯乙烯20-30份;蓖麻油25-35份;二甲苯80-90份;甘油20-30份;引发剂5-15份;苯酐35-45份;甲基丙烯酸正丁酯10-20份;丁醇30-50份;增塑剂5-10份;三聚氰胺10-20份;十二烷二酸25-35份;二氧化钛30-40份;甲基丙烯酸甲酯5-15份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种新型陶瓷用丙烯酸酯粉末涂料,其特征在于所述陶瓷用丙烯酸酯粉末涂料的原料按重量份数配比如下:甲基丙烯酸缩水甘油酯100份;二甲基硅油5份;苯乙烯25份;蓖麻油30份;二甲苯85份;甘油25份;引发剂10份;苯酐40份;甲基丙烯酸正丁酯15份;丁醇40份;增塑剂8份;三聚氰胺15份;十二烷二酸30份;二氧化钛35份;甲基丙烯酸甲酯10份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种新型陶瓷用丙烯酸酯粉末涂料,其特征在于:所述引发剂采用偶氮二氰基戊酸引发剂或二苯甲酮。
