本发明涉及轮胎生产技术领域,具体涉及一种儿童车橡胶轮胎。其特征在于:由下列重量份数的原料制备而成:顺丁橡胶30-40份、天然橡胶10-14份、氯丁橡胶10-14份、炭黑10-20份、氧化锌0.5-5.5份、硫磺1-3份、硬脂酸3-5份、防老剂0.5-1.5份。本发明采用的橡胶主料是顺丁橡胶、天然橡胶和丁基橡胶的混合物。其中顺丁橡胶弹性好、耐磨性高;天然橡胶的耐屈扰性非常好,电绝缘性能良了,其模量、伸长率、耐磨、弹性等都非常出色,在轮胎工业里是不可替代的;氯丁橡胶具有耐油阻燃强度高的特点。这三种材料混合特性互补可提高产品的性能。

本发明涉及轮胎生产技术领域,具体涉及一种儿童车橡胶轮胎。
背景技术
市场上有各种各样的儿童车,其中包括儿童自行车、儿童推车、儿童三轮车等,但使用的车轮,考虑到其使用场合和承载重力、安全的特点,车轮中使用的车轮胎面采用合成PU材料,还有一些产品采用了发泡材料EVA,这些材料的耐磨性较差,长时间使用后,胎面将形成严重的磨损,胎面花纹将被消磨殆尽,难以形成较好的防滑和抓地效果。
发明内容
本发明为了克服现有技术的缺点,提供一种儿童车橡胶轮胎。
本发明的技术方案是:一种儿童车橡胶轮胎,由下列重量份数的原料制备而成:顺丁橡胶30-40份、天然橡胶10-14份、氯丁橡胶10-14份、炭黑10-20份、氧化锌0.5-5.5份、硫磺1-3份、硬脂酸3-5份、防老剂0.5-1.5份。
上述原料作用如下:
顺丁橡胶:全名为顺式-1,4-聚丁二烯橡胶,其分子式(C4H6)n,属混合物。具有弹性好、耐磨性能强、耐低温性能好、生热低、滞后损失小、耐屈挠性、抗龟裂性以及动态性能好等优点。
天然橡胶:通常我们所说的天然橡胶,是指从巴西橡胶树上采集的天然胶乳,经过凝固、干燥等加工工序而制成的弹性固状物。天然橡胶是一种以聚异戊二烯为主要成分的天然高分子化合物,分子式是(C5H8)n,其橡胶烃(聚异戊二烯)含量在90%以上,还含有少量的蛋白质、脂肪酸、糖分及灰分等。天然橡胶的物理特性,在常温下具有较高的弹性,稍带塑性,具有非常好的机械强度,滞后损失小,在多次变形时生热低,因此其耐屈扰性也很好,并且因为是非极性橡胶,所以电缘性能很好。
氯丁橡胶:具有抗张强度高,耐热、耐光、耐老化性能优良,耐油性均优于天然橡胶、丁苯橡胶、顺丁橡胶。具有较强的耐燃性和优异的抗延燃性,其化学稳定性较高,耐水性良好。
炭黑:主要成分是碳,其基本粒子尺寸在10-100nm之间,因此具有优良的橡胶补强、着色、导电或抗静电以及紫外线吸收功能,是人类最早开发和应用的纳米材料。炭黑作为一种功能材料,能够赋予其他材料和制品一些特殊的使用性能,在许多领域中有着不可替代的作用,炭黑是橡胶补强填充剂,是仅次于生胶的第二位橡胶原材料。
氧化锌的平均颗粒尺寸优选至少为1nm,并且进一步优选至少为10nm。当氧化锌的平均颗粒尺寸小于1nm时,氧化锌的分散性有变差的趋势。同时,氧化锌的平均颗粒尺寸至多为200nm,并且进一步优选至多为150nm。当氧化锌的平均颗粒尺寸大于200nm时,该氧化锌有很大的可能成为引起裂纹的基点,并且耐扰曲裂纹生长性变差。
有益效果:本发明采用的橡胶主料是顺丁橡胶、天然橡胶和丁基橡胶的混合物。其中顺丁橡胶弹性好、耐磨性高;天然橡胶的耐屈扰性非常好,电绝缘性能良了,其模量、伸长率、耐磨、弹性等都非常出色,在轮胎工业里是不可替代的;氯丁橡胶具有耐油阻燃强度高的特点。这三种材料混合特性互补可提高产品的性能。

实施例1 
一种儿童车橡胶轮胎,由下列重量份数的原料制备而成:顺丁橡胶30份、天然橡胶10份、氯丁橡胶10份、炭黑10份、氧化锌0.5份、硫磺1份、硬脂酸3份、防老剂0.5份。
实施例2 
一种儿童车橡胶轮胎,由下列重量份数的原料制备而成:顺丁橡胶35份、天然橡胶12份、氯丁橡胶12份、炭黑15份、氧化锌3.5份、硫磺2份、硬脂酸4份、防老剂1份。
实施例3 
一种儿童车橡胶轮胎,由下列重量份数的原料制备而成:顺丁橡胶40份、天然橡胶14份、氯丁橡胶14份、炭黑20份、氧化锌5.5份、硫磺3份、硬脂酸5份、防老剂1.5份。
