本发明提供了一种防闷气模具，旨在解决现有技术中在生产时不容易排气的问题。一种防闷气模具，包括上模板和下模板；上模板下底面设有上模槽，下模板上设有下模槽，上模槽与下模槽形成与工件相配的模腔；所述上模板上设有注胶孔，所述下模板上设有连通下模槽和注胶孔的流胶道；下模板上设有连通下模槽与外界且弯曲的排气槽；下模板上设有导杆，所述上模板上设有与导向杆相配的导向孔。本发明中设有弯曲的排气槽，方便将气体排出，解决了目前生产过程中的闷气，鼓包等缺陷；排气槽采用弯曲的一方面可以减小胶料的流动速度，减少胶料流进排气槽的量，另一方面，可以增加排气槽的长度，防止胶料从排气槽内流出。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种防闷气模具。
背景技术
目前，生产胶垫、垫片类橡胶制品大多采用平板模具生产，此类产品结构简单。模具采用上模板、下模板构成，在生产硫化过程中不易排气，容易造成产品闷气，鼓包等缺陷，不良品率较高。
发明内容
本发明提供了一种防闷气模具，旨在解决现有技术中在生产时不容易排气的问题。
为了解决以上技术问题，本发明通过以下技术方案实现：一种防闷气模具，包括上模板和下模板；上模板下底面设有上模槽，下模板上设有下模槽，上模槽与下模槽形成与工件相配的模腔；所述上模板上设有注胶孔，所述下模板上设有连通下模槽和注胶孔的流胶道；下模板上设有连通下模槽与外界且弯曲的排气槽；下模板上设有导杆，所述上模板上设有与导向杆相配的导向孔。
进一步，所述排气槽为N形；可以防止胶料从排气槽流出。
进一步，所述排气槽上设有防止胶料流进排气槽的倒钩；增加了胶料从排气槽流动的阻力。
进一步，所述上模板外侧壁上设有提升杆；便于取出工件。
进一步，每个下模槽上连有两个排气槽；便于增加排气效果。
与现有技术相比本发明的优点是：本发明中设有弯曲的排气槽，方便将气体排出，解决了目前生产过程中的闷气，鼓包等缺陷；排气槽采用弯曲的一方面可以减小胶料的流动速度，减少胶料流进排气槽的量，另一方面，可以增加排气槽的长度，防止胶料从排气槽内流出。

具体实施方式
参阅图1、图2和图3，一种防闷气模具，包括上模板1和下模板2；上模板1下底面设有上模槽11，下模板2上设有下模槽21，上模槽11与下模槽21形成与工件相配的模腔；所述上模板1上设有注胶孔12，所述下模板2上设有连通下模槽21和注胶孔12的流胶道22；下模板2上设有连通下模槽21与外界且弯曲的排气槽23；下模板2上设有导杆24，所述上模板1上设有与导向杆24相配的导向孔13。所述排气槽23为N形。所述排气槽23上设有防止胶料流进排气槽23的倒钩。所述上模板1外侧壁上设有提升杆14。每个下模槽21上连有两个排气槽23。
使用时，胶料从注胶孔12中，然后经过流胶道22进入上模槽11与下模槽21形成的模腔内，模腔内的气体从排气槽23排出。
本发明中设有弯曲的排气槽，方便将气体排出，解决了目前生产过程中的闷气，鼓包等缺陷；排气槽采用弯曲的一方面可以减小胶料的流动速度，减少胶料流进排气槽的量，另一方面，可以增加排气槽的长度，防止胶料从排气槽内流出。

1.一种防闷气模具，其特征是：包括上模板(1)和下模板(2)；上模板(1)下底面设有上模槽(11)，下模板(2)上设有下模槽(21)，上模槽(11)与下模槽(21)形成与工件相配的模腔；所述上模板(1)上设有注胶孔(12)，所述下模板(2)上设有连通下模槽(21)和注胶孔(12)的流胶道(22)；下模板(2)上设有连通下模槽(21)与外界且弯曲的排气槽(23)；下模板(2)上设有导杆(24)，所述上模板(1)上设有与导杆(24)相配的导向孔(13)，所述排气槽(23)为N形，所述排气槽(23)上设有防止胶料流进排气槽(23)的倒钩，所述上模板(1)外侧壁上设有提升杆(14)，每个下模槽(21)上连有两个排气槽(23)。
