过滤网成型模具
技术领域
本发明涉及塑料制品生产的模具领域,具体涉及到一种过滤网成型模具。
背景技术
过滤网用于将液体中的干净液体滤出去,将杂质留在过滤网内。过滤网成型方法因网孔的大小不同而不同,网孔大的,可以由模具直接成型;网孔小的,模具直接成型困难,需用丝网加注塑形成加强筋和边框方式生产,由于过滤网的形状不同,过滤网的生产方法也不同,本过滤网形状如图1、图2所示,其生产方法是由过滤网预成型和过滤网成型二步完成,本发明是解决过滤网成型。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题针对现有技术的现状,提供一种过滤网成型模具。
本发明解决上述问题所采用的技术方案为:过滤网成型模具,如图5、图6、图7、图8所示,包括定模固定板1、直浇道2、弹簧3、动模4、定模5、脱模板6、顶料杆7、顶杆8、支撑块9、顶杆上固定板10、动模座11、顶杆下固定板12、斜推杆13、动模固定板14、定位钉15、滑块16、定位钉17,其特征在于:定模固定板1上装有直浇道2,定模固定板1下面固定有定模5;动模座11上固定支撑块9,支撑块9固定动模固定板14,动模固定板14上有脱模板6,动模固定板14上固定动模4,动模4顶部有定位钉17;顶料杆7、顶杆8、斜推杆13由顶杆上固定板10、顶杆下固定板12夹持;动模4内装有滑块16、弹簧3,滑块16上有定位钉15。
本发明采用滑块动定位钉对丝网定位,防止注塑时,塑料流冲击丝网周向滑动,使过滤网预成型缝准确地处于加强筋内。

以下结合附图实施例对本发明作进一步详细描述。
过滤网成型模具,如图5、图6、图7、图8所示,包括定模固定板1、直浇道2、弹簧3、动模4、定模5、脱模板6、顶料杆7、顶杆8、支撑块9、顶杆上固定板10、动模座11、顶杆下固定板12、斜推杆13、动模固定板14、定位钉15、滑块16、定位钉17,其特征在于:定模固定板1上装有直浇道2,定模固定板1下面固定有定模5;动模座11上固定支撑块9,支撑块9固定动模固定板14,动模固定板14上有脱模板6,动模固定板14上固定动模4,动模4顶部有定位钉17;顶料杆7、顶杆8、斜推杆13由顶杆上固定板10、顶杆下固定板12夹持;动模4内装有滑块16、弹簧3,滑块16上有定位钉15。
过滤网成型实施过程
过滤网成型模具处于打开状态。
将预成型过滤网(如图3、图4所示)套在动模4上,将预成型过滤网的焊缝对上动模上的定位钉15、17。
过滤网成型模具合起。
注塑、保压、冷却。
开模,顶杆固定板10、12上升,带动斜推杆13、顶料杆7、顶杆8上升,斜推杆13斜面推动滑块16向右运动,滑块16上的定位钉17随滑块16向右运动,退入动模内,顶杆8再推动脱模板6上升,顶料杆7同时上升,将过滤网从动模上脱下。

1.过滤网成型模具,包括定模固定板(1)、直浇道(2)、弹簧(3)、动模(4)、定模(5)、脱模板(6)、顶料杆(7)、顶杆(8)、支撑块(9)、顶杆上固定板(10)、动模座(11)、顶杆下固定板(12)、斜推杆(13)、动模固定板(14)、定位钉(15,17)、滑块(16),其特征在于:定模固定板(1)上装有直浇道(2),定模固定板(1)下面固定有定模(5);动模座(11)上固定支撑块(9),支撑块(9)固定动模固定板(14),动模固定板(14)上有脱模板(6),动模固定板(14)上固定动模(4),动模(4)顶部有定位钉(17);顶料杆(7)、顶杆(8)、斜推杆(13)由顶杆上固定板(10)、顶杆下固定板(12)夹持;动模(4)内装有滑块(16)、弹簧(3),滑块(16)上有定位钉(15);过滤网成型实施过程,过滤网成型模具打开,将预成型过滤网套在动模(4)上,将预成型过滤网的焊缝对上动模上的定位钉(15、17),过滤网成型模具合起,注塑、保压、冷却,开模,顶杆上固定板(10)、顶杆下固定板(12)上升,带动斜推杆(13)、顶料杆(7)、顶杆(8)上升,斜推杆(13)斜面推动滑块(16)向右运动,滑块(16)上的定位钉(15)随滑块(16)向右运动,退入动模内,顶杆(8)再推动脱模板(6)上升,顶料杆(7)同时上升,将过滤网从动模上脱下。
