Abstract

技术领域
本发明涉及包装和容器,特别地,涉及具有两隔腔的并在使用前可使两成分保持分离的容器。
背景技术
迄今,人们已经设计出多种不同类型的包装,这些包装使制品成分得以在使用前能够保持分离,并在某些情况下,在使用制品前能够保持一种成分是无菌的。在一种两隔腔式包装中,在两隔腔之间的孔内放置止档件或其它装置。例如,Halm的两隔腔式容器(US5,417,321)包括具有两隔腔的容器,且其中一个隔腔组装在另一个隔腔之上,并通过塞堵的开口连接。所涉及的所有专利的公开内容在此予以引证与参考。
另一种两隔腔式包装利用打孔装置使两个预先分离的成分混合。例如Goncalves的专利(US5,170,888具有形成第一隔腔的玻璃杯,玻璃杯具有杯颈部,杯颈部上安装有形成第二隔腔的瓶子,两隔腔之间设有薄膜,当穿孔装置针对玻璃杯移置时在薄膜上打孔;US4,757,916具有由盖分隔的两个分离单元,操纵混合穿孔器可在盖上穿孔)。Wiegner的两部分式容器(US4,103,772)具有易碎隔离物和刺破件,易碎隔离物由带涂层的铝箔构成并分隔两隔腔,刺破件安装弹性部上,弹性部沿横向指向隔离物。在White的专利(US4,637,934)中,使用刚硬的刺穿件刺破隔腔封闭隔膜,以便使营养液由隔腔流入相通的配装吸嘴。
现有技术中还提出一种两隔腔式包装,它具有配装在包装顶部的开口容器,并设有螺帽和圆柱套形的支承环。通过外部围绕开口盘的固定凸缘,将圆柱套形的支承环附连在包装的顶部,并在其内表面上设有凸起的螺纹。该环围绕塑料螺帽的外螺纹。切断刀以一体方式在螺帽的自由边缘上成型,并具有前切断刃,前切断刃以一定角度穿过自由边缘。
就像Wilkinson等人的专利(US4,786,279)中所公开的,对于这些两部分组成的环氧胶制品,还需要两隔腔来防止制品进行反应。
Renault的分配器(US5,564,600)具有由密封件分隔的两隔腔,密封件靠着座部形成密封,容器之一相对另一容器的移动使密封件移动而远离座部,并在密封件和座部之间构成环形通道。
美国专利US6,209,718、US6,105,760、US6,513,650和US6,786,330均公开了一种两隔腔式包装,在使用前保持第一成分与液体成分隔离,使得正好在使用前第一成分不会变湿。两隔腔式包装使至少成分之一正好在使用前保持无菌,或在两种成分可以方便混合时或之前保持无菌。因此能够将现有的发明用于一些容器,这些容器用于单独包装在消费前才要添加到食物、液体营养物、药物或饮料制品中去的干微生物培养物、用于在消费前单独包装的碳酸药片和液体、和用于单独包装在消费前添加到饮料、液体营养物、药物或饮料中的维生素或其它不稳定成分。
美国US6,098,795公开了一种用于向主包装中添加选择性成分的容器和装置,从而形成两隔腔式容器,该两隔腔式容器能够在选择的使用时间之前,其能够保持湿度敏感的第一成分与第二成分(特别是液体)分离。投送包装,最好在运送包装空腔内部的隔腔中盛装第二成分,投送包装可以安装在主包装外表面上。设置一个射孔装置用于切透隔腔和主包装,从而形成与主包装相通的通道,例如,将第一成分从隔腔释放到主包装内。另外,主包装可以是袋子,如在第一实施例中优选使用的肠状袋。在本发明的第二实施例中,主包装最好用于盛液体饮料,在制造过程中将投送包装附置在主包装上。
在有些情况下,如采用装有防腐剂的瓶子或硬纸盒,需要在制造包装后和/或在包装的场所提供将选择的分离第一成分添加到包装内的装置,可以根据病人的病历或诊断来改变成分的浓度和/或组成。在第一隔腔和包装均制造好了以后提供将第一隔腔连接在包装上的装置,允许使用者选择待添加到包装内的特殊第一成分,以及选择将第一成分添加到包装内的时间和地点。在饮用饮料的时候或之前,还需要能够将饮料添加剂特别是可降解的或湿度敏感的或易氧化的成分(例如维生素)添加到液体饮料瓶中。
许多现有两隔腔式容器所采用的结构很复杂,并且常常发生泄漏。因此,需要具有两隔腔式包装,该包装使第一成分与液体成分在使用前保持分离,从而使第一成分正好在使用前不会变湿,且在使用前保持至少一种成分无菌,其中两种成分正好在使用前可以方便地混合,并且在成分混合前或一旦成分已经混合时,发生最少的泄漏或没有泄漏。例如,需要这样的容器,该容器用于单独包装在消费前才要添加到食物、液体营养物、药物或饮料制品中的干微生物培养物、用于在消费前单独包装碳酸药片和液体和用于单独包装在消费前添加到饮料、液体营养物、药物或饮料中的维生素或其它不稳定成分。
因此,本发明的目的是为了提供一种两隔腔式容器,它在选择的使用时间之前使具有湿度敏感的第一成分与优选为液体的第二成分隔离,并且不需要利用穿孔机构就能使成分之间的隔离带去除。
本发明进一步的目的是为了提供一种具有改进的可制造性并可减少泄露的两隔腔式容器。
以下公开的内容和附加的权利要求可以充分理解本发明的其它目的和优点。
发明内容
本发明提供了一种两隔腔式容器。第一隔腔具有下层和上层,并盛装有待添加到第二隔腔中的第一成分。第一隔腔上方具有一个圆顶部,圆顶部呈向上的弓形并具有挠性。通过向下推压该圆顶部,使得第一隔腔的下层发生破裂而不会破裂上层,从而将第一成分释放到第二隔腔中。
从以下的公开内容和附加的权利要求中可以充分理解本发明的其它目的和优势。

发明详细说明和优选实施例
本发明提供了一种改进的两隔腔式容器,所述容器具有可下压的圆顶部,通过使隔腔之间的下层破裂,将隔腔中的敏感成分从第一隔腔释放到第二隔腔中,且产生最少限度的泄露或不产生泄露。
本发明所使用的相的方向术语“上”、“下”和类似术语用于特指:在容器为瓶子、硬纸盒或类似物时,使其第二隔腔的开口面对上方,此时本发明部件所具有的相对方向。在本发明容器的特别结构或使用中,可以以任何不背离本发明的方式来确定容器的方向,其可以理解成本发明各部分的实际方向作相应改变。
具体地,本发明是包括第一隔腔12和第二隔腔14的容器10(图1~2)。尽管,一般地第二隔腔14作为盛装通常为液体的第二成分C2的主隔腔,而第一隔腔12作为待添加到第二隔腔14中的第一成分C1的投送包装,但是要理解,这里使用的术语“主”包装和“投送”包装,并没有限制包装的绝对和相对尺寸。这些术语仅用于以功能和结构特征的差异来区别两种包装,其中主包装包括用于保存物质的现有技术中公知的包装,而投送包装优选设计成用于保存待添加到主包装中的第一成分的。在优选实施例中,第二隔腔14是带有螺旋盖的瓶子或硬纸盒,诸如本领域公知的果汁盒。
第一隔腔12具有一个上层16和一个下层18,并装有待添加到第二隔腔14中的第一成分C1。第一隔腔12的结构优选地与上述提及的在先申请(例如美国专利US6,098,795;US6,105,760;US6,209,718;和US6,786,330)所公开的相类似,这里合并其公开内容进行参考。因此,第一隔腔12优选地由铝箔制成,最优选的铝箔是在隔腔外侧的表面上具有塑料层(如聚乙烯复合铝箔),并且在隔腔内侧具有涂漆表面(如OPA漆)的箔,例如ALCAN PACKAGING AG(KreuzlingenSwitzerland)的3131781号天然橡胶材料。在第一隔腔12上方具有一个圆顶部20,其作为盖24的组成部分,该盖覆盖第二隔腔14,并且该圆顶部呈向上的弓形并具有挠性。优选地,所述圆顶部20由薄的挠性塑性材料构成,诸如现有技术所示。
本发明中,在盖24的螺纹区域38上方延伸的卡圈部(collar)36可以保持圆顶部20悬垂于第二隔腔14之上。因此,在使用本发明的过程中,通过向下推动圆顶部20,将圆顶部20下压,使第一隔腔12的下层18,由于受圆顶部20的压力而产生破裂,而上层16并不破裂,从而将第一成分C1释放到第二隔腔14中。由于上层16并没有发生切断或破裂,所以不会由于这种移动而向外部泄露成分。
本发明中,第一隔腔12具有向上的弓形,且上层16最好相当厚,如由厚塑料和/或金属薄片(箔)材料制成。平的下层18为薄的易破裂的箔。这样,在本实施例中,当下压圆顶部20时,它推动上层16向下运动,如图2所示,因而下推保持完好的上层16,并推抵到下层18且最终如图所示使下层18发生破裂,而不会穿破或破坏上层16。
本发明中,优选地在盖24上设置外盖34,如图1所示,它防止在使用前如运输和存储期间对圆顶部20的意外挤压。盖34可以具有本领域技术人员公知的任何形状或任何实用的形态,但并不是本发明的特殊组成部分。
本发明主要是为向盛装在主包装(第二隔腔14)内的液体中添加一种可选择的、敏感的第一成分C1而设计的,第一成分优选盛装于第一隔腔12内。这里使用的术语“可选择的”第一成分C1包括为特殊用途而选定的第一成分,例如,向瓶子或硬纸盒中加入的添加剂,供需要额外的维生素或抗生素或特定的容积和浓度等情况的人使用。所述第一成分可以是单一化合物、混合物、溶液、胶囊、药片、粉末或任何其它可盛装成分,其待添加到主包装中,主包装优选盛装第二成分(第二成分依次是任何可供第一成分添加的以便形成有用制品的可盛装化合物)。在第一实施例中,能够选取预先包装好的第一成分的种类,允许购买者分别购买和存储第一和第二成分,以便在室温条件下保存不易变质的第二成分,并保持第一隔腔它们各自具有合适且易于分离,存储的任何数量配备第一成分中的一种,以供以后添加到第二成分中去。当第一成分C1包括微生物细胞时,第一成分优选为许多相关专利申请中所公开的粉末状配方。
术语“敏感的”包括湿度敏感的或与第二成分相互作用的第一成分,例如通过形成改变混合成分有效性的副产品,这是由于成分在混合后随时间损失或改变了浓度或值而由最初的有效变成过弱。“敏感的”第一成分还包括一些成分,这些成分在正好添加到第二成分之前会需要特殊储存和/或处理,例如冷冻、干燥或加热;以及第一成分由于任何原因而要求在制造时和以后的时间如添加到第二成分的时间之间保持与第二成分隔离。
如许多专利中公开的那样,最好第一成分呈粉末状,粉末在干燥时是稳定的,并且粉末易于溶解和悬浮在主包装的液体中。本发明对于向饮料、液体肠内营养或药物中添加非稳定和/或消毒成分是特别有效的,例如向果汁、牛奶、水和药物中添加维生素或有益肠胃的微生物如罗伊氏乳酸菌。
虽然已经参照优选实施例对本发明进行了说明,但其中许多变化、修改和具体化都是有可能存在的,因此所有这些变化、修改和具体化都应认为是包含在本发明的精神和范围之内的。
Claims (2)
1.一种用于向第二成分中添加第一成分的两隔腔式容器,所述两隔腔式容器包括:
(a)盛装有第一成分的第一隔腔(12),所述第一隔腔(12)具有完好的上层(16)和下层(18),所述下层(18)是平的且不使用刺穿结构就易破裂的,所述上层(16)具有向上的弓形,并且下推时所述上层(16)保持完好;
(b)盛装有第二成分的第二隔腔(14),所述第二隔腔(14)具有盖(24)和挠性圆顶部(20),所述挠性圆顶部(20)作为所述盖(24)的组成部分,但是所述挠性圆顶部(20)不是特定的刺穿件,且所述挠性圆顶部(20)位于所述第一隔腔(12)的上方;
其中,压下所述挠性圆顶部(20),使第一隔腔(12)的完好的上层(16)推抵到第一隔腔(12)的下层(18),不使用刺穿结构且不破裂上层(16)就使下层(18)发生破裂,将第一成分释放到第二隔腔(14)中而不用在容器外打开任一隔腔,第一成分是对湿度敏感的,并且所述上层(16)和所述下层(18)都由铝箔制成,其中,所述上层(16)比所述下层(18)要厚,在所述第一隔腔(12)的内侧具有涂漆表面的铝箔;在所述第一隔腔(12)的外侧的表面上具有塑料层的铝箔。
2.一种将第一成分添加到第二成分中的方法,所述方法包括:
(a)提供盛装有湿度敏感的第一成分的第一隔腔(12),所述第一隔腔(12)具有完好的上层(16)和下层(18),所述上层(16)和所述下层(18)都由铝箔制成,其中,所述上层(16)比所述下层(18)要厚,在所述第一隔腔(12)内侧具有涂漆表面的铝箔;在所述第一隔腔(12)外侧的表面上具有塑料层的铝箔,所述下层(18)是平的且不使用刺穿结构就易破裂的,所述上层(16)具有向上的弓形,并且下推时所述上层(16)保持完好;
(b)提供盛装有第二成分的第二隔腔(14),所述第二隔腔(14)具有盖(24)和挠性圆顶部(20),所述挠性圆顶部(20)作为所述盖(24)的组成部分,但是所述挠性圆顶部(20)不是特定的刺穿件,且所述挠性圆顶部(20)位于所述第一隔腔(12)的上方;和
(c)压下所述挠性圆顶部(20),使第一隔腔(12)的完好的上层(16)推抵到第一隔腔(12)的下层(18),不使用刺穿结构且不破裂上层(16)就使下层(18)发生破裂,将第一成分释放到第二隔腔(14)中而不用在容器外打开任一隔腔。
