本发明涉及一种防火涂料及其制备方法,具体涉及一种耐水耐腐蚀聚氨酯防火涂料及其制备方法,属于防火涂料材料领域。
背景技术
20世纪90年代初,改革开放后的房地产行业、家具业飞速发展,木用材料越来越多地进入人们的生活中,但由于不良的生活习惯,如小孩玩火等导致家庭内部火灾的频频发生,同时由于高楼大厦居住人员的数量较多以及其高度等原因,一旦发生火灾,尤其是灾情严重时很难扑救,致使广大人民群众的生命财产受到严重威胁。因此需要我们采取大量的安全措施来提高建筑物、家用易燃物等的防火性能,确保不存在火灾隐患,保障人民群众的生命及财产安全。
近年来,聚氨酯类防火涂料的研究逐渐成为热点,我国聚氨酯工业与发达国家相比仍有较大差距,主要是产量小,应用普及程度不高,技术水平较低,特别是人居消费量差距更大,如何提高聚氨酯的阻燃性以及阻燃剂的低毒,低刺激性是防火涂料研究的主要课题。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是,针对以上现有技术存在的缺点,提出一种耐水耐腐蚀聚氨酯防火涂料及其制备方法,该防火涂料具有良好的防腐性能,优良的电器性能,装饰与保护性能好,耐温性好,且该涂料的制备方法简单易操作,成本低廉。
本发明解决以上技术问题的技术方案是:
一种耐水耐腐蚀聚氨酯防火涂料,该聚氨酯涂料包括按1.8:1的比例混合的A、B两组份,
其中A组份按质量份数计包括以下组分:
二异氰酸酯              20-35份
聚碳酸亚丙酯二元醇      30-38份
小分子扩链剂            12-18份
催化剂                  2-4份
交联剂                  10-15份
有机溶剂                10-15份
阻燃剂                  26-32份
发泡剂                  2-3份
所述的B组份按质量份数计包括以下组分:
聚醚多元醇              60-65 份
固化剂                  15-25份
偶联剂                  25-35份
液体阻燃剂               4-6 份
所述聚碳酸亚丙酯二元醇为提纯后聚碳酸亚丙酯二元醇,所述聚碳酸亚丙酯二元醇的提纯方法具体操作如下:
先将有机溶剂用5A型分子筛脱水5-7天备用;
将聚碳酸亚丙酯二醇、有机溶剂以及催化剂捕捉剂加入到真空反应釜中室温搅拌1-2h后静置5-7h,再用循环水试真空泵构成的抽滤装置滤去析出的杂质;
将去除过杂质的聚碳酸亚丙酯二醇加入到真空反应釜中,开始加热慢慢升温至75-85℃,使有机溶剂挥发出来并收集,升温至110-125℃,抽滤40-50min,即可得到提纯后的聚碳酸亚丙酯二元醇。
本发明进一步解决的技术方案为:
前述耐水耐腐蚀聚氨酯防火涂料中,二异氰酸酯为2,4-甲苯二异氰酸酯、4,4-二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯 、异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯、六亚甲基二异氰酸酯或4,4-二环己基甲烷二异氰酸酯中的一种。
前述耐水耐腐蚀聚氨酯防火涂料中,所述的小分子扩链剂为聚乙二醇-400;所述交联剂为3,3'-二氯-4,4'-二氨基二苯基甲烷或二邻氯二苯胺甲烷。
前述耐水耐腐蚀聚氨酯防火涂料中,催化剂为二月桂酸二丁基锡、聚磷酸铵或磷酸三聚氰胺中的一种;催化剂捕捉剂为甲醛。
前述耐水耐腐蚀聚氨酯防火涂料中,有机溶剂为丙酮、丁酮或 N-甲基吡咯烷酮、乙醇中的一种。
前述耐水耐腐蚀聚氨酯防火涂料中,阻燃剂为磷酸三苯酯或磷酸甲苯二苯酯;发泡剂为三聚氰胺或氯化石蜡。

本发明还设计了一种耐水耐腐蚀聚氨酯防火涂料的制备方法,该聚氨酯涂料的制备方法具体操作步骤如下:
步骤(1)将提纯后的聚碳酸亚丙酯二元醇加入装有搅拌装置、温度计的干燥真空反应釜中,加温至90-100℃、真空度为0.01-0.02atm条件下抽滤20-30min;
步骤(2)降温至70-80℃,然后缓慢加入二异氰酸酯进行搅拌,调节搅拌速度为150-230转/min,搅拌25-50min,保温反应1-2h,加入小分子扩链剂继续反应1-2h,升高温度至80-90℃,加入交联剂、催化剂、阻燃剂、发泡剂,并搅拌混合均匀,调节搅拌速度为200-250转/min,搅拌20-30min制得耐水耐腐蚀聚氨酯防火涂料中得A组份待用;
步骤(3)将聚醚多元醇、液体阻燃剂以及固化剂与偶联剂充分混合,经过滤后待用;
步骤(4)将步骤(2)得到的组份与步骤(3)得到的组份按1.8:1的比例称量混合均匀固化即可得到耐水耐腐蚀聚氨酯防火涂料。
常用的催化剂是二月桂酸二丁基锡,它是强凝胶性质的催化剂,可用于弹性体、胶粘剂、密封胶、涂料、硬泡、模塑泡沫等。还可与胺催化剂并用于高速生产高密度结构泡沫、喷涂硬泡、硬泡板材。磷酸三苯酯、磷酸甲苯二苯酯等,其可以作为阻燃剂,阻燃机理是:燃烧时磷酸酯分解,脱水后生成的偏磷酸聚合,会使高分子物脱水,形成一层能够隔绝空气的膜,同时还起气相阻燃机理。
本发明的有益效果是:
本发明的防火涂料分子内适度的交联可使聚氨酯材料硬度、软化温度和弹性模量增加,断裂伸长率、永久变形和在溶剂中的溶胀性降低。在聚氨酯制备中加入小分子扩链剂,不仅可以调节分子量及软硬段比例,还可以使聚氨酯预聚体进一步交联形成线性或体型大分子,以提高其强度、硬度、弹性及耐介质性等。胺类与异氰酸酯基团反应速度较快,且反应生成的脲键极性较强,能够带来更为明显的微相分离;而醇类扩链剂与异氰酸酯基团的反应速度与胺类相比较慢,反应也较平和。随着醇类扩链剂用量提高,胶粒均一性增强,粒径减小,胶膜断裂伸长率改善。

实施例1
本实施例提供一种耐水耐腐蚀聚氨酯防火涂料,该聚氨酯涂料包括按1.8:1的比例混合的A、B两组份,其中A组份按质量份数计包括以下组分:
2,4-甲苯二异氰酸酯20份,聚碳酸亚丙酯二元醇30份,聚乙二醇-400:12份,二月桂酸二丁基锡2份,3,3'-二氯-4,4'-二氨基二苯基甲烷10份,丙酮10份,磷酸三苯酯26份,三聚氰胺2份;
B组份按质量份数计包括以下组分:
聚醚多元醇60 份,改性聚酰胺类固化剂15份,改性硅烷偶联剂25份,液体阻燃剂4 份;
聚碳酸亚丙酯二元醇采用分子量为2660的聚碳酸亚丙酯二元醇,聚碳酸亚丙酯二元醇为提纯后聚碳酸亚丙酯二元醇,所述聚碳酸亚丙酯二元醇的提纯方法具体操作如下:
先将有机溶剂用5A型分子筛脱水5天备用;
将聚碳酸亚丙酯二醇、有机溶剂以及催化剂捕捉剂加入到真空反应釜中室温搅拌2h后静置5h,再用循环水试真空泵构成的抽滤装置滤去析出的杂质;
将去除过杂质的聚碳酸亚丙酯二醇加入到真空反应釜中,开始加热慢慢升温至75℃,使有机溶剂挥发出来并收集,升温至110℃,抽滤50min,即可得到提纯后的聚碳酸亚丙酯二元醇。
一种耐水耐腐蚀聚氨酯防火涂料的制备方法,该聚氨酯涂料的制备方法具体操作步骤如下:
步骤(1)将提纯后的聚碳酸亚丙酯二元醇加入装有搅拌装置、温度计的干燥真空反应釜中,加温至90℃、真空度为0.01-0.02atm条件下抽滤30min;
步骤(2)降温至70℃,然后缓慢加入2,4-甲苯二异氰酸酯进行搅拌,调节搅拌速度为150转/min,搅拌50min,保温反应2h,加入小分子扩链剂继续反应1h,升高温度至80℃,加入交联剂、催化剂、阻燃剂、发泡剂,并搅拌混合均匀,调节搅拌速度为250转/min,搅拌20min制得耐水耐腐蚀聚氨酯防火涂料中得A组份待用;
步骤(3)将聚醚多元醇、液体阻燃剂以及固化剂与偶联剂充分混合,经过滤后制得B组分待用;
步骤(4)将步骤(2)得到的组份与步骤(3)得到的组份按1.8:1的比例称量混合均匀固化即可得到耐水耐腐蚀聚氨酯防火涂料。
实施例2
本实施例提供一种耐水耐腐蚀聚氨酯防火涂料,该聚氨酯涂料包括按1.8:1的比例混合的A、B两组份,其中A组份按质量份数计包括以下组分:
2,4-甲苯二异氰酸酯25份,聚碳酸亚丙酯二元醇32份,聚乙二醇-400:16份,二月桂酸二丁基锡3份,3,3'-二氯-4,4'-二氨基二苯基甲烷12份,丙酮13份,磷酸三苯酯26-32份,三聚氰胺3份;
B组份按质量份数计包括以下组分:
聚醚多元醇62份,改性聚酰胺类固化剂19份,改性硅烷偶联剂28份,液体阻燃剂5 份;
聚碳酸亚丙酯二元醇采用分子量为2660的聚碳酸亚丙酯二元醇,聚碳酸亚丙酯二元醇为提纯后聚碳酸亚丙酯二元醇,所述聚碳酸亚丙酯二元醇的提纯方法具体操作如下:
先将有机溶剂用5A型分子筛脱水6天备用;
将聚碳酸亚丙酯二醇、有机溶剂以及催化剂捕捉剂加入到真空反应釜中室温搅拌1.5h后静置5h,再用循环水试真空泵构成的抽滤装置滤去析出的杂质;
将去除过杂质的聚碳酸亚丙酯二醇加入到真空反应釜中,开始加热慢慢升温至75℃,使有机溶剂挥发出来并收集,升温至115℃,抽滤45min,即可得到提纯后的聚碳酸亚丙酯二元醇。
一种耐水耐腐蚀聚氨酯防火涂料的制备方法,该聚氨酯涂料的制备方法具体操作步骤如下:
步骤(1)将提纯后的聚碳酸亚丙酯二元醇加入装有搅拌装置、温度计的干燥真空反应釜中,加温至95℃、真空度为0.01-0.02atm条件下抽滤25min;
步骤(2)降温至75℃,然后缓慢加入2,4-甲苯二异氰酸酯进行搅拌,调节搅拌速度为180转/min,搅拌35min,保温反应2h,加入小分子扩链剂继续反应1h,升高温度至85℃,加入交联剂、催化剂、阻燃剂、发泡剂,并搅拌混合均匀,调节搅拌速度为220转/min,搅拌25min制得耐水耐腐蚀聚氨酯防火涂料中得A组份待用;
步骤(3)将聚醚多元醇、液体阻燃剂以及固化剂与偶联剂充分混合,经过滤后制得B组分待用;
步骤(4)将步骤(2)得到的组份与步骤(3)得到的组份按1.8:1的比例称量混合均匀固化即可得到耐水耐腐蚀聚氨酯防火涂料。
实施例3
本实施例提供一种耐水耐腐蚀聚氨酯防火涂料,该聚氨酯涂料包括按1.8:1的比例混合的A、B两组份,其中A组份按质量份数计包括以下组分:
2,4-甲苯二异氰酸酯35份,聚碳酸亚丙酯二元醇38份,聚乙二醇-400:18份,二月桂酸二丁基锡4份,3,3'-二氯-4,4'-二氨基二苯基甲烷15份,丙酮15份,磷酸三苯酯32份,三聚氰胺3份;
B组份按质量份数计包括以下组分:
聚醚多元醇65 份,改性聚酰胺类固化剂25份,改性硅烷偶联剂35份,液体阻燃剂6 份;
聚碳酸亚丙酯二元醇采用分子量为2660的聚碳酸亚丙酯二元醇,聚碳酸亚丙酯二元醇为提纯后聚碳酸亚丙酯二元醇,所述聚碳酸亚丙酯二元醇的提纯方法具体操作如下:
先将有机溶剂用5A型分子筛脱水7天备用;
将聚碳酸亚丙酯二醇、有机溶剂以及催化剂捕捉剂加入到真空反应釜中室温搅拌2h后静置6h,再用循环水试真空泵构成的抽滤装置滤去析出的杂质;
将去除过杂质的聚碳酸亚丙酯二醇加入到真空反应釜中,开始加热慢慢升温至85℃,使有机溶剂挥发出来并收集,升温至125℃,抽滤40min,即可得到提纯后的聚碳酸亚丙酯二元醇。
一种耐水耐腐蚀聚氨酯防火涂料的制备方法,该聚氨酯涂料的制备方法具体操作步骤如下:
步骤(1)将提纯后的聚碳酸亚丙酯二元醇加入装有搅拌装置、温度计的干燥真空反应釜中,加温至100℃、真空度为0.01-0.02atm条件下抽滤20min;
步骤(2)降温至80℃,然后缓慢加入二异氰酸酯进行搅拌,调节搅拌速度为230转/min,搅拌50min,保温反应1h,加入小分子扩链剂继续反应1h,升高温度至90℃,加入交联剂、催化剂、阻燃剂、发泡剂,并搅拌混合均匀,调节搅拌速度为250转/min,搅拌20min制得耐水耐腐蚀聚氨酯防火涂料中得A组份待用;
步骤(3)将聚醚多元醇、液体阻燃剂以及固化剂与偶联剂充分混合,经过滤后待用;
步骤(4)将步骤(2)得到的组份与步骤(3)得到的组份按1.8:1的比例称量混合均匀固化即可得到耐水耐腐蚀聚氨酯防火涂料。
除上述实施例外,本发明还可以有其他实施方式。凡采用等同替换或等效变换形成的技术方案,均落在本发明要求的保护范围。

Claims (9)

1.一种耐水耐腐蚀聚氨酯防火涂料,其特征在于,该聚氨酯涂料包括按1.8:1的比例混合的A、B两组份,
其中A组份按质量份数计包括以下组分:
二异氰酸酯              20-35份
聚碳酸亚丙酯二元醇      30-38份
小分子扩链剂            12-18份
催化剂                  2-4份
交联剂                  10-15份
有机溶剂                10-15份
阻燃剂                  26-32份
发泡剂                  2-3份
所述的B组份按质量份数计包括以下组分:
聚醚多元醇              60-65 份
固化剂                  15-25份
偶联剂                  25-35份
液体阻燃剂               4-6 份
所述聚碳酸亚丙酯二元醇为提纯后聚碳酸亚丙酯二元醇,所述聚碳酸亚丙酯二元醇的提纯方法具体操作如下:
先将有机溶剂用5A型分子筛脱水5-7天备用;
将聚碳酸亚丙酯二醇、有机溶剂以及催化剂捕捉剂加入到真空反应釜中室温搅拌1-2h后静置5-7h,再用循环水试真空泵构成的抽滤装置滤去析出的杂质;
将去除过杂质的聚碳酸亚丙酯二醇加入到真空反应釜中,开始加热慢慢升温至75-85℃,使有机溶剂挥发出来并收集,升温至110-125℃,抽滤40-50min,即可得到提纯后的聚碳酸亚丙酯二元醇。
2. 根据权利要求1所述的耐水耐腐蚀聚氨酯防火涂料,其特征在于:所述的二异氰酸酯为2,4-甲苯二异氰酸酯、4,4-二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯 、异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯、六亚甲基二异氰酸酯或4,4-二环己基甲烷二异氰酸酯中的一种。
3.根据权利要求1所述的耐水耐腐蚀聚氨酯防火涂料,其特征在于:所述的小分子扩链剂为聚乙二醇-400;所述交联剂为3,3'-二氯-4,4'-二氨基二苯基甲烷或二邻氯二苯胺甲烷。
4.根据权利要求1所述的耐水耐腐蚀聚氨酯防火涂料,其特征在于:所述的催化剂为二月桂酸二丁基锡、聚磷酸铵或磷酸三聚氰胺中的一种。
5.根据权利要求1所述的耐水耐腐蚀聚氨酯防火涂料,其特征在于:所述的有机溶剂为丙酮、丁酮或 N-甲基吡咯烷酮、乙醇中的一种。
6.根据权利要求1所述的耐水耐腐蚀聚氨酯防火涂料,其特征在于:所述的阻燃剂为磷酸三苯酯或磷酸甲苯二苯酯;所述的发泡剂为三聚氰胺或氯化石蜡。
7.根据权利要求1所述的耐水耐腐蚀聚氨酯防火涂料,其特征在于:所述的固化剂为改性聚酰胺类固化剂;所述的偶联剂为改性硅烷偶联剂。
8.根据权利要求1所述的耐水耐腐蚀聚氨酯防火涂料,其特征在于:所述的聚碳酸亚丙酯二元醇采用分子量为2660的聚碳酸亚丙酯二元醇。
9.如权利要求1所述的耐水耐腐蚀聚氨酯防火涂料的制备方法,其特征在于:该聚氨酯涂料的制备方法具体操作步骤如下:
步骤(1)将提纯后的聚碳酸亚丙酯二元醇加入装有搅拌装置、温度计的干燥真空反应釜中,加温至90-100℃、真空度为0.01-0.02atm条件下抽滤20-30min;
步骤(2)降温至70-80℃,然后缓慢加入二异氰酸酯进行搅拌,调节搅拌速度为150-230转/min,搅拌25-50min,保温反应1-2h,加入小分子扩链剂继续反应1-2h,升高温度至80-90℃,加入交联剂、催化剂、阻燃剂、发泡剂,并搅拌混合均匀,调节搅拌速度为200-250转/min,搅拌20-30min制得耐水耐腐蚀聚氨酯防火涂料中得A组份待用;
步骤(3)将聚醚多元醇、液体阻燃剂以及固化剂与偶联剂充分混合,经过滤后待用;
步骤(4)将步骤(2)得到的组份与步骤(3)得到的组份按1.8:1的比例称量混合均匀固化即可得到耐水耐腐蚀聚氨酯防火涂料。
