Abstract

本发明一种轨道交通用热塑性高强度低烟无卤阻燃电缆料,由以下重量份的组分组成:茂金属聚乙烯10~20份、高密度聚乙烯10~20份、乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物10~15份、马来酸酐接枝无定形聚烯烃1~5份、氢氧化铝40~50份、三嗪环1~5份、微胶囊化红磷0.8~1.2份、四[β-(3,5-二叔丁基-4-羟基苯基)丙酸]季戊四醇酯0.1~0.5份、硫代二丙酸双月桂酯0.1~0.3份、N,N’-双[β-(3,5-二叔丁基-4-羟基苯基)丙酰]肼0.1~0.3份、硅酮母粒0.5~1.5份、防鼠防蚁助剂1份;所述高密度聚乙烯的融指数为8;所述茂金属聚乙烯的抗张强度大于15MPa,断裂伸长率大于500%。本发明低烟无卤阻燃电缆料提高高强度性能的同时,也保证高阻燃性,IEC60332-3满足B类成束燃烧以及A类成束燃烧。

Description

轨道交通用热塑性高强度低烟无卤阻燃电缆料
技术领域
本发明涉及低烟无卤阻燃电缆料领域,尤其涉及一种轨道交通用热塑性高强度低烟无卤阻燃电缆料。
背景技术
21世纪是我国城市轨道交通迅速发展(包括地铁、地面轻轨、高架轻轨)的时期,地铁与其它交通工具相比,具有行车速度快、旅客运送量大等特点,是目前解决城市交通拥挤的有效方法。据国家计委统计,“十五”期间,中国城市交通投资将达8000亿元,而轨道交通已通过立项的总长度约为650km,据了解,至少有2000亿元将用于修建地铁,它将会在较长时间里,成为我国基础建设投资的重点之一。
目前,国内已有十个城市同时在建设自己的轨道交通,其中,北京、上海、广州和天津在续建,南京、长春、深圳、重庆、武汉和大连在新建。城市轨道交通的迅速发展,孕育着无限商机,给电线电缆行业带来了新的发展机遇。
目前,国内相关电缆要求满足GB/T19666及GB/T12706,需要开发一种电缆料满足机械强度高的同时,还需要保证足够的耐候性、高阻燃性(IEC60332-3满足B类成束燃烧、甚至A类成束燃烧)、防鼠防白蚁。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种轨道交通用热塑性高强度低烟无卤阻燃电缆料,该热塑性高强度低烟无卤阻燃电缆料提高高强度性能的同时,也保证高阻燃性,IEC60332-3满足B类成束燃烧以及A类成束燃烧。
为达到上述发明目的,本发明采用的聚烯烃复合材料技术方案是:一种轨道交通用热塑性高强度低烟无卤阻燃电缆料,由以下重量份的组分组成:
茂金属聚乙烯                                       10~20份,
高密度聚乙烯                                       10~20份,
乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物                                10~15份,
马来酸酐接枝无定形聚烯烃                           1~5份,
氢氧化铝                                           40~50份,
三嗪环                                             1~5份,
微胶囊化红磷                                       0.8~1.2份,
四[β-(3,5-二叔丁基-4-羟基苯基)丙酸]季戊四醇酯    0.1~0.5份,
硫代二丙酸双月桂酯                                 0.1~0.3份,
N,N’-双[β- (3,5-二叔丁基-4-羟基苯基)丙酰]肼       0.1~0.3份,
硅酮母粒                                           0.5~1.5份,
防鼠防蚁助剂                                           1份;
所述高密度聚乙烯的融指数为8;
所述茂金属聚乙烯的抗张强度大于15Mpa,断裂伸长率大于500%;
所述乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物的VA含量28;
所述马来酸酐接枝无定形聚烯烃,接枝率为0.8%~1.5%,其融熔指数为1~10g/10min。
上述技术方案进一步改进的技术方案如下:
1. 上述方案中,所述高密度聚乙烯为抚顺石化生产的FHC7260或者沙特Sabic生产的M80064。
2. 上述方案中,所述茂金属聚乙烯为日本三井生产的SP5040、SP4020、SP1520、SP1071C中的一种,或者为美国陶氏化学生产的5815、58154404G中的一种。
3. 上述方案中,所述乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物为美国杜邦生产的EVA260或者EVA265或者法国阿克玛生产的EVA2803。
由于上述技术方案的运用,本发明与现有技术相比具有下列优点:
本发明轨道交通用热塑性高强度低烟无卤阻燃电缆料,其采用特定物化参数的茂金属聚乙烯10~20份、高密度聚乙烯10~20份、乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物10~15份并配合三种特定的抗氧化剂,材料满足GB/T19666及GB/T12706要求,并且拥有非常优异的力学性能,抗张强度大于18Mpa、断裂伸长率大于260%;其次,再茂金属聚乙烯、高密度聚乙烯、乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物中进一步添加三嗪环与氢氧化铝、微胶囊化红磷协同作用,形成了一种新型膨胀型阻燃体系,阻燃效果与常规阻燃体系相比有显著提高,制成的成品线缆可以通过B类成束燃烧、A类成束燃烧。

实施例1~4:一种轨道交通用热塑性高强度低烟无卤阻燃电缆料,由以下重量份的组分组成:

所述茂金属聚乙烯的抗张强度大于15Mpa,断裂伸长率大于500%;
所述乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物的VA含量28;
所述马来酸酐接枝无定形聚烯烃,接枝率为0.8%~1.5%,其融熔指数为1~10g/10min;
实施例1的高密度聚乙烯为抚顺石化生产的FHC7260,实施例2的高密度聚乙烯为沙特Sabic生产的M80064,实施例3的高密度聚乙烯为抚顺石化生产的FHC7260,实施例4的高密度聚乙烯为沙特Sabic生产的M80064。
实施例1的茂金属聚乙烯为日本三井生产的SP5040,实施例2的茂金属聚乙烯为SP1520,实施例3的茂金属聚乙烯为美国陶氏化学生产的5815,实施例4的茂金属聚乙烯为4404G。
实施例1的乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物为美国杜邦生产的EVA260,实施例2的乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物为EVA265,实施例3的乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物为法国阿克玛生产的EVA2803,实施例4的乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物为EVA265。
对比例1~3:一种轨道交通用电缆料,由以下重量份的组分组成:

实施例1~4和对比例1~3所得轨道交通用电缆料性能测试数据如下表2所示:

采用本发明轨道交通用热塑性高强度低烟无卤阻燃电缆料,其采用特定物化参数的茂金属聚乙烯10~20份、高密度聚乙烯10~20份、乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物10~15份并配合三种抗氧化剂,材料满足GB/T19666及GB/T12706要求,并且拥有非常优异的力学性能,抗张强度大于18Mpa、断裂伸长率大于260%;其次,在茂金属聚乙烯、高密度聚乙烯、乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物中进一步添加三嗪环与氢氧化铝、微胶囊化红磷协同作用,形成了一种新型膨胀型阻燃体系,阻燃效果与常规阻燃体系相比有显著提高,制成的成品线缆可以通过B类成束燃烧、A类成束燃烧。

1. 一种轨道交通用热塑性高强度低烟无卤阻燃电缆料,其特征在于:由以下重量份的组分组成:
茂金属聚乙烯                                        10~20份,
高密度聚乙烯                                        10~20份,
乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物                                 10~15份,
马来酸酐接枝无定形聚烯烃                            1~5份,
氢氧化铝                                           40~50份,
三嗪环                                              1~5份,
微胶囊化红磷                                       0.8~1.2份,
四[β-(3,5-二叔丁基-4-羟基苯基)丙酸]季戊四醇酯    0.1~0.5份,
硫代二丙酸双月桂酯                                 0.1~0.3份,
N,N’-双[β- (3,5-二叔丁基-4-羟基苯基)丙酰]肼       0.1~0.3份,
硅酮母粒                                           0.5~1.5份,
防鼠防蚁助剂                                          1份;
所述高密度聚乙烯的融指数为8;
所述茂金属聚乙烯的抗张强度大于15Mpa,断裂伸长率大于500%;
所述乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物的VA含量28;
